I am getting an error with Virgin Atlantic VA's custom kacars the error is: But it isn't, I just updated to the latest FSUIPC for FS9. It worked fine yesterday. And that has me baffled.

Hello, i know that i must contact directly Jeff but now i can't do it, So, i've got this error (sorry it's in italian language) **See the attached image** Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click continue, the application will ignore this error and attemp to continue. If you click Quit the application will close immediatelly. Acces to the file C:\Program Files\FS Products\BlueACARS\send.xml is negated. How can i resolve it? Thank you so much !

At the almost end of 2015 there seems to be a problem with Kacars. As most people are dutch in our VA i have use google translate to get the message in English. I don't know if it is the right error message kAcars - V -Bird VA has found a break point defined by a user It seems the last security update of the 30th of december is the evil one. Regards, Cor

Hi Just a suggestion: I think it would would make the timestamps more useful if kACARS used either FS local time or UTC system time for flight phase logging instead of using local system time. Thanks

I contacted Jeffrey but thought it'd be best to post here. Does anyone know how to export own data to kACARS? Take passengers for example. There is: $load = $xml->pirep->pax; in the code but this won't set the actual value. I'm assuming the values are decided in the XML? Any ideas?

Hello everybody, I suspect couple of my VA pilots are using some tricks to edit their flight log recorded by kACARS before filing PIREPs to servers. There is a guy who used to have super bad landing rates & too many over-speeds in his flight log. He was very desperate to get in Top 10 Landing List. All of the sudden he began reporting absolutely perfect PIREP with no over-speed, no sim-paused & landing rates always below -100fpm. Now he tops in landing list with -14fpm & 4th spot with -20fpm. Hey In our Schedules gives one flight (at now) where the pilot must land to refuel his plane. After this he must fly to the destination. But after i do the takeoff the flight phase dont change. Can one add an bottum to remove the Landing-infos? That kACARS ecord the landing at the destination??? or gives this everywhere?

We have deleted a pilot, including the ACARS_data from the database. The flight still shows up on the map with a PID of 0000. How can this be deleted? http://prs.flyafava.com/ thanks

Hi folks, I was in my off my pilots PC last night to get him set up with kACARS but when I went to run the program I got this error, 'font arial does not support style regulor' He is using windows 7 so I do not know if there is an issue with that, any ideas?

As w know, a lot of us can connect to kacars or acars and with a lot of va's using both tracking services they can see on the acars map where each other is and can chat with each other bwforen or after they fly which makes chatting with them even harder.. I'm wondering if kacars and acars could stay a tracking service but eventually turn into a vatsim like area. Where instead of just seeing them from a map you could actually fly with them, and yes I know you could do that on vatsim as well but they may not always connect to vatsim so connecting to the acars Flightsim server would be much more fun, you could chat with each other as you fly no need for making ".msg ovaXX…

kACARS Version: kACARS Free 1.0.1.1 FSUIPC Version: 3.48 Recently I've been getting this error: I tried upgrading, so I'm now running 1.0.1.1, but the problem recurs. If I click OK, the log begins, but only if I check the 'Ignore P-Brake / Airborne Check' option. If I don't, it tells me to check my parking brake and to get on the ground even though I already am. Hello I've had already a few times that the fuel consumption posted by kacars was incorrect. I think I've got it narrowed down to that you have to set your fuel *before* hitting start flight, but not sure. Hello to all. I know we have tossed around the fuel issue with kACARS many times, but fellas, something is not jiving for me. Look at the numbers in the log first and then look up top where the arrow is pointing. Something is not set right or I am missing something very important. a 1 hour flight loosing almost 1 million dollars in fuel? I know the site is supposed to convert fuel and all that and I read a thread that kACARS reports in pounds and then converts according to the site config. Am I missing something of value? Hey guys. I need some help. I keep getting error messages from my Kacars when trying to start a flight. I have attached 2 screenshots. The first on occurs when I go to retrieve a flight bid. I can continue from this one with no probs. But... the second picture shows what happens when I actually start the flight, and I am unable to continue from this point. Any Ideas?
