Hello all! I m asking the gurus of phpvms to make a more detailed documentation with examples on how to insert/update/delete/select data from the vms's database, creation of custom classes and other. It would be very useful for everyone of us here. The current documentation is very limited and it is not giving the ability to other people understand the core of phpvms. For example now, I m making a module with a big scenery database which is based on company's schedule, and I need to have an INSERT function to pass data from a form to database and my big problem is that I don't have a place to get an example on INSERT or something. I updated and forgot to backup, so reverted back, now my pilots list is seperated by hub, and the skin is not over ridding the core>templates one, even if I upload the edited pilots_list.tpl to the core>templates folder and overwrite the one there, it still doesn't work. I want to show the roster as a whole, not in seperated hubs, and also to hid any inactive pilots from the list. http://malaysiava.or...dex.php/pilots I dont want it like that. I need some help.

Hello, I am wondering how you can add another email to pilot manager. I have added the template of the email I want to add into the proper templates folder. I have also added the correct code for the pilot manager .php. That way it will get the template from the templates folder. The only thing I cant figure out is how to let it show up in the dropdown box on the admin page. I cannot find where it is. Any help with that will be awesome!! Thank you in advanced, Trey

If I want to put my OWN link in for charts for the Briefing page....I see thte database has a place to put a link to them, however, it always goes back to the airnav site!!??!

Dear All i have another query for you regarding Pilot IDS and it was when a new Pilot Joins it was registered with the Pilot ID PVA10425 Starting Series from 104 if i wanted to change this series to PVA10725 when a pilot register he will get Pilot ID starting from 107 not starting with 104 Any Ideas Regards Asmara

Hello, i have instaled the full 2.1.934 version and transfer my "old" pilots and total hours to the phpvms pilots table mysql, ok. Sometimes (happened 2 times in same 2 pilots until now) the "transferhours" of those pilots are updated to a lower hours and i dont know why?! For example one pilot have: Total Hours: 5 Total Transfered Hours: 700 Suddenly: Total Hours: 5 Total Transfered Hours: 4.02 for example Any suggestion? Appreciate any help

Hello, I am having a problem with a website. While the pilot selects as pirep id the "AZI325" on the fs passengers, the flight is being submitted with flight number "AZC325". AZI and AZC are flight codes and have been added as airlines on the phpvms website. The AZI325 and AZC325 are two different flight schedules which have been added to the system but they have the same departure and arrival airports. Geore

If you check out the live map on swava.net, everything looks ok. However, when I hook up FSACARS, the airplane icon shows on the map, but the information below does not. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi all, Okay, the commitment is made, my own VA. I would like your advice as to how to become a more confident administrator and better operator. Should I study and learn: HTML, PHP and CSS? I have searched and can't find the answer to this question. When you start a flight you have say 10,000lbs on board, you then land and have 2,000 on board. Now there is obviously some fuel used for Taxi as the 10,000lbs is on takeoff and the 2,000lbs is on landing. Which makes sense, but the 2,000lbs I take it is not counted as an expense to the Airline only fuel used with some calculations for Taxi? Is this correct?

Hello friends. Someone can provide me with a template for the administration panel. The one that brings the phpvms 5.5.x I do not like it. I installed two that circulate in the forum but they are not 100% operative. There are several menus that do not work and I do not know how to fix them. I would like to paginate the "View PIREPS" page in the Admin center where you are looking at individual pilot pages. I have one pilot that has completed over 1300 PIREPS, and right now when I look at his PIREPS page to make edits, it takes a terribly long time to load because it is loading ALL 1300+ of his PIREPS on one page. If the page only showed 10 or 20 PIREPS per page it would be a lifesaver.
