I have a question. Well, i use the PHPVMS with FsPax, i tried to send the PIREP directly from FsPax to VA's PHPVMS without File a Report from the Pilot Center. 2 times got it successfuly and when i went to the Admin Panel, I saw it as a PIREP and i accepted... But, the last 3 days i do it that, the system isn't show me the PIREP and i must to go from the Pilot Center to File it... ok, i have tried 3 times to install PHPVMS. I have follwed the docs to the letter, and istallation is fine, and setup is fine. I have setup airline, aircraft and a route. However, no matter what i try, FSACARS will not send any data. When i complete the flight, nothing happens, and if i click send log, i get a data base error! what is wrong, why will FSCARS not log my flight?

Hi, Is there any way to have the schedules in nautical miles. I know in the local.config I can have either miles or kilometres but all the flying I do is always in NM.

I'm working on the awards, I got them to show. The problem is they run on the same line. SO much that you have to scroll over to see them all. Is there a way to only show 4 per line? Another problem. How do I show the images on the public profiles? All I see is the text. Eddie

I noticed tonight, I did some traffic patterns and flew around St Louis for a while and landed. Uploaded pirep via FSACARS all went smooth. Here is my question. Is it possible to make it so that admin can add comments to a pirep that has been submitted using ACARS? Or is it possible to add comments via ACARS before submitting the pirep? I have setup a bogus flight as suggested in the FAQ for flights not on schedule and I instructed pilots when able to add comments as in where they fly from and to and all that good stuff. If not is no biggie to me. I can always have them file manually, but that kind of defeats the purpose of ACARS. ;-)

A new pilot ran into a problem filing a manual pirep. Every time he selected the airline, the dropdown menu for the departure airport only displayed 2 airports. While my screen displays this: His displays this: I'm using IE8. He is using Firefox. I don't have Firefox, but was able to replicate the problem, using Google Chrome. Any thoughts on what the problem is. He can display all the dearture airports until he selects the airline. There is no problem displaying the destination airports.

When filling a pirep should the time be in a Decimal like: .1 - 6 mins .2 - 12 mins .3 - 18 mins .4 - 24 mins .5 - 30 mins .6 - 36 mins .7 - 42 mins .8 - 48 mins .9 - 54 mins 1.0 - 60 mins or in Hours:Minutes? Just a few Pilots at the VA I'm a manager for said their Time until next promotion isn't increasing correctly when using Hours:Minutes.

I need to create a new page that automatically displays the following information. Pilot Name Pilot ID Join Date Last Flight I'd like this sorted by Hub if possible. Hello everyone, I create two websites, using phpvms. First one is everything is okey. but i create second websites, didn't work anything. F.e.: I add schedules in admin panel. I add to bid. I don't see in view my bid section. And the other problem is ACARS, I using Kacars, Xacars, i send log, Always says: Data Base errors. Good eve, long time ago since I needed your help. Short question, and I´m sure you´wll have the solution. Well how restrict double or tripple bids? hello all i have a quick question would it be possible to add a line to the massmailer to only mail to active pilots(not inactive in phpvms but retired in the database) as the autoretire function doesn't put the retired pilots it inactive in the admin. gr joeri
