I am proud to announce that I have now launched Glaros! We are open on giving our pilots the freedom of flying wherever they want, we allow pilots to request Hubs/Locations, Aircraft & Schedules & we also let our pilots fly any aircraft in our fleet on any route at anytime. At the moment we do not have liveries or a Teamspeak server but we will be implementing those features before the end of the March 2016. Hello all, Global Air Cargo Virtual is looking for pilots, GACV is based in Hong Kong, Guangzhou and Los Angeles, we operate the 757-200F, 767-300F, 747-400F and the 777-200LRF(from KLAX only) We have plans on putting some 777F's at VHHH. Hello all, GlobeAero virtual is now live. The website is virtualglobeaero.com. And please note that the skin is temporary there will be a new one on shortly. GlobeAero simulates an ACMI and charter type airline, with realistic operations and fleet. We have pilot bases in Bristol (EGGD) and Dubai (OMDB) but obviously the kind of flying we do takes us all over the world. There are some scheduled flights but pilots are free to fly any charter they want, basically. After a long development phase, I am pleased to announce that Plusair virtual airline is now in the Beta testing phase. Based at Leeds Bradford airport, we operate scheduled and charter passenger domestic and European flights, although we plan to introduce long haul flights in the near future. We have been using Createaforum for our VA's forum. It was what we started with back when the VA was first started. Today I'd like to switch to a forum that has features we are looking for, like only allowing members of our VA, etc. What forum would you recommend? Does phpVMS have a forum available to each VA?

OK, I decided to create this because every VA forum I know is FULL of new VA owners constantly asking how to recruit pilots. I hope this guide helps, and also reduces, if not stops the number of people asking how to get pilots. 1. Have a Decent Name and Logo You should have taken a lot of thought on your airline's name. I know a lot that have really stupid names that I will not mention. Make sure you have a professional logo and it matches your airline's style. Don't have a low-quality image of a plane and then the name of your airline in a boring font. Consider getting someone to design one for you, however this may come with a small fee. 2.
