Well i finally got phpvms installed and currently working on a new template. But first i have registered but it has my callsign or pilot ID as 123001, why can't i get it to be BEV001 (BEV is the airline identifier)? Thanks, Skylar

I would like to know how to ban a spammer from my website. He has created 3 fake accounts. Made 500 fake bids and is sending weird messages to my airline staff. We currently have his accounts on freeze and are not accepting any new members in case he attacks again. He keeps changing i.p. s and emails but I have all of the emails and I.p. s for each account. I'm trying to sort out the email issue. I am not sure as to why Forgot Password emails are being sporadically lost. If you have requested a password reset and have not gotten the email, wait for some time (hours, day) and try again, and see if you get it.

Hi all, For quite some time i've shouting to some help at the forum. Here the problem: In my VA sapiensair.com, when I'm flying the livemap it works nicelly, but if I go to vacentral livemap it dont apears anything, does anyone had the same problem? Hi Guys, I along with many other pilots and staff at my VA have been wondering how the points system works. Do they change depending on how well you do the flight or the length/time etc? If anyone could tell me that would be great as many people know the more points you have the more people will see you to join. I am getting an error when trying to go to the homepage now. No changes were made prior to this error, anyone seen this before? "Fatal error: Cannot re-assign auto-global variable _FILES in /home4/usvafus/public_html/vaf/core/common/PilotData.class.php on line 436" And this is the code on line 436: public static function saveAvatar($code, $pilotid, $_FILES) again no changes were made prior to this error.. it just happen over night.. weird.

Hi all, I am using a module of CrazyCreatives, however couple of months ago, there is no support anymore, I would like to know if you can help to fix an issue with Event center. The event center closes event at 00 Midnight of the day of the event, ex: if my event starts today at 14:00z, normally in the same day people still can book and see the event as upcoming event before 14:00z. However, the module recognize the event as past event early morning at 00:00 of the same day before the event starts yet. Thank you in advance,

Hello All.... I had a problem with Auto Assignment Module by Crazy Creatives. If pilot bid the assigned schedule, the phpvms system recognize that the pilot had a bid, but the bid won't show on the pilot's bid page. Instead the bid appears on the smartcars. Further investigation, i found that the module did not send aircraft registration to the phpvms_bids table (the aircraftid is 0/zero, not blank). As the module is payware, would someone kind enough to help me on this via PM? The developer is no longer replying for their customer's communication. Regards

If you've registered on there, you'll need to do "forgot password" in order to get your login back. After doing that, edit the airlines you've added, to generate the 'slug' which is needed. This is an entirely new codebase, so hopefully should be much faster, and progress should go along pretty quickly. There will also be a few vaC client updates in the next few phpVMS versions. I'll add a thread into here when that's available. Thanks!!

Not sure if this has been brought up or not, but I joined tonight and exported my pireps successfully, then went to do my schedules and it said 1 schedule exported. That is kind of false right off the get go. I have many more than 1 schedule in my DB. Then I went back to VAC and it says I have no schedules.

I got a question about the scoring. I read the other posts on it but I'm still confused on this. My VA has been 9th for a while and then all of a sudden we go to 19th by losing -219 points. Then the next day we are back in 9th by gaining 219 points. Today we are back in 19th by losing another -219 points. It's like we are riding a points roller coaster.
