Hey guys, I am looking into a problem that i have with the admin panel. I want to give a member some rights to add and change routes and stuff... i just don't want him to access the exprenses, pilot and some other tabs. When i select everything except admin rights, the admin tab does not pop up. Is there something that i am missing? Is the only option to change routes and for example add news, to choose admin rights? Maybe you guys have a simple answer for this? Thanks in advance, Lucas

Hey there, I'm hoping there's someone with a knowledge with using gmail Apps with phpVMS. Tonight, we changed over to Gmail Apps, and now we are having issues that the mass emails aren't being sent out. I double checked the local.config.php file and ensure the info is correct and it seems to be. I had been editing statsdata.class, profile_main.tpl and pilots_lists.tpl and uploaded the changed files. My web site has gone to a blank page! I undid the changes but the site is still blank?!?! All ideas welcomed

Google are about to need a credit card for all use of there API's they are going to still give you $200 free look ups. It there any other mapping service that can be used with PHPvms Classic that is FREE and will not need a credit card???? David Oz Flyer.

Do you guys use google chrome and whenever you go editing a news with many formatting, then your chrome gets frozed up. That doesn't happen to firefox as well. I'm thinking the text editor doesn't like Google Chrome?

Hey there. I'm having a problem with my Live Map, even though it was working just a couple of days ago. The URL of the VA website is fsxccvirtual.com. I am using the crewcenter skin, however the map issue remains even if I revert back to the crystal skin. Attached is an image of the errors that are shown when I hit cmd+option+J (I'm using a mac). The issue is that a pilot's completed flight is still showing up on the map, even though he arrived more than a day ago. Hi guys it's 2-3 days that I have this problem with the google map. It only appears if used as a Firefox browser (I deleted cache and history but the problem persists). On Chrome and IE the map works perfectly. Thanks for a possible reply.

Hello, as it says in the title, the Google map and Bidding isn’t working in Ela Skin 2018. When I go to a Schedule for example, it says: "Google couldn’t Load right on this Page, more info in the JavaScript console". And with the Bidding, when I tap on the bid flight I Get a error.

Hello again, With a lot of help from Alaska Flyer, my new phpVMS site is coming together nicely. Now I need to get the google map working. As I understand I need an API key, so I went to Google and got an API key, so the question now don't I have to paste the key in one of the phpvms pages? Again thank for all the help, Kenny.

When you go to log into the airline a message pops up with a Google Map API error. It will show when you go to the link below. I have changed the API several times through Google and still the error. www.virtualaircargo.com Also I can't get the FS ACARS config file to work at all and another member says it is not recording properly. I think my issu is Windows Vista administrator rights as I can't add additional config files for my airline and other airlines to FS ACARS. Looking for beta testers if anyone is interested in joining?

Good day, When I use IE8 and view a PIREP report the Google map comes up blank, only the heading "Route Map" displays after the ACARS report. If I use FF the map displays perfectly. I know the one simple solution "Don't use IE", I would appreciate some help please. Using 2.1.915 and only added <div> at the top of the code to center in display area, no other changes. Cheers Mark

Hello everybody I'm currently trying to create a simple new live map and the map itself is more or less good to go, but I'd like to draw a flight path from the departure airport -> current position of the aircraft -> arrival airport when you take the mouse over a marker. I have all the information needed, but for some reason the flight path won't be drawn correctly. If I have 2 or more aircraft on the map, it will only draw the path of one of the aircraft, regardless of which one you hover. Hey guys this may seem odd but in the settings page of admin (/admin/index.php/settings) there should be a place to input your google maps api key, on the dev version my field is missing, can i add this in to the local congig directly or where does it go. By the way google maps work fine never had an issue but there is an error in the console of chrome stating about the api Cheers.

I am showing an error on my page. You have included the Google Maps API multiple times on this page. This may cause unexpected errors. Anyone else ever have this issue? I cant find anywhere where I have multiple includes of the api code.

Has anyone added the new API for Google maps? If so what changes were necessary. I have already read all the conversion info/posts. Seems like everyone is against giving Google their Credit Card. Just so haappens we have other products from them and they have all our info already. There should be a fix giving people an alternative of which product they want to use.
