Hi all, I'm new here and to building and doing things like crew centers online. Sorry in advance if this in a bad place or wrong category, I'd just like some help. For my virtual airline, I'm not sure if I want to incorporate schedules. I'd like to delete the flight number field from my pirep form for the time being but I can't figure out how to do so. Thanks and I hope to talk with someone soon!

Hi, On the download pages, but i'm not sure what's the code/php code to dispaly imgages that are linked to a single download. IT will only show the title and the des of the download. I want the img to display too. Does anyone know the code for it?

Has anyone else noticed that the weather data on the pilot briefing in from march 10th. Any solution to fix, walkaround, or a way to take the data out of the briefing? Thanks Tom

Hello, we are running a va which allows codeshare flights, so we have had to input multiple airlines on phpvms, is it possible that your pilots can have a single callsign instead of that airlines callsign. Eg. the VA's callsign is VVG123 but Virgin callsign is VIR123. is it possible that the pilots can only register with the VVG callsign? many thanks, Joe

I'm new to phpVMS and have been working with the guys at iCrew -- I have a lite platform setup to mess around with for now. However, I wanted to get some input from community; I've went through some posts on here and felt you all might have some ideas. I'm setting up a VA for my buddies and I; it's very small/low-key. It's not mimic any real world airline so my plan was to simply buy a couple VA schedules from two American based airliners and mash them together. My question is how are aircraft a factor in schedules in phpVMS? Can 3 people "theoretically" fly the same aircraft at same time on different flights? I'm wondering if this is a database uploading error or just missing co-ordinates from the database. When i input a route giving just the waypoint name, some of the waypoints do not have lat info in the database but do have lon. This results in the waypoints obviously being in the wrong place and the routemap looking like a badly placed bowl of spagetti. Is this a known issue or an error uploading the nav.sql?

So I have had this code on my site for a long time. Uploaded and downloaded and adjusted schedules via the spreadsheet with no problem. After the last upload they do not show up in this area? Only happened after the last upload. I had touched the code on this page before or after the upload! It's just now they stopped showing up! And what's even stranger is if I click on the Find Flights button they all show on on the next page. I never had to do this before. Hi guys...can you help with this one: I have new register pilotos, with more than 1000 hours, i manually add the hours to the pilot profil and they are registered in rouster, but when the pilots fly and send a pirep, the hours are reset on the roster. Thanks

Hello all, My VA (EVA) uses this system for VA flight tracking. I'm a new member of the VA. I've set up FSAcars on my PC and it works well. I also have FSPassengers installed on the PC. That, too, works well - as a standalone. Situation: ======= I SEND the FSAcars log to the VA upon completion of the flight. No problem. HELP NEEDED: ========== I must next SEND the FSPassengers log to the VA. But, this is a separate task. When I send the FSPax log, it created a second (2nd) pirep at the VA - BUT - the log is never received. At the VA's website, it says something about "Aircraft not selected..." So, my Ops Manager has to (every time) clean up the double entry…
