Hi guys, When i go to my admin panel and select the reports & expenses, then select the financial repports i select EHAM (or another ICAO) in the filter field and select Departure airport. when i click 'filter' the following error pops up: Warning: call_user_func_array() [function.call-user-func-array]: First argument is expected to be a valid callback, 'Finance::viewreporttype=&submit=view+report' was given in /home/seriousa/public_html/core/classes/MainController.class.php on line 218 I tried to search the forum for this error but i could not find anything. Hi. First of all, sorry for my poor English. I am working with the issue of finances and would like to add the cost of aircraft. It would be easy to discount the total balance of the purchase of an aircraft. I have seen that there is a table called finacesdata, but this does not have any rows. There is only the structure. I have also seen that in all the code is not referenced to the above table, except when you create it as installation scripts. I wonder. Am I wrong on the above? What is it for this table? It would be interesting to have a table with the total balance sheet and operating with it as you wish. Expenses system is interesting but not suitable for t…

My financials are in crazy debt! My fuel prices are set to only 99 cents (Southwest Airlines pricing), but I'm still over 3 million in debt. I've recalculated finances, but nothing works. Any advise? Hi, I need some help with the finances of my VA. We are a Military VA, however have decided to try and use the finances options for the Squadrons (Airlines) that do roles involving Heavy Lift or Transport, the combat oriented Sqns simply wont earn any revenue.. only spend it! I have setup the Ranks pay levels based on Annual Salarys at the given Rank within the service, plus an extra hourly rate for Flying Pay. My main question is about Schedules pricing for PAX and Cargo... I really dont know where to start? One of my Pilots did a 20 Minute flight (Cargo) and earned £250,000!!! so i dont tihnk we have the right pricing setup yet. I would be interested to know what …

Hi, well first of all, i am very happy about phpVMS. I bought that commercial version vabase first and was so disappointed. Then i found phpVMS and well.. wow.. Now i managed almost everything but the finances. I totally do not understand the system. When i fly, it puts in random values for "This is the price of fuel, $ per kg". Sometimes over 1million $ and so on. Can someone explain it? I found that manual but it wasnt very usefull. Wbr Tebin

Good Afternoon Ladies & Gents, i hope you are well, we are currently having some problems with our Finances module for some reason we are neither gaining or loosing money our balance is currently at 0, please see screenshot. All data within our schedules is present including flight prices, does anyone have any idea what i have missed somewhere or point me in the right direction ? The only problem is that I have a hard time to setup an accurate and realistic as possible finances. hello nabeel could it be possible that the financial part ins't working the fuel costs are minus alsow the montly cost but the cost per flight arent going down and no money is added after a flight. i currently use the last beta but i think the problem already was in an earlyer beta. gr joeri

Not sure if anyone has addressed this, doesn't seem like most VA care about their financials. At any rate the over all financials for my VA are way off....They state that my VA made 3billion last year. I no longer see an option to reset financials in the admin panel.

I was going through my financials today trying to figure out how the hell we aren't making any money and noticed one major problem. [possibly] Most of my flights are cargo or charter. On the charter flights the system is simply putting in the max value of pax the aircraft carries and thats wrong, those flights are charged by the pound. Same for the charter flights, those are charged a a charter fee. When I am doing this manually all seems to be well.

G'day Guys, A member of my management team brought up this idea. Being able to fine pilots based on risky decisions/poor flying, and give them the hours they gathered from the flight instead. Basically when a pilots pirep is rejected, they still receive the hours, but don't get paid, or loose and amount of pay. Cheers Tylor

Hi folks A search didn't bring up anything relevant, so can anyone help? As of yesterday Firefox only displays my site (www.palegrevirtual.com) as plain text, with no layout or images. IE, Opera and Chrome all display correctly, but not Firefox, even with all add-ons disabled. The only admin activity on the site has been to add more routes, nothing in the structure has changed recently, so I'm at a loss to understand this. I doubt that this is an error caused by phpvms, but perhaps there is something in the coding that I could change to ensure compatibility with all browsers? None of my pilots use FF so it's not an immediate issue, but when we officially open in January…

Hello all! I have some problem whit Firefox on my site I installed Airmail and have problem view the mail correctly. The table seems messed up in Firefox but looks great in IE. Anyone know how to fix it? I had the same issue on other things like VAforum2. looks like Firefox for some reason have trouble reading tables correctly

Hey everyone, Let me start off by saying that I have little to no experience with this sort of thing. I've done coding on websites before, but stuck to what I know. I've followed every tutorial out there that I could, and have come to the same point each time, not where I want to be. I've got phpvms up on my server (not a free hosting company). I've created the MYSQL database, no issues. I've installed PHPVMS, but had a few issues in the installation process. Hi Guys, I have an invoice due to be paid and over the past few days i have been trying to login to pay the invoice however i am just getting a blank white page when i attempt to go to the portal. Is it down? Is anyone having any other issues? Also noticed some files in my FTP have been modified as of March 1st which was not done me or anyone in my Team. It has made all Pilots unable to submit PIREPS which as we know in the VA world causes quite a stir! Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Could someone check what is going on with fivedev hosting? The webage is unaccesable for many of our users and most of the time. Some times it opens on mobile, sometimes on PC, some times on none with "The connection has timed out". We even cannot access fivedev.net / no cPanel, no nothing.
