I really want to give my new Virtual Airline Link Airways a "personal feel" I think the look of the website is very important therefore I need a personalized website. The only problem is I don't have any money so if anyone will design one for free or will give me help to design a site would be greatful. Hi all, I really need your help. I am setting up a virtual airline and need a custom skin. I have tried making it myself but I am getting really confused. I have a budget of near £0 so instead of asking someone to design one for free. (unless someone is willing) I am wondering if anyone will help me create my own skin. I don't want anything fancy just something simple yet personalised.

This same thing probably has been posted a million times before, but all the links to the documents on skinning are dead links, and theirs nothing on youtube on how to skin. Can someone post a link here for me to go to that actually works? PS: Also, someone should look into why on mobile you get redirected to scams when coming to the phpvms forums. I cant use the forums on mobile because of that.

Hello, so i am editing my webpage and i have some problems. First, as you see in the image, an image is at first of newest pilots i have tried to add it but right now i have it like this . The other problem is this my news doesnt appear on the module, i already dl it, but it didnt work. Thanks!

So in editing the style.css and the style2.css I have found out how to change the background. Unfortunately it sets it for every page. Is there a way to set a different background for say my Pilot Center page than there is on the front page?

Hello there! I have been looking through these forums for a while now and i noticed that Free Themes were high on demand. So i thought that i would help out the community and do free skins for everyone who needs it. I am currently studying php and html codding in Collage and have been for several years now so i know allot about it! So I have a huge amount of errors showing once pilots have logged in. So many I cant really post them all but here are a few. I have spent over a week attempting to fix this still no luck. I have contact my host about reverting the PHP version but they're taking a bit of time. Hope somone can help. Thanks Pico.

This is probably going to be dead simple but I've tried a few ways and can't get it working. So I have created a new page called "liveries" and have dumped my html content into it and when I preview the page it shows nicely. I have then tried to create the url link from the nav menu, but every time I click the link I get the "module does not exist" message. The code for the nav link I'm using is: <li><a href="<?php echo url('/liveries'); ?>">Liveries</a></li> Anyone got an idea as to what I'm doing wrong?

I have created a module called FlightBoards.php and a template called flight_boards.php. I have managed to set it so that a link appears on my page and when clicked, it takes you to the FlightBoards page that displays flight_boards.php content. What I want to do is to get rid of the link and just have the flight_boards.php content show directly in the page without needing to click on a link. So far, the code I've used to create the link is: http://<a href="<?php echo url('/FlightBoards'); ?>">Flightboards</a> My question - what would be the code needed to call the content directly into the page without needing a link? Ok so my next challenge in skinning! I have got a custom skin which has a rotating image slider at the top, which looks lovely. On pretty much most pages everything seems ok, the rotating image slider is at the top and the page content is where it should be. However, if I do a search on the schedules and press the button for results, when the page loads I can see another mini version of my rotating image slider above my search results. So I end up with the normal page image slider, then a small one which looks like it has been nested into the main page body content. Hi all, I am just starting out in skinning. I downloaded a template and followed the tutorial but when I go to preview it I get this message: Notice: The template file "/home5/spiritc1/public_html/virginatlanticvirtualco//lib/skins/exmachina/header.php" doesn't exist in /home5/spiritc1/public_html/virginatlanticvirtualco/core/classes/TemplateSet.class.php on line 231 and another one at the bottom of the page talking about the footer. So i'm having extreme difficulty getting my custom pilot center's schedules, working with action.php, to be able to add bids without giving the well known "No route Passed" error. I have done everything i can think of to removing all references of ANY javascript being called in to copying everything in core_htmlhead.tpl and placing it in either of the schedule_x.tpl files. Nothing will get this to work! I have it working on my website now that does not have a custom pilot center page. Just having issues adding bids using action.php...... I'm attempting to get my news to display as: Date | Subject: Body but is coming out as Date | Subject: Body ----- After triple-checking my formatting I looked up the news table in the database - it appears that the body field has <p> tags attached to it when it posts... I dug all through the admin side and even into the SiteCMS files trying to see what I can tinker with to prevent/work around this but no luck. This is a clean install of phpVMS so no other files have been customized. Suggestions?

When uploading a copy of phpVMS to a sub domain on my site for testing I noticed that the default crystal skin worked and my skins did not without changing the path to the skin, but the crystal skin has the layout.php instead of layout.tpl . Can someone explain exactly what this does? Thanks!
