Right off the bat, I will apologize if this has been asked before. If I am wanting to allow some of my pilots to use XACARS is there a way to get it to work with VMS? We are currently looking at the possibility to use VMS and are currently testing to see if we can make the move. With out loosing to much data on the pilots. Hi there, i have added a new page via the admin menue to the website. But it seems to be a static htm file. I wanted to have our fleet loaded from the database via php and display it on the site. How is this possible as every new Page is created as htm, so i cant access my database. thanks for help, Mark

Hi i was wondering from some time... how can i change the zoom level of the live map have tried editing the local.config.php line 70 but regardless of the number i put the zoom level always stays the same on the site... i can change the center position of the map but so far i couldn't change the zoom

after reseting VA finances only incomes are recalculated, but fuel expenses are set to 0, not recalculated acording to fuel prices preset at airports.

Hey Guys, Long time no speak since Ive had to reinstall the OS, as well as being health- impeared for a bit! I have a question, used the search, but no cigar. In My Airline, I have over 40 pilots. It is very hard to go through and mark each of them inactive, etc. Is there any Code Snippets, that any of yall' know of, that can help me get these pilots not only marks them inactive, (as shown in the local.config) that can automatically remove them from the Pilot roster, if they do not complete a Preset number of flights in a preset number of days?

Hi there, I was wondering if there is a way to add a random flight generator to your va? I know it sounds silly, but whenever someone bids on a flight, you have to re-make it. If anything, is there a way to make the schedule static so when someone bids, it won't go away? Or even better, take the bidding out all togther? Thanks for your time.

Hi Nabeel, I was wondering if it would be worthwhile to consider a change to the downloads section. As it stands, all download categories are on the same page. What I think would be cool is if when you went to view the downloads, it would take you to a page where the categories are listed. You could then, click the category you wanted to view just those files. When you consider that a lot of VAs will have ten to twenty aircraft and may have those files for both FS2004 and FSX, the page may get a little long. As well, you could also make a utilities category for panel files, pdf manuals, etc. Just my two cents! Chuck CYXU

Hi! I have a problem with my ACARS Map... sometimes I have pilots who appear in the middle of Gulf of Guinea... very far from where we fly lol And they get stucked there... Hi there, I was looking for any links to NOTAM pages or charts, because the old ones in Flight Briefing are outdated and don't work anymore. I tried capturing links from the FAA, but it seems they don't want you to capture their NOTAMs anymore.

Is there a possible way to edit the ACARs map so the little pop-up bubble does not go away until the user clicks the X button? Also is their a way to get the ACARs map to not auto-zoom in so far? Thanks

Hi! I don't know if this question has been answered or not, as I could not find a solid answer, but I am running my PHPvms 5.5x on a subdomain, e.g. fly.domain.com, and I want to display a flight map, or just a simple number of pilots, flights, and miles flown, on the non sub-domain (Main Site). Hello! I was wondering if there was a way to alter the way the distance is entered on PhpVMS? Currently the distance is figured out automatically by the distance from the Departure airport and the Arrival Airport.My question is if there is a way when the pilot is filing their pirep if they can enter the distance they got instead of the auto calculated distance. @Nabeel

Hi Guys, At the moment I have a development site and a live site using two separate databases in case something goes wrong. Is it safe for me to work both sites from the one database using a _prefix ? If so, since I already have them set up, how do I go about doing it ? Any advice would be mostly appreciated. Regards Adam

I have a route of flight with a pilot who has booked her and her has not flown. How it can an administrator remove the route that a pilot has reserved. This should be taken into account for future versions of the system. An administrator would have to be able to visualize the paths that are reserved and remove them when booking the case as necessary, as it is the mine at the moment. I need help

Hello!! So im working on trying to spruce up the information for my acars map, this is the code im trying to get to work its just showing nothing, so its outputting blank info. Any idea on why it would return nothing, maybe I'm not calling the right info from the acars? Hello, I am having issues with the Live Map now as underneath it says: The map and table automatically update. Red indicates pilot is on the ground. Green indicates in air. Click pilot name to view. No matter if the plane is in the air or on the ground it shows up blue. Is this just a simple coding error where it can be fixed by me. Or is an issue with ACARS? Thanks Sam

Hello, I followed a lot of the forum's guides on install and error resolution for the Pirep Auto Approve/Reject. I cannot find the log to get the status of what the module is doing. I have it enabled as well as a 400 or -400 fpm approval rating (we would like -399 or greater fpm to reject.) Also, I do not know what the Admin Code is to get the rejections to go forward. phpvms_pireps.zip
