Hello, Ever since we moved our site to a new hosting company (not free), we have an issue with adding new airports. It is constantly giving this message: Fetching airport data... Waiting for ICAO change... Did I perhaps need to make a certain folder writeable? Or is there a different issue? Is there any way i can view pireps by group instead of assigned hub. For instance i go into the admin center i click the pending pireps. I can then select "view my hub" instead of a hub is there a way i can "view my group" Or is there a way to add multiple hubs for a pilot... Reson im asking is we have regional managers that cover 3 hubs. So I need the specific 3 hubs to be grouped together so that a regional manager can view the pireps within his hubs. I have been told to make a new topic for this. I asked about a week ago how to remove the Departure Time, Arrival Time and Day of Week from the schedules. I was told that it wasn't possible but I should keep it there for VACentral, I don't want to use VACentral as I want my VA to remain as it is. In the General Feature Request section I then asked about changing and the ability of deleting current fields (not adding just custom fields) and I got told that I could do it by changing some code to a default value of 0 for the fields I didn't want, I just assumed that it was in the admin panel part for schedules so I changed the value to 0 but now have the 'Time Flown', 'Detai…

I am trying to use the admin fleet table found in Admin Panel > Airline Operations > Add and Edit Fleet. I copied and pasted the code (I understand that I won't get the same styling as the admin fleet table but I don't care about styling) over to my fleet module and it says that no aircraft have been added when there indeed have been aircraft added. I'm pretty sure the variable $allaircraft (as array) is no longer valid after moving the code. What is the array variable with all the aircraft? Thanks!

Hi Nabeel, I suggest checking the 869 beta as there is a serious error, Apart from the 2 maps not working it also changes the Expenses/Reports graph, It was saying that we lost 25 million pound! (ALOT!) However as i noticed this the CEO suggested we check the coding, So i rolled it back to the release version and hey presto! Finances back on track. Just warning you. Thomas.

if you look here: http://flyirelandva....index.php/acars you can see that the map is too wide. How do i make it smaller? Also it never knows what the distance or the status is. It always has enroute and distance to remain: 0.00nm ?? I use XACARS. Thanks for the support! James

Hey Guys, I need some more help. I am designing an individual page for each aircraft in my fleet, and would love to have a way to display the aircraft logbook, hours flown with my VA, pax and cargo carried, plus the cycles it has (adding 1 everytime a PIREP is filed). Hello all! Today I re-installed my localhost and the php version I m running is now 6.0.0-dev. When trying to access my phpvms localhost site an error comes up saying: "You are not running PHP 5+" But I m running 6. Is there a problem or a problem with 6.0.0-dev version ? Regards.

Hello all, Like in the topic title, I have problem with flight searching. When I try to search an available flight as the result I get a blank page. When I refresh, it goes back to page with all flights. It happens with all search options ( by departure airport, by arrival airport, by aircraft type, by distance). I'm sure I didn't modify any related files, the problem existed even few minutes after installation of phpvms on a server, before I started to customize. Thank you for your help

Just a question for you php wizards. I am trying to find a way to not show all the available flight schedules upon first clicking View Schedules. It's the page that you see when you choose either "By Departure Airport", "By Arrival Airport", "By Aircraft Type" or "By Distance". I just want the Search area to show and not the flights under it until the member actually submits his/her flight search. Is there a way around this? If not, I'll just have to just have it show the Random Flight Search instead (thanks to Lorathon for this one).

Gents I have four sites on two servers, never had an install issue until going for my fifth. I run the installer, but the Check database connection does nothing, so if I go to Next, I get this error. I made a module so pilots can add flights to the database. I cleared the errors, but it sid it can't find the class "Auth" or "PilotGroups". Help me please. Here's the relevant code (.php) It is the action for a form that u put the departure and arrival airports etc. I only put the relevant part, below it connects to the database and updates the table where flightnum=$pilotid. Hey Guys, Long time no speak since Ive had to reinstall the OS, as well as being health- impeared for a bit! I have a question, used the search, but no cigar. In My Airline, I have over 40 pilots. It is very hard to go through and mark each of them inactive, etc. Is there any Code Snippets, that any of yall' know of, that can help me get these pilots not only marks them inactive, (as shown in the local.config) that can automatically remove them from the Pilot roster, if they do not complete a Preset number of flights in a preset number of days?

Hello, We are creating a new virtual airline with phpVMS. The problem is that we have realized that when we create a route, it is mandatory to assign a plane (registration). We were wondering if there was an alternative scheduling system where possible to choose between different aircrafts available at the current location to perform that flight.
