I think this topic has been brought up before, but I have searched the forums up and down and couldn't find it anywhere... Is there a way to tie the downloads to rank, so the pilot can't download a certain plane until he reaches a certain rank. Even though the dowloads are there, they can't access them until they reach the rank that the download is attached to.

hello, how is the correct way to view the images in my airline awards, because I have added several images in my awards but only you can see letters, but the images do not appear. can someone guide me about this please?

Hey Guys, I have done some searching and couldn't find if anyone else has had this problem On our ACARS map the "Status" and the "Distance/Time Remaing" information is not displaying correctly. I thought it was working at one time.... It always show the status as "enroute" and the D/TR as "0" I have went back to the original template and copied it back over to the skins folder to start from scratch, and it still does not work properly. I go to the VA Central page and our info is correct on their live map, so I know the information being sent is correct, just not on our page.....any suggestions?? Thanks - Nick

One of my VA's Malaysia Virtual Airlines, has suddenly decided to give me a lot of php errors, I ran the checkinstall.php and the only error it found was with the kacars free module. http://malaysiava.org I need help trying to figure out why the skin wont show, and the errors are showing. I have not added anything new, or changed any code, so this shouldn't have happened. Any help I can get would be greatly apprieciated.

Hello, before using phpVMS I had a site for my VA The drivers did a lot of hours, Now I ask you not to lose them all, You can add the site hours flown by each pilot also added flights? Thanks!

Hi all, Not sure if this question has been asked before if it has then I apologise, but is it possible to intergrate phpbb3 into phpvms? I have tried to install the VAforum but keep getting an error when i try to create a a new catergory. So i have opted to try this method instead. I have uploaded phpbb3 to my server and used the phpvms sql table for the install and it has not intergated the users from phpvms into phpbb3. hope that all makes sense. Thanks in advance. Scott

Hi, i am having a problem after moving servers, when a user registeres after filling in the form he gets just a blank page, so i thought it was something to do with the additions i have done. I downloaded a fresh copy of vms to check and exactly the same thing happens there, also after the install the page does not fully load and the main admin account is not accessible, as this is happening on a new server i dont thing its vms but a setting or a lack of one that i have forgot to setup. No error messages are being sent to the page or to the logs. One thing that should be noted is that the registration completes ok ie data is put in to the database its just not returnin…

Hello, After moving to fivedev hosting I'm seeing the following error on my site: Warning: simplexml_load_file() [function.simplexml-load-file]: http:// wrapper is disabled in the server configuration by allow_url_fopen=0 I'm reading an XML file on another domain. Gents, I would not post this if it envolved a single member issue but I have been getting emails from many members all day concerning our custom Kacars. This started today. This is the message they receive when they try to log on to their vamccars Website Warning Encountered Notify system administrator of the switch error. Good day all, little problem I could do with some help with.. My pilots are reporting incorrect number of flights shown in their profiles. Sure enough in the administration panel of phpVMS, they are shown incorrectly too, but the PIREP records ARE there. For example, a pilot named John has flown well over 30 flights for the VA, and the PIREP records are shown as his in the administration panel, but his "Total PIREPs" are only 8.. The total PIREPs do not change either, no matter how many he flies. Has anyone come across this issue before?

Our pilots can fly ANY aircraft in our inventory, regardless of pilot rank - but we want to restrict aircraft to specific routes. We have aircraft assigned to specific categories, and assign one or more categories to a specific flight number. This allows our pilots to fly a range of aircraft available for a given route. Ideally, having the aircraft names and/or aircraft category show in the schedule and having a drop down box listing only those aircraft available for a specific flight on the 'File a Flight Report' page is what we are after. OK, All serious, We decided to move the files of the website to the main domain, than we discoverd that the website wasnt appearing, just Plain Blank.. So, we moved it back to the original place and it still doing something, can we have some help and alot of help would be appreciated.. Also The Install directory dosent work aswell.

G'day Guys, I have recently appointed a dev guy within my VA, and I'm trying to allow him access to the dev site to work. Currently i have setup the account so he can access the files, but he can also access the local.config.php, and other sensitive files that contain passwords and information i don't want him to get at, how can i prevent him from accessing these files ? i have tried the permissions but that doesn't seem to stop the account. I setup the ftp account through my host's cpanel option. I can see that i can password protect a directory, but why not a file ? Hello everyone, I'm trying to implement the pilot roster on a page via the admin control panel via phpVMS, but I can't figure out how to do this. The reason why I want to do this is so the roster can be displayed to the public. I tried using an iFrame, considering the whole phpVMS internal page system is made up of .htm files. I'm not incredibly php-savvy, but I do know some stuff. Hopefully, with some help, I'll be able to get what I need done. Thanks in advance,

Gents when I got in from work this morning I was notified by my server Powweb.com that my service for two phpvms websites was suspended. This is the email: I just recently added the aval site to the server the phpvms site has been running for a year with no issues. I was told here on the forums that you could have multiple phpvms accouts on a server. They in an attempt to reactivate these accounts their going to delete the action.php files. Hello All A while ago I posted a topic regarding a way to insert the A/C into the bids table and I figured out that part and was able to insert that value into the table. Now a new problem is come up and that's when I hit the "Add to bid" link it's supposed to change to "Bid Added" but it doesn't and when I look at the DB the bid was actually added with no problem. Some people were helping me out but they suddenly stopped responding and left me in the dark and I believe that has something to do with the browser but still can't figure out where the problem is.
