I'm trying to seperate pilot roster into different sections, using jQuery tabs, however I have completely no idea where to start, or how the pilot roster works on phpVMS (never looked at the roster in detail). Basically, I want each tab to stand for a hub, i.e Belfast Aldergrove, London Gatwick, so on, and quite obviously, each tab would display pilots at that respective hub. I assume that pilots_list.tpl does a foreach or something for hubs, because the default code works for all of the hubs displayed on the list. Hi guys, I am new to PHPvms, so i apologies if this is a dumb question. My pilots are unable to upload an Avatar using the 'edit profile' way (pilot dispatch -> edit profile -> upload image). is there another way to do this ? By the way i'm am using the Pacific skin sorry for bothering anyone

Hey guys i remember once there was a fuel calculator knocking about here based on aircraft type and route miles that displayed on the briefing page,I had this in a previous VA i started but cant seem to find it, if someone can point me in the right direction. Cheers.

Hi All, My site has suddenly started the issue for every pilot with a "Error you are already logged in" message when the pilot tries to log in when the page loads showing them logged out with the login form available. ANy ideas? Jon

Hello, I have a problem. And if a registered pilot so I'm going to pilot registrations pending. Then I can select either Accept or reject but if I "reject" select them, is displayed in the Admin Activity Log pilot GAA0002 APPROVED although I reject him. How can I fix that now. Regards Vincent

Hello, so basically when i log in our out of my webpage, i need to reload the webpage so indeed the action take place. Example: I put my details and press log in button. The webpage just keeps banner and navigation bar, i need to reload and then im logged in, same with log out.

I have installed obsessblue, but i can't seem to find anywhere on it to download acars. There is a tab in the pilot centre but nothing happens when you click on it. Please help.

Hi, I want to change the default user group because is Administrator. I want to change from Administrators to Pilotos Activos I go to Site Settings and I change it, but when I save (the system sayds Settings were saved!) but not really change. Any Idea?

Gents, quick question. We have a couple people who are not able to use Kacars or or custom Kacars on their system anymore, so their using the Xacars and its fine except when they file their pireps the aircraft & log data are missing. Yes, they did download and install the config file from the site.

I have set a member as inactive, but the pilot is still able to log in. Used drop-down (Active/Inactive) in Admin Center Checked phpMyAdmin to see, and yes, it is showing as 1 Is there something I missed?

I have recently contacted my host on this error "Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 128 bytes) in /hermes/web02/b2669/pow.aj5214/htdocs/core/classes/ezdb/ezdb_mysql.class.php on line 273" I got a response back from saying "I would like to inform you that, I have tried by setting the maximum memory limit for the PHP . However, the URL http://usaflightclub.com/index.php/schedules/view still giving the same error. It appears to be issue with the script. Our VA has just hit the 90 day mark since we started with phpVMS and we primarily use smartCARS. Therefore some of our pilots are starting to get their status changed automatically as we wanted. They receive an email like this -- Hi John Doe, You have been marked as retired because you have been inactive for more than 90 days. To be un-retired, you must file a PIREP. Thanks, VA Management Team. My question is about them being told they have been marked as retired, however, when I look at their status in phpVMS Admin Center they are all showing up as On Leave status. The only choices for status in the Admin Center are; Active, Inactive, On Leave and Banned. I was …

Hello All, I currently have a VA Base site and want to change to the PHPVMS system and have searched but have not found any kind of conversion script for all my existing data. Has anyone done this, or have a script for this they could share? I really would like to at least convert the pilot and route data, the news and stuff I can go without. Any help would be appreciated. Hello, I am trying to enter routes / schedules. After providing all the information, it says the flight with flight number, etc. has been saved successfully. However, the flight does not appear in the schedules section. Also, I have noticed that I can add manually aircraft just fine. When I am trying to import them from a file, it lists all the aircraft and says the import was successful. However, they do not appear on the list of aircraft later on. What am I missing?

I have a question. Well, i use the PHPVMS with FsPax, i tried to send the PIREP directly from FsPax to VA's PHPVMS without File a Report from the Pilot Center. 2 times got it successfuly and when i went to the Admin Panel, I saw it as a PIREP and i accepted... But, the last 3 days i do it that, the system isn't show me the PIREP and i must to go from the Pilot Center to File it...
