I did build www.citylink-va.com for my own va, and use a paid version of kacars on it. The free version works as well. VLMVA.com did ask my help to build a website and implement some kind of acars. The website functions, but kacars free, ccftracker are not working at all. In CCFTracker I get the error: Login error - The Connection to the VA Site has timed out!!. I got from Free kAcars about the same issue. I know that I did install the website part of the site, and I wonder what the issue is. It is not the login, as that works on the site itself. Can somebody help me on the road? So I can help VLMVA.com? Thanks ahead, Rob Bindels

OK, first of all I know that a lot of folk on here are in major debt in their finances. Obviously with the high fuel prices, overcoming them and expenses are a big challenge. What makes it harder for us is we are a low-cost airline. I recently jacked up the prices a bit to try to cover costs more, however, if you see the real-world low-cost airlines like easyJet, Ryanair and Jet2, they can all cope - with prices as low as £10 or less. Now the big difference here is number of flights. They will fly hundreds to thousands of flights per day (Ryanair flies over 1500 and easyJet over 900) and that will of course add to fuel costs. Hey Guys, Two things 1. To get more pilots flying we have created Wednesday Happy Hours so every wednesday between 3pm - 6pm pilots will get double hours for every PIREP filed between these times. So is there a way to get this to do automatically so that instead of having to go through the recent PIREPS and adding double hours for each pilot? 2. Is there a way for say like when a pilot reaches a certain amount of hours to get an award automatically because its annoying having to again go through all pilots and add an award manually. Thanks!

Hey, I have a little problem: Inside the folder /core/templates/..../ I changed the *.tpl data to german text. Now nobody is able to read the email. I tried it myself and I can see the email in my list but I am not able to open it. Do you know how to fix that or how to disable the automatic sent of mails? Thank you very much Sascha

Hi all Hoping you can help... For some reason our ACARS Live Map has all of a sudden stopped showing anything (just a white space where the map was)... Right now all my airports are set to 0 for live pricing. It appears that when a route is flown out of the US and it can't get a live price from the api it is not using the default price I have in the config. It just stays at 0. # Code to set the default fuel prices Config::Set('FUEL_DEFAULT_PRICE', '.423'); Any ideas? I'm running 930. Thanks.

Hello, I'm currently experiencing some problems with the 'Live Flight Information' page. When visiting the page, there are two, three and sometimes four of the same flight being displayed on the page. The weird thing is, I have reset the aCARS Table through phpVMS Admin panel, and have manully emptied the table through phpMyAdmin. When all the currently connected aCARS reconnect to the website, it is doing exactly the same thing again. When I go and browse the acars data table through phpMyAdmin, there is only one of each flight, as it should be. Hi Guys, Can anyone help ? When I display the live map a pilot who was online 2 days ago and logged off still shows on the live map. It may well have been a bad disconnect from FSacars, and has not closed the plan. How do I clear this redundant flight and is there an automatic clear down in the event of tyhis happening again ? Nabeel, I am in a process of building a virutal aviation. I am novice to php even if I managed to build a website for the VA. I am struggling with the following notices and I can't really figure out what they mean. Ok, my site will NOT keep people logged on?! Whether it is me or someone else. You can log on initially, but then within a few seconds it logs you out?! Any idea where I should start with this issue? I have emtied my cache on phpvms and optimized my tables, but that is it so far. I am wondering if this may be a host provider thing, although it should not be?!

Ok here goes. Now I feel like a noob starting all over again. I understand that I have a choice in the admin section between Passengers, Charter, and cargo flights. I want one division strictly for Passengers and Charters. I want to create a new airline in my install that is ONLY for cargo service. All I have done so far is create a new airline in my install. So my question is, Do i/we (pilots) need to register again on my site if we/they choose to fly for the cargo service? And if so, do we need to use seperate email addys? I am sure on everything else such as schedules and fleet goes. The couple above were my only concerns. Thanks Ray

Whenever you go to my website, or navigate to any other page on the website, I get an error "This web site needs a different Google Maps API key. A new key can be generated at http://code.google.com/apis/maps/." I've generated an API Key and put it in the website settings and the notification still comes up.

Recently I changed my password for some unknown reason. Naturally I didn't write it down. Today I can't get logged in even though I have tried every possible password I can think of. I need someone from phpvms to go into my admin section and either find my password or issue a new one. I tried selecting the link "I forgot my password". I enter my email address, it says a new password has been sent, yet no password ever shows up in either regular mail or junk mail folders. Frustrating.
