Hi all, Here comes a question which i am sure has already been asked and has probably been filed under the "stupid questions" section. But here goes, I am in the process of creating my VA and I am now at the point where I am going to create my schedules, now is there an easy way of doing this opposed to sitting there entering each and every route through the admin panel? All I am looking for is a file or something which i can just add to my VA with some stock routes to start with which I can add to at a later stage or as they are requested. Or an easier way to input all the infomation required. Thanks in advance Scott

Hi, How to i show Schedules on the find Schedules page on days they dont run? So pilots can still fly them on a friday even they are flying it on monday? thanking you chris

Hello guys, come on, I have a big question that comes to me taking the time, I have VA's almost two years and in all that time had big problems with the routes, after all, do everything by PHPvms but when someone reserves a scale that route is deactivated and can not be flown by another pilot you need large number of routes in the site all the time. Already tried using CSV for a while but it is very complicated, I'm doing some research on using cronjobs or crontags, but tell me how to do routes? use their own PHPVms, there is an easier way to get a large number of routes without much effort? I await replies from you friends And heaven CAVOKS everyone.

Can't select a flight. When I try to search schedules, nothing appears, whether I'm searching be departure airport, destination or aircraft type. Reloaded the flight schedule but still no luck. Monday morning issues? David Red Historic Airline Group

Hi. I have a quick question. I have installed a fresh install of phpVMS and as we all know from my previous post, I have a databse issue trying to restore my old one. I have the site up and running with all of my airports, dloads, fleet and all. Now I wasnt to add my schedules, but now MaxLoad is no longer used. Can anyone tell me what part of this following snippet is the max load? I was thinking I might be able to manually remove the max load from each one or something like that and I could then import the corrected info so I would not have to redo a couple hundred schedules. Hi again, It's possible when you edit an schedule and click "Edit" at the end, the page return on edited schedule and not at the first page, because with more than 300 schedules it's too much time to found the next. Regards

I wonder what happens if you have 100 flights in a airline. I guess that will be represented in a long list. I also saw that if I added a second airliner, that the flights of that airline will be attached to the same list. so one list of 200 records for 2 airliners. I guess the pilots will loose the overview. Is there a way to create more pages? Like schedule for airline one schedule2 for airline two etc I also wonder if I could make seperate blocks or pages per category of planes.

I have noticed some issues with our website which I can seem to figure out. First of all on sundays (possibly other days too), no routes or schedules come up on the schedules page, which is a little strange. And yes, we have set the days to every day and have been doing it in CSV, for days of week it has "1234567" in all of them. Which to me looks like it should work. Secondly the route map is not showing all of the flights we have and schedules we have. Thirdly when using CSV we seem to have a lot of duplications when we upload them which is a little strange since we are not adding these. A whole bunch of my routes have the same distance, 4674.1nm, regardless of whether I run the recalculation script. I have cleared the cache and optimized the tables just to be safe, FYI. I am running the latest version of phpVMS with no schedule modules installed. I appreciate any help I can get to resolve this other than going through one by one and changing the distances, as it's quite a few!

Hello there i am starting up a new VA and i already have an airport database but as everyone who has ever started their own va adding routes and Schedules i was wondering if anyone had a .csv file or equivalent that i could use to add routes and Schedules to my va so that my time can be spent developing our graphics for our planes and developing the website any help would be much appreciated please bear i mind i do not expect to get such a file for free but if its available for free no complaints haha thanks Ryan

I'm new to phpVMS and have been working with the guys at iCrew -- I have a lite platform setup to mess around with for now. However, I wanted to get some input from community; I've went through some posts on here and felt you all might have some ideas. I'm setting up a VA for my buddies and I; it's very small/low-key. It's not mimic any real world airline so my plan was to simply buy a couple VA schedules from two American based airliners and mash them together. My question is how are aircraft a factor in schedules in phpVMS? Can 3 people "theoretically" fly the same aircraft at same time on different flights? As of today my schedules page is empty. In the backend, everything looks OK, tried to reimport schedules - all the same, tried to delete the schedules and reimport same crap. The only thing that works, is to create a schedule manually. Does anyone have this problem? Any help appreciated. PS, version: 2.0.877

As I use the filter on an airport in Schedules section, the results come up but I see the Tabs and Logo come up the second time, just beneath the original. How can I fix this?

Every time I use filter to find a route, it comes up under another tabs section and logo. This is the second time it happens so I have 2 tabs sections and 2 tabs logo's. How can I arrange this? I am using lance free skin.

I'm not sure I would call this a bug, just a quirk of the export procedure. If you have added any notes that have double spaces or returns it really messes up the export. We had one flight in particular that we added notes that included station loading for a fuel usage challenge last month and when I did an export, that flight filled about six rows in my excel sheet. Just something to be aware of when adding notes. Chuck CYXU

Hello, The schedule only filters flights if you are logged out. If you are logged in, and you try filtering flights, it just shows up as blank. No flights are pulled up.

I do not know what the reason is, but the schedules are visable for not logged in people, except for me as the primary admin. They are invisable for pilots, if they log in. They can see the schedules as long as they are not logged in. I have created a test-pilot so I could test it. And even if I add the admin group for the test-pilot, it stays invisable. However the script that Pharko shows routes per airliner only shows if I am logged in. I think this is related to each other. So I deleted all of Pharko's scripting, but that did not solve the issue. I guess there must something else going wrong.

Hey,I have two minor "bugs"/problems with the flight schedules:- when I enter the flight time as e.g. "5.3" then the system makes it automatically "5".- when typing something in the notes form, I want sometime making a </br> ... one time it works, another time it didn't although I have typed just the same! (maybe it is a leg problem, as it didn't work at leg 1, but it did at leg 2...)Thanks,Anthony
