Hi, I want to implement this system: Pilots can only bid for flights in his present location. Example if you are in LEBL only shows flights from LEBL. Today even if I am in LEBL, it shows me all the flights of the day, not only from LEBL ... And if pilot don't start flight in 1hour, his bidded flight expire of his bidded flights, and flight turn to "view schedules"? How can I do?

I have the Aword Images Showing in the pilot Center but how do i make so only a certain amount of awords are shown per line? I tis starting to look really bad when a pilot has too many awords. Hi. I noticed in the 2.0 release that even though "USE TRANSFER HOURS IN RANK CALCULATION" is true, it is not using my transfer hours in the rank calculation. Thanks!

I did a flight yesterday and I notice this morning my Live Map still shows me on there?!!! Is there a time adjustment in phpvms for this. It states status as "FSACARS closed", but it should have gone away by now. This happens everytime it seems. I assume there is a time adjustment for phpvms??

Hello, I am trying to enter routes / schedules. After providing all the information, it says the flight with flight number, etc. has been saved successfully. However, the flight does not appear in the schedules section. Also, I have noticed that I can add manually aircraft just fine. When I am trying to import them from a file, it lists all the aircraft and says the import was successful. However, they do not appear on the list of aircraft later on. What am I missing?

Hi all, at first please excuse me if I have miseed a thread (topic) that might have already been posted on the issue. If so, please, redirect me there. I have only recently downloaded and installed the phpvms script set, customised it a bit (graphics, font colours, etc, no action coding, though). I have also set up a rank system, and started receiving PIREP reports. Then, pilots report that the time left to achieve the next rank (set to 10 hrs) has been calulated as if 1 hr were equal 100 mins, for example, a pilot has flown his first flight, reported (via pireps) that the flight time was 0.48 min. I have a question. Well, i use the PHPVMS with FsPax, i tried to send the PIREP directly from FsPax to VA's PHPVMS without File a Report from the Pilot Center. 2 times got it successfuly and when i went to the Admin Panel, I saw it as a PIREP and i accepted... But, the last 3 days i do it that, the system isn't show me the PIREP and i must to go from the Pilot Center to File it... Nabeel, I've had this problem since the installation of phpVMS but am just now getting around to it. This is what shows up when there is a flight on the map: Any ideas? I'm thinking it might have to do with allow_url_fopen? Here's a link to it -Josh

Hi all, I really just can't work out what's going on here at all. I'm logged into the site, yet, when I click on the link back to the hompage, the pilot links that appear when logged in (in place of login boxes) just go back to the login boxes. This leads you to believe you have been logged out however when you use the boxes and log back in you get told you were already logged in!? Another issue, which I presume is linked to this, when you click on the link for the admin panel you are asked to "please login first". This only happens on the live site and not on my offline localhost development site. FF errors are: Any help is appreciated!

Good eve to all! Short question: would it be possible to reset pilots_list.tpl to default PHP-VMS one? We´ve now RealScheduleLite installed, but unfortunately it´s unable to restrict pilots usage of aircraft (limited by ranks) and double bids. Hello, i'm having a big issue when i submit a pirep through the FS Keeper, Basically the images are not uploaded, i think I am not doing the proper configuration on the local config, the other thing is when the pirep is successfull submited, it opens the notepad and not the company webpage with the pilot log, could someone help me with this please.

I changed the background image for the sigs in lib/signatures/background and then reset the signatures. the image doesn't show, it just has a black background with the information of the pilots. Did i miss something? thanks

I have set a member as inactive, but the pilot is still able to log in. Used drop-down (Active/Inactive) in Admin Center Checked phpMyAdmin to see, and yes, it is showing as 1 Is there something I missed?

Hello All, I currently have a VA Base site and want to change to the PHPVMS system and have searched but have not found any kind of conversion script for all my existing data. Has anyone done this, or have a script for this they could share? I really would like to at least convert the pilot and route data, the news and stuff I can go without. Any help would be appreciated. When it comes to the new layout system I am totally lost, and the docs tell nothing....I am trying a new skin and getting nowhere....Are we to expect something soon on the new way to skin?? You say its easier but unless its explained, I'm not seeing how....

Hi guys, can someone please point me in the right direction where all the rank autocalculate functions are. I want to exclude some pilots who got a rank Upgrade from the autocalculate. I have added a if statement there to the PIREP Accept function in the pirep admin module. It is working there but it seems there must be autocalculate functions somewhere else as well cause the pilots keep getting reset to their autocalculated rank. best regards Manuel

Our VA has just hit the 90 day mark since we started with phpVMS and we primarily use smartCARS. Therefore some of our pilots are starting to get their status changed automatically as we wanted. They receive an email like this -- Hi John Doe, You have been marked as retired because you have been inactive for more than 90 days. To be un-retired, you must file a PIREP. Thanks, VA Management Team. My question is about them being told they have been marked as retired, however, when I look at their status in phpVMS Admin Center they are all showing up as On Leave status. I have recently contacted my host on this error "Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 128 bytes) in /hermes/web02/b2669/pow.aj5214/htdocs/core/classes/ezdb/ezdb_mysql.class.php on line 273" I got a response back from saying "I would like to inform you that, I have tried by setting the maximum memory limit for the PHP . However, the URL http://usaflightclub.com/index.php/schedules/view still giving the same error. It appears to be issue with the script.
