I have edited the pages_items.tpl file and its in my skins folder. For some reason this file is not being used and the default file is, I have a feeling that it's because under the customized core_navigation.tpl file which is in my skin folder as well the site is using the <?php echo &MODULE_NAV_INC;?> code which is drawing the auto generated links from the default pages_items.tpl. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks,

Hello all fantastic members, I'm in some need of guidance and/or a basic tutorial (in layman's terms) on how to integrate simply just a sub-menu (dropdown) into a previous menu. Right now I'm working with the default core_navigation.tpl, I've gone through a multitude of tutorials with no avail. Usually the outcome is a messed up navigation bar with some unknown characters. Right now I have no CSS for my navigation, if someone could point me or guide me through going from the default to in a way adding the dropdown that would be great. I'm attempting to get my news to display as: Date | Subject: Body but is coming out as Date | Subject: Body ----- After triple-checking my formatting I looked up the news table in the database - it appears that the body field has <p> tags attached to it when it posts... I dug all through the admin side and even into the SiteCMS files trying to see what I can tinker with to prevent/work around this but no luck. This is a clean install of phpVMS so no other files have been customized. Suggestions?

Hi all, right me and a team are creating a virtual airline for easyJet, we sent them an email yesterday explaining and still waiting for a reply back. On my Sim Edu skin I ported over form a template when I click on the info tab for one of the image(s) the page jumps. I have tried changing the path thinking that might help be no go. Does anyone have a banner solution for this skin? I did get one from bannersnack to work, but it restarts every time you go to a new page. Wowslider does not stay the size I create it to be, always larger. Anyone else have a good one? Free preferably.

Hi all, I am trying to implement a new admin skin and so far, I have the skin kind of looking ok with help from Vangelis and Web541. However, the more I get into it, the more I encounter errors and conflicts with what seems to be the version of jQuery that the default phpvms uses and the latest jQuery that is available, and used by the skin I have. What seems to break is the use of buttons that I am assuming process ajax to retrieve info from the database and then return it into the page. When I switch skins, it breaks the buttons to do everything from accept a pirep to accepting/rejecting pilots. I am only assuming this is a jQuery/Ajax issue as that seems to be the mo…
