Hi Nabeel, Some errors i need help with. First; When i try to add a download i get this error: Unknown column 'description' in 'field list' - Note this was here before i updated to the latest release aswell and has still not gone. Also, I dont know whether this is an error but only in the past couple of months the website is saying; * Total Pilots: 14 - Correct * Total Flights: 595 - Correct * Total Hours Flown: 63.51 - Incorrect! Hello, I work for a VA which has been having a few problems recently in terms of activity. I would like to E-mail all pilots hoaever the e-mail doesn't seem to be sent out even though it says that e-mails have been sent. Moreover I cannot seem to be able to enter flight plans and edit flights etc for events, I end up getting a fatal error code that goAes like: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 81 bytes) in /var/www/vhosts/flyhellenicairways.com/httpdocs/core/classes/ezdb/ezdb_mysql.class.php on line 277 Is there anything We can do from the admin panel to work around those problems? So I have a little problem on my site. In the file a pirep page whenever a user selects another airline, the departure airport field disappears, only until the page gets refreshed that the user can file the PIREP. (Yes i know the bg white is not fully down the page, that was a easy fix) Thanks

Hi, I want to put the rechapta on the file a pRIEP and i copyed the exact codes from the sgin up. and when i put it in and i get an error when i intergrate the recahpta on a file a priep. Fatal error: Call to undefined function recaptcha_get_html() in /home/highva/public_html/lib/skins/ObsessBlue/pirep_new.tpl on line 135 Why is that?

Hey, I was curious, I have the landing stats addon on my site and there is an edit that has to be done in the admin files. Each time there is an update to phpVMS this is over written. I know I can copy files to my skin folder and they work great. What about admin files? Such as pireps_list.tpl If it can be copied to my skin folder, do I need to make an admin folder in my skin folder and place it there or just in the skin folder with the rest of the files?

When i go to pilot center and click on "File a pilot report", the page coming up is totally blank. I found the Core\pirep_new.tpl file and i assume that is the one that should show up. However the page is blank, and that is for all pilots. Any ideas of what could be wrong?

When I bid on a flight on my va and then go to file a manual pirep sometimes if fills in the Dep and Arriv airport, and sometimes just the Dep or the Arriv and since I only have the Dep and Arriv in one schedule they do not appear as an option in the drop down Arriv or Dep airport list. Anyone know a fix to this issue? For instance say I bid on KEWR to KIAD: Screen Cast using program called Jing: http://screencast.com/t/MEI1DGKbIP Dep - blank and not available in drop down list Arriv- KIAD Sometimes it's correct: Dep- KEWR Arriv-KIAD and somtimes Dep-KEWR Arriv-blank and not available in drop down list Any help appreciated!

Is it possible for the user to create a pirep, with them being able to choose the dep airport and arr airport. I need something like this, so there does not have to be a long list of schedules, they choose the flights themselves.. I would like them to have control over their flight. Thanks

Ok i partially mentione several issues in another post, but didnt want to hijack someones post. After installing .928 i have the following issues: At file a pirep from either the "view my bids" or the main Pilot center i can fill out all the fields and apparently submit it. however it does not show in the pilots filed pireps or in the admin panel "pireps pending" I did check install and got no errors. Nabeel I am starting to get problems while pilots are filing pireps, to file a manual pirep it is taking over one minute from pressing the file button, this is also causing problems when pilots are using kACARS with the site delay. If there any way of moving the back end functions to a cron as the current performance can not continue. I have been speaking with Jeff and we have tried various things but its looking like its the back end functions that are causing the delays and problems as described above i tried a manual pirep which took over a minute to file. I got phpvms working on my home server useing windows server 2003 running lls system. Have php 5.2 installed with phpmyadmin thats all. Theres no errors that show up. Anything like that is it im missing something or what. but you can click any page but it sits at index.php http://deltaairva.net Changed OS from Windows Server 2003 To a linux Software. and It works perfect.

OK, first of all I know that a lot of folk on here are in major debt in their finances. Obviously with the high fuel prices, overcoming them and expenses are a big challenge. What makes it harder for us is we are a low-cost airline. I recently jacked up the prices a bit to try to cover costs more, however, if you see the real-world low-cost airlines like easyJet, Ryanair and Jet2, they can all cope - with prices as low as £10 or less. Now the big difference here is number of flights. They will fly hundreds to thousands of flights per day (Ryanair flies over 1500 and easyJet over 900) and that will of course add to fuel costs. Nabeel, In the finance and balance sheet page not all the expenses are populated on that pie chart, i used the admin url and the do as the data source but normal pilots would not be able to access that. Example, Using the admin url the pie chart is fully populated with the expense types.

I believe there is a problem with the finance data. Right now the finance data has our pilot pay total as of 65 million dollars. Even if every pilot made our top pay of $180 * 1100 total hours = Total Pilot Pay should be $198,000.
