One of my pilots did a flight using XAcars. It shows up on the map as enroute. He landed and filed a flight plan half an hour ago and still on the map it says enroute. Anyone know why?

Hi Recently we have changed the rank structure, is there a way for pilot to now be automaticly be re assigned a new ranks. As in hte pilot list they're all still showing the old ones? Hope I explained that well Cheers Ross

Is there a way of getting the METAR of your hubs to show on the homepage? I think this would be a handy thing to have for the pilots, so they know what the weather conditions are like each day. Cheers Dan C

Hello Everyone: Starting a new VA here and planning to use the phpVMS system. I installed it on the server and it said it was all fine and connected to the database. Now when I try to login it says: This user does not exist Anyone know how to fix this. Really want to get started the site is www.avantairvirtual.com by the way. Thanks for any help provided! An airport and its associated Navaids in Australia had their designators officially changed 7 years ago but the kACARS_Free database does not recognise the new designators. The airport was YSCH and is now YCFS. Is there any way this can be corrected and does it indicate that the entire database may need to be re-assessed for accuracy particularly as regards the construction of new airports and the installation of new Navaids? I note also that, according to kACARS_Free, a flight from Sydney to Brisbane - some 600nm shows as something like 9000nm because the program picks up a waypoint in (say) the USA that has the same name as one in Australia. Here's a good one. Not sure if it is a skinning question or what. Sorry if is in wrong section. I have my forum installed and in my phpBB3, I have placed a link in the header BACk to my main site. So if I am logged in on my main site and then visit my forum, when clicking the link to go back to my main site, it shows me NOT logged in until I click at least 1 link on site. Do you know of any good way to solve this issue?

Is there a way for the map to display the actual route that the aircraft will be flying? For mine currently it just displays a straight line between the airports but the route being flown is totally different. Is there anyway to incorporate this or is that something that really is too difficult? I only ask because I have seen this done on http://www.simroutes.com and wondered if it is something that is able to be done here. Thanks!

Hello, We are currently having problems. Someone was signing up and he did his registration fine. Then i get an email saying a pilot has registered, so i go to the admin center and its not there. No one else had accepted it, but yet i was still getting the email? Can anyone help please? Myles

Hi I have installed the fspassengers import add-on as per instructions on http://www.fspassengers.com/forum/read.php?f=1&i=7918&t=7918. I have installed the tables that it creates into my phpvms database and two tables have been crated "flights" & "user_profile". I am able to upload the pireps from fspassengers and the "flights" table gets populated with the pirep info so in that respect everything is working. HOWEVER how to I get phpvms to recognise these two new tables that have been created ? We are also connected to vacentral and pireps from smartcars is automatically uploaded to our phpvms database and website and I would like the same to happen with…

Hello :-) I recently started helping out with development for our VA. We use VMS 5.5. I tried desperatley to find documentation on various pages that i was led to, via the vms website or others. Also many posts here in the forum dont seem to work. If i open the post it shows me an unformatted white page with broken entries (on all browsers). Can anyone lead me to the docu pls? Would be nice. Also im a bit confused by the version numbering. I see the website shows an VMS 3, what for some reason seems to be the more new version than 5.5?

Could you please update the wiki documentation in regards to FSAcars. I know it says to put in the aircraft registration or it won't count towards the aircraft, but unless you specify someone like me is going to get confused on the matter of where to put it. I know it has a place for Regist, but who knows, you might actually be having to put into Selcal.
