Hi everyone, I have been working on a new skin and after logging in, I cannot access the admin panel I continuously get an error saying "an error was encountered please login first". However, I can access the panel when using the crystal skin. I have been searching for hours for a solution can anyone help? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hey guys, I'm getting the following error, in the admin backend, after clicking "filter" while checking the Financial Reports. I have a member of staff who is purely admin and does not fly. Is there a way apart from them filing a false PIREP, to stop the notification email being sent and the system to not recognise they have not done a flight without impacting on the rest of the members? I have had a search and could not find anything. Thanks in advance

Dear Fellas i just found a problem with Admin center access which is as follows. in admin center i went and created new group with the name 'Finance' and gave below permissions to the pilot. View finance Admin Access after 1 week the same pilot sent me an email and informed me that his VA hours reset to zero instead of 2000+ when i investigated in admin center i went to Admin Activity log and found the same pilot somehow got access of pilots profile and he himself changed his own profile data and because of that his VA hours showing zero now still dont know why? i got confused as how this pilot got access so i changed his password and i myself logged in from his …

When I go into the Admin Activity Logs I see "so and so Approved PIREP #1933" But when I look at the recent Pireps, there is no number saying that it is Pirep #1933 or whatever. How can find these Pireps if there is no Pirep number associated with them?

Admin sections of phpVMS installs have been experiencing very slow page response times in some cases due to the non-response of the phpVMS API server due to 502 errors, just as the forum is at times. The admin section of the sites checks the version against the API server and when there is no response will wait till the connection times out. To stop the automatic check open your local.config.php file and change the version checks to false. Hello everybody, I have a small problem with the admin site. Every time I try to go to the [MY SITE URL]/admin site I get an error message. Error message: "Whoops, looks like something went wrong." I need some help with staff logging into the admin center, i am not using the PHPVMS navigation and my nav bar is static so i do not want everyone to see an admin center link. I have all administration resources in one web page, is there a way for staff to log into phpVMS and then get redirected to the admin panel. my goal is to have staff go Admin login to website==>login for phpVMS==> redirected to admin panel inside phpVMS Thanks, and i know this may not be the clearest explanation so dont be afraid to ask.

please help . i must have changed something by mistake. when i try to go to my admin centre i get this Forbidden You don't have permission to access /admin/ on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

The graph that shows Pireps Counts during the past 30 days is stuck and "loading: just keeps spinning. No graph is being displayed. This was a convenient way for Admins to see a VA's priep counts during the past month. Is there a fix for this?

G'day Guys, I was wondering if anyone has tried to make a checkbox under the emails to send out an email to inactive pilots. I'd like to make my HR managers job a little easier, by being able to mass mail pilots that are inactive within the airline. There's an option for active pilots, i would like to know if the same can be done for inactive pilots, any help would be great Basically i want to be able to automatically create and update an inactive pilots group Cheers Tylor

Hi guys, I have made a school boy error today. I wanted to change my callsign to match with the one I would normally use, i.e. from 5SA0001 (admin) to 5SA389 (which I use) however I saw that I could it on the admin page and just didit with thinking then, I cannot get back into the admin pages, where can I change the settings to accept my new callsign as the admin for the site? I have been getting this error for sometime now. I get it every time I approve a pirep. I even did a clean install and rebuild when we were cyber attacked. The pireps get approve but we get this at the top of the page anyways. When i look at my financial statistics in the Reports tab. I can see the graph is supposed to show, fuel cost - expenses and total revenue. I can see the black dots representing the actual figures, but is there supposed to be red-blue-green lines also? I don't get any?

Hi guys, I have just updated phpvms today (v2.1.934-157-g7ca06a3) and went to the admin page and have a couple of issue. once there on the front page I get the following Open Flash Chart JSON Parse Error [syntax Error] Error at character 0, line 1: 0: <br /> solved when it try's to load the pilot reports for the week. I think I saw this on the forum somewhere, but I can't find it so sorry if it's a repeat. I created a new group and gave them limited access to the admin panel, however when they log in they can not see the admin link in the nav bar like the full admins can. They can access the admin panel if they type it in their browsers address window.
