I'm having the problem that when I add a second hub into my VA, all pilots are duplicated, so you see every pilot twice. I looked everywhere on the forum, but can't seem to find the correct search keys to find a solution for this. Basically what I would like to have is that my list is sorted by hub without any duplications from other hubs. Hope someone can help me or guide me into the correct direction. Thanks in advance! (note that i tried several codes found on the forum, but they all duplicate the table, so it must be in something else, but no idea where)

I'm trying to seperate pilot roster into different sections, using jQuery tabs, however I have completely no idea where to start, or how the pilot roster works on phpVMS (never looked at the roster in detail). Basically, I want each tab to stand for a hub, i.e Belfast Aldergrove, London Gatwick, so on, and quite obviously, each tab would display pilots at that respective hub. I assume that pilots_list.tpl does a foreach or something for hubs, because the default code works for all of the hubs displayed on the list. I updated and forgot to backup, so reverted back, now my pilots list is seperated by hub, and the skin is not over ridding the core>templates one, even if I upload the edited pilots_list.tpl to the core>templates folder and overwrite the one there, it still doesn't work. I want to show the roster as a whole, not in seperated hubs, and also to hid any inactive pilots from the list. http://malaysiava.or...dex.php/pilots I dont want it like that. I need some help.

Hello everyone, I am trying to find a way to pull the stats for individual pilots. I am not sure if this is even possible. The stats I wanted to pull are as follows: 1. Passengers Hauled by Individual Pilot 2. Cargo Hauled By Individual Pilot 3. Different Airlines Hauled for. Another quick one: I've followed this old forum post: http://forum.phpvms....-supported-now/ as we have added the LOA form to the VA so we could set pilots status's to ON LEAVE. I've got it to show in the pilot center etc but for some reason on the main pilots list in the admin it's showing as retired instead of correctly showing ON LEAVE (screenshot attached when I changed my own status ) Any help appreciated not sure where i've gone wrong If anyone can shed any light on this topic as well that would be awesome too http://forum.phpvms.net/topic/20264-email-all-pilots-not-working/

Ok, first I did what sim pilot suggested on the below forum post. I made it where retired pilots don't show on the public pilot roster but do show on the backend pilot list and I set that no pilots can login if they are retired. http://forum.phpvms.net/index.php?topic=2099.0 Anyways, When I go look at an account that was auto retired their status doesn't change. It still says "Active". Is there a way that when a pilot auto retires their status changes on the backend so I won't have any issues seeing which pilots are in "Inactive" status? Also, perhaps a sort function could be included to sort by active and inactive on the backend. I'm running beta 868. Thanks, …

Hello, I want the pilot status to be shown on the profile tpl. I copied the code from the pilot list tpl but it's not working, the status is always "Active" although the real status is "Retired". Is any way to set this?. Thanks.

Short story; I'm modifying pilot edit page and including things I want. I'm not using custom fields module (just don't want to.) I've created the columns in the pilot table and have my form completed. However, I cannot for life of me figure out where everything is calling from. I looked at PilotData.class.php and I see the UpdateProfile function but it doesn't necessary tell me what specific fields it is looking for. Array is commented out (assuming code change.) Has anyone (outside of using custom fields) actually been able to get custom form and have it truly populate db? I'm little good at this, not an expert, but enough I can navigate to extent and do things. …

We had a pilot that was not receiving emails from phpVMS. After a brief investigation, I found that the email field in the pilot table was set to varchar(32) and his email address was 34 characters long. I have since set it to varchar(50). Can this be looked at in a future update Nabeel? Chuck CYXU

Hello all I recently have formally created my virtual airline Reach Airways Virtual (http://www.reachva.com) and I found I am having issues with PIREPS submitted not counting towards a pilots total flight count. The hours updates (though I had to force it through the maintenance settings in admin centre to refresh them) but the total flight number. For example there is a pilot who as flown a flight and it shows his hours from that flight (2.13 hours) but under his flight number it still reads 0. How can I fix this issue? Hello, i have instaled the full 2.1.934 version and transfer my "old" pilots and total hours to the phpvms pilots table mysql, ok. Sometimes (happened 2 times in same 2 pilots until now) the "transferhours" of those pilots are updated to a lower hours and i dont know why?! For example one pilot have: Total Hours: 5 Total Transfered Hours: 700 Suddenly: Total Hours: 5 Total Transfered Hours: 4.02 for example Any suggestion? Appreciate any help

I have added extra profile fields and now wish to make the page abit more advanced. I have a section that now says if the pilot is either Active or Inactive. The text that Staff can input is Active/ Inactive, how can I get it to show images instead of plain text?
