Dear PHPVMS experts, Please help me out on this. How do I change the page width (of phpvms output) I think mine is 800px (by default) and i'd like it to be 500px. So it can fit my skin i'm making. I checked local.config app.config and all the configs in /core. Please help me. I know you can change it somewhere but just need the help. Hello, Ive recently put some pages in some of them are at the bottom or not in the right place, im also trying to get rid of these blue content things.and other news boexes that i dont want. There is also the airmail which is not in the right place. The Exam Admin bit is not right. All Pictures are here. HEllo gents. I want to make a new skin, but rather than turning out stuff no one wants I figured that getting your feed back would be best. Tell me what you like in a skin, what features turn you on, 3 colums,2 colums, style of header, things like that. Don't worry about color, thats for you to decide. After we compile what you all like I'll make a skin that will be easy to edit and understand. Thanks guys!!! Any code you would like to share is a plus also.

Ok, after much work, and a very steep learning curve, and LOTS of help from y'all I have finally got a skin that I think i can work with. All thats left ot figure out is the CSS code that effects the headers when it comes to padding....and a couple of other things... BUT I wanted to thank everyone for all the help.. http://www.pakakadventures.com/vms the airline isn't running yet, but if y'all want to see what all your help has created, there it is. The downloads page, when you click on a download goes into an infinite loop situation and the page just sits there clicking at you as it continuously reloads. I know this has to do with a loop function in the code, but Iive not been able to resolve it. I have designed imho a very good looking website in Adobe and I also have a free host as a test base. I have been able to upload the phpvms onto the server and I have followed the docs and customized the basic skin after copying the crystal as suggested. Now my dilemma. I have not been able to integrate phpvms into my webpage. I tried to upload the lines suggested into the index_html but unfortunately I just screwed it up. I removed the php codes and put it back to original state. Can anyone tell me if there is a script example showing how this was done? I don't know a thing about php code writing. Hi All This may be a long topic as im very new to php. I need to know how phpvms works in order to change my pages to suite my VA. I guess as normal web sites use the index.php page to load first, what then controls the rest of the pages as i see many folders eg lib/skins In this folder i have copied crystal and renamed it. Inside there are styles.css and layout.tpl (Do i change these) Inside the core folder is loads of other folders with php and tpl files. im confused thats there a template folder, modules and pages folders with many more php can you see where im coming from what controls what pages to be displayed and what ones do i alter. I have edited the pages_items.tpl file and its in my skins folder. For some reason this file is not being used and the default file is, I have a feeling that it's because under the customized core_navigation.tpl file which is in my skin folder as well the site is using the <?php echo &MODULE_NAV_INC;?> code which is drawing the auto generated links from the default pages_items.tpl. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks,
