Hi, I am trying to setup XACARS for my virtual airline https://www.scootvirtual.net We use smartCARS for flight logging, but I need to setup XACARS as I have a mac/X-plane user who cant use the smartCARS program as it's not compatible. Does anyone have both CC Flight Tracker and CC Route Map? I have a question regarding showing actual flight path being flown - I can't get it to show even after following the step in the installation instructions. What causes the route_details column to be empty on a pirep? I have detected that PIREPS like this don't show navaids on the PIREP map. a:0:{} I dont' quite understand the reason because I see it on some that have 1 navaid, or 4 navaids--but then I have another with 4 navaids and route details showing. Ignore the one in image that says "Enter"; pilot didn't actually enter route from Simbrief. Low down: basically any PIREP with route_details that only has "a:0:{}" shows zero navaids on map. I have a new VA that I am starting that is based on U.S. Naval Reserve Squadrons which have more than 3 letters like commercial airlines. Is there a way that I can change a template or form to do this. I have been doing some looking through the files but did not find it. I can enter VS27 as an airline but when a registration is created, it is created as VS20001 not VS270001. Increasing the number for the pilot ID only adds more 0's not VS27 instead of VS2. Thank you. Gday gents, I'm trying to increase the "name" and "code" values in the below php database entries. The target airline code is "SVAG" for "Singapore Virtual Airlines Group" (32 characters). "name" will successfully amend to more than 30 char, but changing "code" to 4 results in this error: Avia has pointed out that real-world airline codes are 3 letters and I'm aware of this but because we operate as a group of airlines, our pilots are given group callsigns instead of the ICAO callsigns. Can someone advise please? Thank you.

After a lot of problems, and with the help of Nabeel at Fivedev, I've finally manged to install phpVMS. Now I've come across another problem. Whenever I try to add airports manually I get an error "There was an error adding the airport". If I try to "look up" an airport, the system just hangs and doesn't do anything. I've now tried this using two different installs and with two different paid hosts. I've looked through this forum and can see that others have had the same problem in the past, but can't see any solutions to the problem. Does anyone know how to write code that will hide the table if no flights exist? Show when they do? It bothers me that I have a table header showing of my column titles below ACARS map and no flights. Hello, The pilots of my VA do many non scheduled IFR flights, in various places of the world, and a lot of VFR on the same model. It works fine with the KACARS tracker but i would like a real manual PIREP system wich allows pilots to send a PIREP of any kind with the values they choose to enter. The only condition to respect may be that each field must be filled, but i don't want to check if a scheduled flight exists, wich is the case actually. I've tried some solutions by myself but each time when i test it, it doesn't work. How can i do to allows pilot to send all PIREPS they want manually ? I recently change my airline from vam to phpvms, i have a lot off pilots with high rank, in my new sistem the transfer hours are not taking into account for the rank, so the main issue is that the pilots have to fly again for get they previosly rank in the old system. Also if i modify the data base to put the minimun hours to the current pilot rank, when i submit a pirep from the smartCARS, the data base is reseted, the amount of hours and the number of fligths. There is any soultion to this????

Hello; Is there a way to generate or create reports that will show a specific pilot's total flight hours for a specified week, monthly, quarterly, and yearly flight hour totals? Would like to find a module that will allow management to generate a report for each pilot that shows their total flight time by weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly. I grabbed Nabeel files for moving to leaflet and all is well except 1 thing--whenever you click on an aircraft that's on live map you get the bubble popup that shows flight info, nav markers for route, etc. However, when you click X the only thing that disappears is navbubble. I've looked around for a bit and haven't come across this yet, I apologize in advance if it has already been answered. I need to change the schedule search from the default drop down list, to a search box. Both for the departure and arrival airports. I have a fairly large DB of airports and it heavy lags the site when it attempts to load them all under the drop down options. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. I'm using 5.5.x

Hi , I have searched the forum but cant seem to find anything on this. I would like to be able to give abonus payment to pilots for their landing rate and if they complete a long haul flight online.
