Currently all e-mails that the system generates has my e-mail address as the "From". I set the Webmaster Email Address in the Site Settings to my HR address but it doesn't work. I'm assuming it is picking the e-mail for user ID #1. I'm guessing this is a bug or do I need to look somewhere else for this setting? Thanks!

Hello guys, I got a new template for my va and it has a image slider on the top (using javescript). It works fine in html coding but when i switch it to .tpl coding, the slider does not work. I have set all the folders into the right place but have no idea why it wont work. Any ideas will be much appreciated, James

Hello, I've installed the lance skin on phpvms for my virtual airline. When i go to the registration tab and try and register a new test user, the form submits, but it says that there's no pending registrations in the admin panel. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi All, Just a quick question, whenever someone attempts to login they get "Login to access this feature" however this only occurs on Tablets or Mobile Devices. Logging in on a computer works fine no issue. Is there a fix for this? Regards,

Hey Nabeel, I recentley had to restore my OS, So I lost all my account Information, I created a new Account "Dyl962" this one, however, my other one, "Dyl963" is "Lost". When I tried to recover my password information, I filled out the form to do so, but never got a reply. Suggestions?

Hello. So I recently uploaded a CSV of aircraft to my VA's website. They all "import" but then when I go to view them in the admin panel there are none and I get the "No aircraft have been added" error. I've tried to import directly in PHPMyAdmin and get a similar error in PHPMyAdmin. Any ideas how to fix this?

I've been trying to setup phpvms recently, which seemed to have succeeded now, however whenever i click any of the buttons on the home page, a blank page with the message "No input file specified" is shown. I did come across this thread: http://forum.phpvms.net/topic/6940-no-input-file-specified/, But i do not run Apache on my server, and removing .htaccess does not resolve the issue. Neither do i have access to php.ini, for strato seems to manage it themselves. I did try the suggestion of adding ? after index.php, for example http://www.swctools.com/phpvms/index.php?/acars and this does prevent the error from coming up, but instead just shows the homepage, as index.php…

Hi, My virtual airline has just started and pilots cannot seem to bid on flights. When they go to "Pilot Center" > "View Flight Schedules" and then choose the one they want and click "Add to Bid", they get taken to a blank page with "no route passed". The bid doesn't get added. I have left the route field blank in my schedules as it says you can, what do I have to enter there if it fixes the problem?

Hello guys, Yes, this is another one in the category "no route passed" I've searched this forum extensively and haven't come up with any solution. There's a couple of jscript references on top of my layout.tpl but that's in the right place, and the htmlhead includes on php as well. Seeing that there are so many errors on this I'm coming to think this is just bad coding. I'd fix it myself but can't find where is the class "addbid" that takes care of this stuff. I don't see why this should be some fancy javascript, cause all it does is add the id of the bidding pilot into the record for that schedule? I'm sure if I'd figure out a non-javascript way to ad a bidd then a …

Hi, I have set up PHPVMS and everything if fine... EXCEPT when I go to the routes and click "Add Bid". I get this "No Route Passed" error. I looked on the forums and there were solutions but they made no sence. (Take into account my brain is made of jelly!) Good morning All, Trust everyone is well. I am using a custom KaCars app. When we finish a flight, the live flights will just show "Paused" for a few hours. I believe that this is due to a setting the the local.config file. I am not sure. I would appreciate it if someone would lead me down the proper path. I have never shown "Arrived" on the board. I think i found a bug, if im adding a new schedule.... my pilots always paid for each hour flight....O.K. in my case 20$/h but if i enter a price in the field "pay for flight" (example "10") then the pilot get the normal hour-rate + the amount of the "pay for flight" (10$/h) field example: pilot flying 90min then the pilot receive 30$ + 15$ = 45$ ??? it should be 15 $ only, or the amount which i filled out in the "pay for flight" field, or im wrong??

I have uploaded a new set of schedules to our airlines DB. Today I find a problem when searching the DB for a flight so I look into it further and find the following: Search by airline it finds them all (there are 4 for Wednesday of 6) Search by aircraft it finds them all Search by departing airport finds none Search by arrival airport finds all kACARS will find them all Flights in question depart KFLO and arrive KCLT. Any ideas? Thanks.

Alright i have a UAL/COA merger and for all the pireps to work, we have to enable the COA airline. However, we would like everyone to have a UALXXX PID. Is there a way to delete COA from the Select an Airline list to where they are automatically added into UAL? or even better take out the Select an airline list all together.

Have a pilot at our website just reached ~800 pireps filed and his "View a map of my pireps" just stopped working. He loves using that map to see where he hasn't been. The link is working for all the other pilots. So wondering if anyone knows how to reconfigure it or increase the memory size or something so he can see his map again. Thanks, Mike

Everything was working fine until the news page disappeared and left a white trail after it on the website. Went to check on it in the admin panel and I get, Your License key is Invalid Couldn't find any information on this. Any help is appreciated.

Hey all, Yes, I am a newbie and I just installed the phpVMS and I love it so far, all thought still learning about how to use it and tweak it for fit my needs. I have no to very limited coding (php, html, css) experience. Few issues to bring to your attention: 1. I have a problem adding Long Beach airport KLGB, I cannot add it. I was able to successfully add other major airports like KSLC, KLAX, KSFO, even smaller ones like KBIL, KONT, KOAK, but somehow it won't recognize and add the Long Beach KLGB airport. I also have many more airports to add in time, so I wonder will that be a problem with other airports too? Do I need to manually update some database? Is it a …

Good day all, little problem I could do with some help with.. My pilots are reporting incorrect number of flights shown in their profiles. Sure enough in the administration panel of phpVMS, they are shown incorrectly too, but the PIREP records ARE there. For example, a pilot named John has flown well over 30 flights for the VA, and the PIREP records are shown as his in the administration panel, but his "Total PIREPs" are only 8.. The total PIREPs do not change either, no matter how many he flies. Has anyone come across this issue before?

Keep in mind i have changed nothing on my site, When I go to the admin panel I have no general settings and on my pages I'm getting this error. I have no idea what's going on as I have changed nothing and the site was fine until last night. I mistakenly emptied the settings table in mysql.
