Hi, I am setting up a new virtual airline called Link Airways. I have stumbled across a problem and if I can work around it I can save hours of work. Obviously not every flight will fly every day yet some flights will fly on different days. To try and limit the Number of planes I need to assign the same route a specific plane every single day. However I might need to change the plane on different days. This may not make sense why i want to do this so let me show you why. So my virtual organisation allows people to fly for different airlines with in the VA, however im wondering if its possible to have it set up so specific aircraft/fleet can be assigned to a specific airline?

Hi i am New Here and wanted to start my own VA so need little help from anyone who knows Coding Stuff Basically the Idea was to alot Pilots Assignments according to there ranks so pilots can see in Pilot CP what flights they have for today so they can achieve VA allocated Flights Per month. When I go to add certain airports in the admin panel, when I search VIA ICAO it will say Airport not found. This happens for KATL. I tried inputting the airport info like longitude and latitude manually, but when I start a flight with smartcars, it says you are not at the departure airport. Does anyone know a fix to this issue, or can someone supply me with their Airport info for Atlanta? I run a Delta Virtual Airline so Atlanta is crucial. Thanks! -Chase

Small suggestion for the next update, giving admin the ability to attach a flightplan file to each route added, allowing a pilot to download the associated flightplan for that schedule and load it direct into FS. Ability to upload multiple with small label for each would be ideal to allow uploading plans for different addons LVL-D 767 PMDG etc.

I get this quite a lot but then i suppose everyone else does as well, just goes to show why you should not use default directories and check your logs If you look at it thats 100 queries against the site in just over a minute

Hi, I was wondering if there are any plans to develop an authentication bridge for Joomla. It would be extremely useful if this is developed. There are a number of such bridges already available (e.g. for phpBB, gallery2 etc.), so the technology is demonstrated. This would also make life of VA managers quite easier. Thanks Tanveer Yasser

Hello everyone, Our VA uses Version simpilot 5.5.2 I'd like to start Auto Accept/Reject Pireps submitted by our custom kACARS that was developed by FS-Products. Is there any such module available ? Could anyone point us in the right direction for us to accomplish this goal. We are not apposed to paying for quality services. Thank you

Is there anyway to require new pilots to click an activation link in there email? it would be helpfull because it would automaticlly add the VA email o there safe contacts list so future emails wont go into the junk filter

Hey Guys, I seem to be having a problem with the email settings. When I go to send out a mass email or email a particular group of pilots it says it sends but never goes through to the sender. Is this a problem with the database or local config settings? Also If I have a domain email can this be setup so that phpvms uses that to send the emails to pilots? Hi there, in the local_config.php there is the option to automatically set users inactive if not active. Mine is set for true -60 days. However, it does not set any pilot inactive at all. My code as it is now: # After how long to mark a pilot inactive, in days Config::Set('PILOT_AUTO_RETIRE', true); Config::Set('PILOT_INACTIVE_TIME', 60); If someone can maybe direct me to the solution for this, i will appreciate it! Hello, I followed a lot of the forum's guides on install and error resolution for the Pirep Auto Approve/Reject. I cannot find the log to get the status of what the module is doing. I have it enabled as well as a 400 or -400 fpm approval rating (we would like -399 or greater fpm to reject.) Also, I do not know what the Admin Code is to get the rejections to go forward. phpvms_pireps.zip

Gents, I am after modifying this code to be able to use it via an external php page and run as a cron to auto retire a pilot who has not flown an initial flight within 7 days of joining. I am also looking at when removing them from active to changing their email as i have had complaints about every time the maintenance cron is run all inactive pilots keep getting the retired email. This is what i thought, move their existing email to the admin notes field and leaving their mail as blank, that will stop emails then when they want to rejoin all an adminn has to do is update their email from that notes box and move to active. I don't mind paying someone if required. …
