Hi everyone, I would like to know if the PHPvms system deletes pilots who have not filed any report for period of time. For example, if I set that pilots must file a report within 30 days and they do not do it, they will me removed by the system automatically. Regards.

Hello, I am trying top have a stat on the front page showing all pilots that are active. The problem is that retired pilots are also classed as active, giving a misleading figure. In my thinking I need to count the pilots that have a status of not retired but am unsure what query to use? Thanks in advance, Greeham

Hi guys, I am new to PHPvms, so i apologies if this is a dumb question. My pilots are unable to upload an Avatar using the 'edit profile' way (pilot dispatch -> edit profile -> upload image). is there another way to do this ? By the way i'm am using the Pacific skin sorry for bothering anyone

I had upgraded this winter from PHPVMS 2.9 to 5.5. Today I had been notified about by a pilot with a low rank, that he could see also very new schedules meant for higher ranks. He even did send me a screenshot. I had checked everything and it seemed that all I had created was correct. After a check of the database, I saw at the fleet table, that there is a rank column and a minimum rank column. And the content is different in them. Except for changing stuf in the database I do not know where to change that on the website. Anybody a tip? Thanks ahead, RobB

Hello all, I had just finished installing phpVMS and noticed that the admin center is just short of working. I cannot see any Pilot Reports, Pilots themselves, Airports, or Schedules. I had done install/checkinstall.php and my webhost is xampp. How do I fix this? I am disappointed that I can't run a virtual airline on my OWN webserver...

Hi! I'm having a problem that has been mostly covered by this forum. However, I've literally searched up all the posts related to this, and nothing worked. The pilots, schedules and airports list pages are all blank. Tried opening the file in a different editor to see if there are any weird symbols; changing all the links to https:// (since we recently moved to SSL and that's when the problems appeared); changing error reporting settings in local.config; turning on debug mode and checking log files; nothing helped. A close look in the console in Inspect Element appears to be some error in jQuery, but I'm not really sure. I've already asked this on phpVMS Discord Serv…

i i installed phpvms to my website vsai.virtualairline.co nd then i added the lance design free template but it dont show me pilots when i click on pilots i have 4 pilots when i click on schedule it says schedule not exist i have 78 schedules And registration form is also doing some problem so do is filing manual pirep Any help would be appreciated

Hi, When trying to post a PIREP the system justs redirects me to the login page and doesn't send the PIREP through to the Admin panel. The same happens when I try to search for flights eg. Departue Airport hit find flights and i'm at the login page. Any Advice?

Hey Nabeel, Everytime i submit a pirep i accept , it doenst show the Miles till i have to manually update through the maintance. I am using the latest beta 816 and when you submit you will see the flight but it wont record the miles till you do it manually.

Not a Big Problem but First i would like to make the View Pirep a Little Smaller (text) the Kacars log or Fscars and plus the box around the finance thing <tr class="balancesheet_header"> that i think is not showing up. The text is but not the table. any ideas? Thanks alot Daniel

In Admin "View all Pireps' 'click to approve all ' returns the following error. This same error is when 'click to approve all' in Edit Pilots - view all pireps. Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /.........../admin/modules/PIREPAdmin/PIREPAdmin.php on line 120 0 of 0 were approved (0 has errors) There are pireps in the database and they are all automatically accepted. If you look at view pending there are 'NONE'.

Gents, never seen this error before. While accepting pireps in the admin panel getting error messages, pireps are going through, just don't understand the message. Don't know if it is a server or site issue. Fatal error:Allowed memory size of 18874368 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate bytes) in /hermes/bosweb26d/b2649/ipg.usavamcnet/vsac/core/common/StatsData.class.php on line 183 This is another message on a different pirep....they are going through all the to VA central? Hi, Has anyone ever produced something that sends an email to the pilot when their pirep has been accepted. I have looked in the forums and have found similar like email pireps data but have been unable to find what I am after. Maybe even an email to say Pirep accepted or if rejected and the reason ?? Looking forward to hearing from someone

Hello, via admin interface i cant delete pirep from recent PIREPS. 1. click on Dete 2. confirm OK 3. pirep is hidden from table 4. when i click again on all pireps this "deleted" pirep is still there, in sql database too. Thanks for help. Peter

Dear All, Can somebody help me with my Pirep Admin problem? Currently the aircraft are determined by their reg. when PIREPs are submitted. I want to completely get rid of regs. This is how I think it works so far: $pirepdata['aircraft'] = registration# then it calls function-> Get Aircraft by Reg I'm assuming that $pirepdata['aircraft'] is = to registration, never checked, how do I change it so it equals the aircraft name? Then I could make it call a separate function "get aricraft by name".
