Hello all!! It's been a while since I've been on here but it's great to be back!! I was trying to using an HTML template I found on the internet as a skin but when I paste the HTML in the layout.tpl and placed in all the code from the documentation section I get all the writing etc... but I think the style sheet isn't being imported or read for some reason! All the other skins done by other people work, so I am not too sure why this is happening... Hi again, I created a new skin, and when I use the link "www.airtranva.org" the formatting is off. Badly off. When I use the link "airtranva.org" without the www, formatting is fine. It does this on all pages and modules. Any help is greatly appreciated

I am re-designing our website and I am following Nebeel's tutorial on skinning. When I edit the header.tpl to reflect the new skin and point it towards the new style.css I get no change in the website. I have unloaded and reloaded files, edited them about 7 times with no changes. Help?

Hi, I am trying to get skins on my website but all I seem to be getting is white screens with writing. Even with the most basic to install like deep blue. I am using Phpvms 5.5.2. Can anyone help please? Much appreciated below is the example of StislaSkin skin. I have tried clear blue also with the same results. whej trying deep blue I was able to get other pages to work like pilots page but not the home page

I don't know if it's the right place to post this but I need some help with php. I want to display the pilots' SKYPE Status on their public profile. I added a field called SKYPE_NAME which pilots can enter on registration or when they edit their profile. Then skype provides a SKYPE ME Button which shows your online status. Hello, I am having issue with my main page slider, it is not loading. The loading emblem just sits there and thinks. I havent touched any the files in awhile. I was thinking of switching it to the windytv that i have seen on some other sites. It does not start automaticly, you have to press the next button, and then it goes on by itself. 2. When it ends, it does not go back to the start. Hello Gents ,, am now testing the lovely phpVMS on my localhost ... it seem to be fine until i reach the last step where i put my Airline info. , i insert the Airliner name and ICAO code ... it ends up with the error " Table 'phpvms.phpvms_airlines' doesn't exist '' ... any ideas why this happen ??! I am going to use slimscroll on a site I am working on and I can get it working no problem without phpvms installed: http://execusim.com/...m2014/index.php When phpvms is installed, it ceases to work: http://execusim.com/index.php In addition, both files are running from the same css style sheet. Am I overlooking something obvious?

Whenever phpvms/vacentral website is innaccessable (i.e. will not load), I have a long wait whenever trying to access the admin centre. Additionally, whenever they go down I also have a long wait when filing pireps using kAcars and in some cases, the same PIREP gets submitted more than once. hi We have set up an airline and all functions are working great but the schedule page takes about 20 seconds to load fully. We added a free module to try and fix this flight planner master which adds the frontschedules page and .php but still the same issue. Once the page has loaded its very snappy with the results. We only have about 400 routes currently and my old airline had thousands on the same module without problems. I am hosting through phpvms link on their home page. I started this with a passion for aviation and my website knowledge is limited unfortunately. I have tried optimising the site and also compressing data. Can anyone help as this really let…

In the admin panel, my rank auto-calculate is set to false, so there is a dropdown box to select the pilots rank. This dropdown box always shows the lowest rank "officer cadet". The same thing happens for the custom field dropdowns. I think I've identified the problem codes but cant figure out why they're wrong. Hi Everybody, I recently changed hosts and done the following, Installed a fresh copy of phpVMS, Updated the SQL file, everything seemded to work ok. However over the past 2-3 days its come to my attention that Pilots cannot change there profile images, i dont know if this is something to do with the CMS or the database, i think the database? Any ideas/replys will all be helpfull, also apart from that one pilots callsign changed from PLS022 to PLS021, strange huh? Thanks, Thomas.

I have a small space gap on my site: http://www.canadianclassicairlines.com/CPC/ between the menu and the first news post and I can't figure out why that changed or how to correct it I know it is probably really easy, but I am spinning my wheels on this. Also, my menu now shows up behind some other items, like the flight map. Could someone remind me again how to correct both those things. Once you get away from doing this stuff and then you come back to it, it can be challenging for us older folk I have searched the forum, but am not getting the results I am looking for Bruce

Looking at the Information page of a FedEx flight that was done, I noticed that this is not showing correctly: This should say 222846 lbs of cargo on board shouldn't it? I have the flight scheduled as "C" not "P" and I am using Custom kAcars. Thanks - Jeff

Hi. Is there a way to set the amount of money you have in phpvms. My reason for asking is not to cheat, but because real airlines don't start at $0. I am currently in the whole by a large sum because I like to set up routes for my aircraft to fly for their "test" routes, in order to make the airframe hours a little more realistic. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
