Hello, Does anyone have any ideea how a member finance stats can be reseted or modified? We have some major negative numbers on some of our members and we want to be reseted to zero at least. Hi, I am new to phpvms and trying to do some flights with my "one man show" airline. All I would like to know if it is possible to assign multiple aircraft for a route, or at least type of aircraft instead of registrations. Let's say I have 5 A321 and 3 B738, which makes 8 registrations = 8 times inserting a route. Instead if it is possible to make it by type I would only need to enter the same route 2 times. I have tried to search the forum for a solution but no luck at all Thanks Arslan

Ok, my site will NOT keep people logged on?! Whether it is me or someone else. You can log on initially, but then within a few seconds it logs you out?! Any idea where I should start with this issue? I have emtied my cache on phpvms and optimized my tables, but that is it so far. I am wondering if this may be a host provider thing, although it should not be?!

Google are about to need a credit card for all use of there API's they are going to still give you $200 free look ups. It there any other mapping service that can be used with PHPvms Classic that is FREE and will not need a credit card???? David Oz Flyer.

Hi, I am having a bit of trouble with my VA, when I go to load up the schedules page it comes up with this error - Warning: call_user_func_array() [function.call-user-func-array]: First argument is expected to be a valid callback, 'Schedules::view' was given in /home/bmavirtu/public_html/core/classes/MainController.class.php on line 218 We have tryed re-putting on the php file and there is no change. I'm trying to show the airport name in the schedule_results.tpl but for some reason I cannot get it to show up. I've tried this: <font size="3"> <strong>Departure: </strong><?php echo $route->depname ?><br /> and this: <font size="3"> <strong>Departure: </strong><?php echo $schedule->depname ?><br /> and neither of them are showing anything. Is there something I missed, or can't it be shown? I can get the ICAO to show up, but not the name.

Hi all, I'm currently working on modifying pirep_viewreport.tpl such that not only does it display the submit date and pilot name, but also displays who approved the PIREP and the approval date. I figured that if I could located the action taken by an admin in the phpvms_adminlog table, I could lookup the pilotid for that action, locate the pilot name in phpvms_pilots, and display firstname, lastname. This has annoyed me for a while and I searched about that error and no solutions yet... When I fill out my details, and the I click on submit and I got a Internal Server Error. Hi, I was wondering if it'd be possible to use some of the phpVMS functions on a non-phpVMS site, with the phpVMS stuff in a different folder. I've tried including the core Codon configuration file in other PHP scripts, but that fails. I then tried setting the root in that folder to the phpVMS folder - no better news. Am I just completely off-track or is there some sort of way?

OK, I ask too many questions... I have modules in development involving MySQL tables. These often involve adding and getting data from these tables. However, I can never get them to work. I try copying from other modules but still nothing. Submitting Data Say I wanted to have a user complete a form and submit it. The data would then be inserted to a MySQL table. How does this work? I am aware I will need a module class file for this as well but I'm not sure on the exact code. What would the code be for the submit button to run the function that inserts the data, and what would the PHP function code look like? Is it as simple as the SQL followed by mysql_query($sql); ? …

Hey guys, I am glad to say after a stint away that I was able to bring my VA back with a pretty reliable host. I don't have a single complaint with it at all, except for the registration form is not working for some people (me as well). I know this is a very common topic here so I made sure and read as much about it as I could before posting this. Hi, I have been experimenting installing phpVMS at an ISP. The installation was successfull and the main page did display correctly. However when I tried to selecet any of the other pages like registration or login, I got 404 page not found. After spending a full day researching, mode_rewrite, .htaccess rules, the forum, the code, etc... in vain, the ISP suggested me to install the software on a different server where they run php 5.2. On this new (actually old) platform everything seems to be working. ISP claimed that php 5.3 does not handle the index.php/link type url's ! Hi again, I have a quick question if this would be possible. I find that editing routes in large numbers goes quickly when editing straight in the database. Therefore we always export our database with phpMyAdmin, edit it accordingly to add new routes, and then import. However, phpVMS is currently set up to read Sunday in the database as Day 0. This 0 value gets ignored when importing the new routes, so I would wondering if it were possible to change the database for the next release to be on a 1-7 scale instead of the current 0-6 scale for each day of the week? (Ex: instead of saying 0123456 to routes that are to be flown on all days, I suggest having 1234567). Thanks i…

Right now all my airports are set to 0 for live pricing. It appears that when a route is flown out of the US and it can't get a live price from the api it is not using the default price I have in the config. It just stays at 0. # Code to set the default fuel prices Config::Set('FUEL_DEFAULT_PRICE', '.423'); Any ideas? I'm running 930. Thanks.

Hello all, A few months ago we launched our virtual airline (www.skygreeceva.com). Lately our host (Host Papa) has been banning our IP's because of too many 'httpd' connections and has offered a solution that puts us on a dedicated server to stop this from happening. Here is their official email Your IP was blocked 4 times since 30th May. The logs have been rotated since that time. But, these were related to too many httpd connections. So your software is creating to many connections to the server at one time. You will need to adjust this or upgrade to vps if your not possible. As the vps has no limits on connections. I would appreciate it very much if someone in here can show me how to click a link in the tour_details.tpl in simpilot's tour mod that will allow a member to bid on all the flights instead of having to go into the schedules and adding them one by one. Please help me on this.
