Hello, I am searching for an export of many airports. As we are running a business airline with no schedule, I want to get as much as possible airports in our database. I have added some manually, but it will take a while to have all imported... Is there a file available which I can import directly to the database? thanks, Mark

Not sure if im nissing a file after the update but i cant use the schedule update, i changed my csv to the new format and i just get all these errors. Well, I fired off my large import before I went to bed last night and when I checked it is morning it appears that all 3400 of my routes were added. But, not one of my airports were. Here is output of one of the imports: ICAO PANC not added... retriving information: Imported IPG26 (PAJN to PANC) ICAO PANC not added... retriving information: Found: PANC - (,), airport added I just fired off the import again since I'm getting ready to leave for work so hopefully they will add the airport. Any suggestions if they don't?

Hi guys, just a couple of problems, please let me know if there are solutions. 1) i imported aproximately 400 routes on ver.1 phpvms. Apart the problem that i saw in an other thread (ICAO LIBD not added... retriving information: Found: LIBD - (,), airport added ------> this is just one of the various airports), some flights changed the aircraft... i had this problem : instead of importing me I-VVER that is the 767 he imported the I-VVEM that is the Embraer 170.. only on some routes. Hi all, I am having a problem with adding routes to the website, I spent over 14 hours creating routes for the whole of the United States I've entered them all correctly how you are supposed to had no error messages while importing however at the end it says "The import process is complete, added 1 schedules, updated 306, for a total of 306" Its only adding one out of the 306, it has me baffled as to why it's not adding all of them to the schedules, I've attached a screenshot so you can see what I mean and this is the first go of importing the routes, has anyone else had this problem before and if so how did you fix it, any suggestions would be great. Hi there! I'm creating a PHP script to export pilots from a custom built VA Admin System I did a few years ago. I opened RegistrationDataClass.php and found out that the AddUser method receives the following array as parameter: $data = array( 'firstname' => '', 'lastname' => '', 'email' => '', 'password' => '', 'code' => '', 'location' => '', 'hub' => '', 'confirm' => false); I can fill most of those fields with legacy data, but not sure how to create a pre-defined password and salt (?) and have pilots change their passwords once the logon for the first time into the system. I did some changes to my VA and that included changes with a new site, but that isn't really a problem. I installed phpvms on this site and it is going great, but when I try to import the schedule, all it says is "DO NOT REFRESH OR STOP THIS PAGE" but nothing with the schedule shows up below. You can download the schedule and take a look, but everything should work fine. Why won't it import? Hi guys. Just recently installed phpVMS to replace VABase & have to say I'm mightily impressed (especially with all the great add-ons the community is developing!) Anyway, the problem at hand... I've manually imported the fleet from myPHPAdmin and re-optimised the tables, cleared the cache etc. I'm trying to import the current schedules we have (I've changed the data to match the phpVMS formatting) using the Admin function and it's successfully picked up all the airports & populated that table but it keeps throwing up an error for every entry that "Aircraft xx does not exist! Hi. I have been creating my schedules on a spred sheet and then saving it as a csv file. This has been working out with no problems untill this weekend. I have an odd question that i don't see a thread for.... I exported the schedule we have to work on it quicker and then import it. I see that the flighttype section is empty to I go through and add the C, P, H respectively for the type it is. After importing the flight i noticed all pireps have a negative profit so I exported the schedules again. All the Types are again missing. It appears that the system on input is defaulting all flight to passenger loads with cargo prices....I verified the .csv has the right price. Not sure why it is doing this....any ideas on help would be great. Would like to see positive profits again..... Also noticed that the system is charging …

I'm having a import problem, when i imported a CSV timetable and it appears that Saturday is not on? i have those numbers, 0123456, i want the Monday, Tues, Wend, Thurs, Fri, Saturday, And Sunday. But the saturday won't not be checked in the route edit. Why is that a problem?

Hi, When i imported my timetable and the days of weeks is just Sunday Monday Tuesday Wed. Thursday Fridy. Hello guys! I've been having some troubles with the Import.php. I cant Import schedules. Basically when i click import, it redirects me to the page http://aveiroexpress.comli.com/admin/index.php/import/processimport and nothing happens. So in the early stages of testing the virtual airline. For the most part working on the template which does not effect the database or anything like that. In trying to learn the CSV import and export functions, I noticed that there is an option in the Import for Schedules that states : "Delete all previous routes - NOTE: this could potentially mess up any PIREPS from ACARS flights which are currently in progress, whose routes have changed. " , which like I said we are in the testing phase. So If we say have 1,000 schedules as an example and we edit the spreadsheet to have 500 and tick the DELETE, it will delete the 1,000 first right and than upload the new 500 on the spre…

This is probably answered in another thread somewhere but I have looked and I can't find it anywhere. I am making a .csv file for the routes and importing them. In the "aircraft" column I think it is looking for the registration of the aircraft instead of the actual aircraft icao. So instead of me having to put "N123AW" in for the aircraft is there a way i can put "A320" in and the phpVMS understands it. Also, when using XACARS, when clicking "flight data from ACARS" it will have "A320" in the aircraft field instead of "N123AW" This will make it so much easier to add the routes with the .csv template if I can do it this way. I imported a schedule to my phpvms and it indicated "....updated 231, for a total of 231". I checked the database manually, not through phpvms, and it showed only 64 flights?!?? Now some of these flights are differnet legs with the same flight number. But the template does not show legs. Is this the problem? Bruce

My old site simply stopped working, it would not allow me to reset the password, nor it would send me a new one. Even with the correct credentials it just wouldn't let me in. So after more than year hiatus and having taken the site down. I decided to start all over again. Iinstalled the latest version which seems to have changes. Importing flight schedules from a CSV file and although in the CSV file the daysofweek is 0123456, when imported schedule shows flights with no SATURDAY scheduled? Any ideas anyone?
