The title of this question at first glance might seem a little odd, but let me explain In PHPVMS V7 there is a large scale and very useful integration with SIMBRIEF and as such the Route for a flight is often passed for example to the Acars from the simbrief OFP. Likewise when you look at the briefing for your flight level for FMC MCDU input it is there in the detail of each flight leg. So to set the question is to what value in PHPVMS V7 is having anything in the route field of a flight have with the rest of the system . Yes it gets sent to Simbrief and is used to generate the OPF but Simbrief will give you a flight plan route if there is nothing to …

Given that one of the hardest jobs in setting up a virtual airline is sorting out schedules that work well , alongside the subfleet and aircraft to fly the routes. Now if you have MSFS 2020 and the FS_TRAFFIC add-on it comes with a good set of schedules that you can copy and use with some coding to make all the data for your airline. Following a successful build and launch of my new PHPVMS V7 Virtual Airline Virtualairhygge. (http://virtualairhygge.com) I would personally like to thank Nabeel for creating the software in the first place and to all those who have been busy sorting out the bugs and adding value to the base package. I have noticed that if you restrict pilots to aircraft by rank and by type rating, aircraft subfleet without a type rating assigned won't show up. So can you only use one of these options unless you assign type rates to every aircraft? Then you would have to assign every pilot type ratings for every aircraft. Type ratings in the US are only necessary for aircraft over 12500 if I remember correctly. Thanks for any advice.

Is there any way to change the order that the flight cards appear on the flights page. By default it orders them by the flight number but I'd like to change that so it orders them by the departure time. I'm assuming it's part of the code in the "table.blade.php" file. I did try to amend: <a class="text-c" href="{{ route('frontend.flights.show', [$flight->id]) }}"> to: <a class="text-c" href="{{ route('frontend.flights.show', [$flight->dep_time]) }}"> but that doesn't appear to work.

Hi, I managed to use phpvms 7 and it works great! As already written in other posts, my company will be flying on xbox so no flight recording software will be used. So I ask you, is there the possibility to change the live map with a route map or a map of the last pireps? thanks for everything.

hello everyone, I just met this system and tried to install it on my site. I use Altervista. I would like to use your system but only using the manual Pirep sending function, because my idea is to create a virtual airline for pilots who use xbox. phpVMS 7 beta 3 seemed to work but I couldn't open the manual Pirep submission page, but i don't know why! therefore, is it possible that you make a "light" version without the ACARS application? thanks for all.

Is the page still up? I can't access it anymore from any of the 3 computers I have or even my phone...... I would think this is more than a firewall or virus protection issue as I believe (in my lack of computer knowledge) that the site has an exception or whatever. From the home page when clicking purchase now it just tries to load for awhile then gives the cannot connect screen.....weird......any ideas? Thanks!

Long time no chit chat gents. Hope all is well! My first post back here in quite some time. Life has threw me a curve ball and I am ready to jump back in finally. Just curious, is Paid ACARS (not nagging at all about that Nabeel deserves all he gets for his work) the only option thus far besides manual PIREPS? I hate to start a new Startup and pour cash into it to possibly fizzle out. I suppose that is where manual pireps come in handy but I have polled MANY virtual pilots over the years and most will not join a VA that accepts manual pireps. I am just tryin g to examine all possibilities and and what ifs and come up with a solid game plan before I just start …

No problem at any US (including Puerto Rico) or Canada airports, but when I ended a flight at TNCM (Princess Juliana) is got a dashboard metar error (dashboard nothing but errors). I believe it was about weather metar variances. US is A#### ex: A2992. At the time at TNCM is was Q1012. When flew back to Puerto Rico, dashboard was perfect again. I looked at all the error possibilities in all my files while at TNCM but they all were matching the error corrections. I don't have the version of the error to print right now but can try it again. Hello I'm using PHPVMS7 DEV, and after a week of use, the rating and pay-per-flight system for pilots stopped working. I've searched here on the forum and on discord and haven't found anything I can do. Even putting it in the automatic homologation post, it does not approve the pireps, as well as it does not generate expenses and income and does not pay the pilots. follow some images below. even pressing the recalculation button does not this was the first one that worked correctly

G'day guys, May I ask if it is possible to do any sort of processing on basemap colors for the map used in phpvms/vmsacars? I have read the following documentation: https://docs.phpvms.net/customize/maps The default OSM.Mapnik is great especially since it shows taxiway designations at many airports - useful as a mini-EFB for aerodrome navigation. However we also like maps like Stadia.Dark with a dark gray theme which goes very well with vmsacars dark mode. However it doesn't contain airport data. I know that the version 7 is still being worked on, and have no idea when it will be ready for wide release but I have been learning the basic's of Blade Templating and converting an existing Bootstrap & HTML template to phpVMS v7. I am also trying to learn the basic's of Laravel for v7. I am not a coder by any mean's just enjoy making template's for the old version's of phpVMS and also learning how to make them or customize them for v7. A lot of work has been put into the financial part of PHPVMS 7. This tells me that there are several airlines that must be using such systems. Id like to get some ideas as to how people use this information, for example, pilots earn pay, has anyone come up with some way to let pilots use their salary?
