I just set up my airline, and i made a test flight. FSAcars: It was able to get the flight plan, but when i tried to send the log, the program crashed, FSPassengers: Didn't even recognize the config file xAcars: Cant even connect to any URL. I would like to get up and running, but nothing is working!

On our Acars map, there is a flight that won't clear off the map. The user must have had a FS computer crash, because it's position is the the coast of africa; equator/prime meridian. I have cleared the cache and reset the acars table, but the flight keeps popping back up?! How/why is that happening?

Gday Guys i was wondering if it was possible to get my VA and account deleted off VA Central ?, i am unable to do it as i had trouble signing up with my email, so i tried another email, and changed the settings after signing up to my preferred email, well.. VA Central didnt like that one bit, and i am unable to edit my VA within VA Central, i cannot access the account at all, keeps telling me my login details are wrong, i have tried both emails. Hi again, I have a quick question if this would be possible. I find that editing routes in large numbers goes quickly when editing straight in the database. Therefore we always export our database with phpMyAdmin, edit it accordingly to add new routes, and then import. However, phpVMS is currently set up to read Sunday in the database as Day 0. This 0 value gets ignored when importing the new routes, so I would wondering if it were possible to change the database for the next release to be on a 1-7 scale instead of the current 0-6 scale for each day of the week? (Ex: instead of saying 0123456 to routes that are to be flown on all days, I suggest having 1234567). Thanks i…

I post this to everyone, especially virtual airline operators (I'm not asking to company secrets): What method is used for training? Do you have documentation with flights? Or is there some hidden training secret that no one's supposed to know? Also, related to training: Is there a module or feature that can track training ops? Like a group inside of phpvms specifically for training? I don't want to make a new thread for this: Is it possible to strip phpvms down to just the code? No skin, just plain simple files to include into a website? Example: create a website that calls the functions of phpvms?

One little question, on deleting pilot from admin panel all register including pireps etc... are deleting too. But for example, the deleted pilot ID was DDD002, but on register a new pilot the ID is 003 and the pilots table appear DDD001 , DDD003. Any chance to continue according database ID. Thanks again.

Wondering if anyone has ever got the following whilst trying to upload a pirep via FSFK when i click on the globe it goes to 90% then says connection timed out. error report INet-Code:12002 Is this a server issue or a Internet connection issue? I am almost sure it is not a webiste problem. I have never had this before. It has worked great up until now. Nothing server or website has changed phpVMS Version 2.0.874

In light of recent talks about pilot ranks, I failed to ask one question. I want to create a Inactive pilot rank. That is easy enough, BUT what to do about the hours? Do I set it for some un godly amount so no other pilot gets updated to that rank? Meaning that the inactive pilot gets this rank manually via the ACP? It would be great if the system recoginzed users who have not filed a pirep in say 3 months and move them inactive and give them that rank as well.

Not a Big Problem but First i would like to make the View Pirep a Little Smaller (text) the Kacars log or Fscars and plus the box around the finance thing <tr class="balancesheet_header"> that i think is not showing up. The text is but not the table. any ideas? Thanks alot Daniel

hello, how is the correct way to view the images in my airline awards, because I have added several images in my awards but only you can see letters, but the images do not appear. We are trying to set it up, so that all we have to do is put the website url in our comments section of the online flightplan, and it would record our flights as pireps. The person working on this, asked this below. I am a newbie to this so I don't know the answer, LOL "I think I got the API mostly worked out, but I need to know if the internal search functions of the VA System you have will pull out an IVAO ID number and if not, what table it’s in and the name of the column." Hello, I recently found out about phpVMS, and it looked really great, perfect for fulfilling my dream of starting a VA. I have bought a domain with Yahoo Small Business and I have a fresh directory to which I can upload items. How do I create my website with this program? I tried uploading every file, but I still couldn't install the program. Do I integrate the php with an html page? Any help would be greatly appreciated, because I have created my fleet, destinations, and more and am ready to put a VA online. Thanks, Phil

A whole bunch of my routes have the same distance, 4674.1nm, regardless of whether I run the recalculation script. I have cleared the cache and optimized the tables just to be safe, FYI. I am running the latest version of phpVMS with no schedule modules installed. I appreciate any help I can get to resolve this other than going through one by one and changing the distances, as it's quite a few!

Hello, I am sharing this topic because I hugely Error phpvms, most of the time I get an error "Strict Standards: Accessing static property PIREPAdmin" that could come my SQL? On the other hand I do not see in panel administration the routes, schedules, pilot, while are present in my SQL. And JSON graphic that was eg dashboard "Pilot Reports for the Past Week" does not work it tells me this error "Open Flash Chart JSON Parse Error [syntax Error] Error at character 0, line 1: 0: <br /> " Thank you for your help

Alright I have multiple progress bars showing pilot and airline data. They all are based on 100%. What I need to know is how do I change the data to get the data to stay within the 100% range. For instance pilot flying online is not a problem because the chances of 100 pilots flying at one time is near impossible ( I wish). But adding schedules becomes a problem once they go over 100, they peg or actually go passed the 100%. Hi all I looked for a solution on the forum but I did not find anything that could solve the problem. I am under a version 5.5 with a php 5.6 When I go to the admin backoffice and I launch the maintenance options manually, I don't have any particular concerns (it's logn but it does the job (reset hours for example or reset Pirep driver count) On the other hand, if I want to use the cronjob and launch the suggested line (php -f /homepages/33/d797466141/htdocs/hdd/vavirtual/crew/admin/maintenance.php) it does not work. it was pointed out to me that even though we changed the fuel weight it was giving the numbers on phpvms, its still giving kilograms after being changed to pounds example one of my pilots did a flight KLAX-KMSP started with 54822lbs of fuel and ended with a use of 34939lbs. (by far everything is still accurate) when submitted and phpvms does all of its calculations, it says 15848.1 fuel used @ 0.8 / unit if you convert the 34939lbs to kilograms you get the roughly 15848kgs which phpvms is saying is pounds.... there is something wrong here becuase the way i am being charged for fuel is still in kilograms even though the back end settings are in pounds. Hey, I have a little problem: Inside the folder /core/templates/..../ I changed the *.tpl data to german text. Now nobody is able to read the email. Hey, I'm kinda new to php and need a lot of help here. I run a Virtual Airline for FlightGear (an Open Source Flight Simulator) and we have a phpVMS website. Even before we started using phpVMS for VA management, we had a basic local ACARS which records your basic flight data every 3 minutes and stores it in a kml file. We can open the kml file with google Earth and it'll show you a 3D map. I was wondering if I can do anything to have this transmitted to phpVMS once FlightGear is closed. Ok so, I'm at a loss. I've searched, looked through code, and I need some help. Basically, is there a way to have airline A on a separate rank system from B,C, and D? I'm not incredibly efficient with PHP and all that, but would it be possible to essentially copy and paste some code, add something to the end of key words (eg. rankB), and add a new column to the pilots database? Or is there an easier way... Thanks in advance.
