1. is it possible to make the admin menu static and not with ajax? (that gives me some style issues at the moment because i use phpvms in an iframe and it cant calculate the size of the homepage 2. is it possible to make a button in the maintenance menu which is called "Look up all airport informations" because i just f*cked up my database with wrong formating and now every first 0 in long and lattitude is not existing and it would take years to look up all airport informations seperately

Ok Well Heres The Thing, I try to send the Schedules to VAcentral Get this error: Try to send Pireps to vacentral, get this error; ^^ Would be nice to fix the above as there now 64th... Also, Just a little erm, Sort of annoyance, I cant see the VACentral links in the admin panel, I have to type in the link manually - I dont mind but some people may I ran the unit test, I got these errors, If there important then i will raise these ones in a separate support ticket,

Hello, we are running a va which allows codeshare flights, so we have had to input multiple airlines on phpvms, is it possible that your pilots can have a single callsign instead of that airlines callsign. Eg. the VA's callsign is VVG123 but Virgin callsign is VIR123. is it possible that the pilots can only register with the VVG callsign? many thanks, Joe

We are just 3 days old setting up PHP for our VA using smartCARS. We have various issues due to fuel, pax and cargo prices among others and would like to review the PHP manuals. I found this link to phpVMS documentation in the control panel -- http://www.phpvms.net/docs/doku.php. However, every link we try is a deadend going to this note; "Not Found The requested URL /docs/setting_up_your_airline was not found on this server." There are a lot of subjects we would like to check out in that list but can't as almost all of them come up this way. Can you point me to the current location of these phpVMS User Guide subjects please? Thanks, Jerry

Hi guys, I have a problem that has already been posted to the forum but i cannot reply to that topic so thats why i post a new one. When i do an fspassengers flight and send it over to phpvms, everything looks good, i can accept the flight and that works without a problem. Then i go to the financial part, but there is no income showed.... there are expenses but no revenue and stuff. I made the route and filled in the ticket price so that should not be the problem. I ve got version 1.2.628 hope you can help me out here. Thanks a bunch! MrA

Hi boss, i've done the upgrade and for now i see two errors : 1) live map not showing anymore aircrafts nor people connected. Just few minutes before upgrade i had 10 people on the map. http://vvair.volovirtuale.com/index.php/acars i saw there are 3 errors in the console with firefox, if you would like to check. 2) pilot center - the aircraft statistic on the right is not visible any more 3) the landing data is available only on xacars/fspassengers or also on fsacars? Hi all, I'm new here and to building and doing things like crew centers online. Sorry in advance if this in a bad place or wrong category, I'd just like some help. For my virtual airline, I'm not sure if I want to incorporate schedules. I'd like to delete the flight number field from my pirep form for the time being but I can't figure out how to do so. Hello The phpVMS is fantastic and deserves our support: Advertising etc etc. With it, we can do a lot of innovation in VAs But there is a limitation that I believe is easy to remove. The financial part is not completely separated at the VA. With this separation (including the salaries of pilots and added expense), could do much of anything new.

Hello All, New to the phpvms system. Tinkered with html and php in the past, but by no meas am i an expert. Could someone please explain where the acars information is stored that keeps the index.php/acars page updated with current flights? I've checked the phpvms_acars table and whilst I can see some flights in there, it doesn't appear to up date the information contained in this table often. Or not often enough as the /acars page shows, so is it being stored somewhere else? Neither does it "dump" the data once the flight is complete. What I'd like to do is split the acars map from the pilots flying table and show the pilots flying table on a seperate page. I thought t…

Hello About 2 years ago we upgraded to PHP 7 from PHP 3 (i know that I waited a long time to ask) .However we are still running phpVMS 2.1.936. Ever since upgrading we have been running into weird database issues. Basically if you try to delete a route a few (few because I don't know how many sometimes 2, 3,7) days later the routes will come back. Same thing when trying to edit routes. Edit the route say you want to make KLM 1234 go EHAM-EGLL instead of EHAM-LOWW. I edit it all is good, a few days later KLM 1234 is back to EHAM-LOWW.
