Hi there, I have this bizarre issue where one of my pilots filed a PIREP with a different aircraft to the one supplied in the schedule, and I'm confused how that happened, any ideas? This is the schedule: FE,9320,EGGP,GCFV,,G-EUTA,,,14:20,18:40,04:20,,,P,46, And G-EUTA is visible in the system, in the Admin Panel. However, the pilot's PIREP states that the route was flown using G-EULI, a completely different aircraft from a different hub. I was thinking he could have used the option 'Select Aircraft' in kACARS and that could have affected the PIREP maybe?

Hi I was wondering if there is a module or a gauge that can connect the simulator directly to the live map without any ACARS software. The reason I want this is that we only use FSPAX as our PIREP system and that doesn't support the live map, Thanks

Hello, I was wondering, how would I be able to create a booking module where it looks for the system, for connecting flights as well. I am just transfering from my old host to my one, but I have setup a phpVMS database and changed all the details in the local.config.php file. However on the homepage it says: In the "ezDB_MySQL.class.php" (line 108) it is: $this->dbh = mysql_connect($dbhost, $dbuser, $dbpassword, true); I the only thing I have noticed is "dbh" but doubt it. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi is that possible to do the connection flight in virtual ? For example the main hub is Dubai and pilot want to fly from Paris to Sydney through Dubai ? for example when search for flight from Paris to Sydney it will show for him 1- EK1 from paris to Dubai 2- EK23 from dubai to Sydney i mean the result should be show the flight with connection flight to sydney is that possible or not if anyone have module or code please share with us

When filing a PIREP using either of the above ACARS we are getting errors. By clicking once to file it is getting filed, however error messages are returned to the ACARS. If you 'click" file again it creates a duplicate. We have auto accept set to 'true' - We are not using the auto accept module. With kACARS the error is this Capture.jpg and with smartCARS error -

Hi, I use a hosting service for my VA. I changed the password on one of the SQL databases. Now the site is crashed presumably because it cannot read the correct DB password. I'm told I need to change the password in the connection strings but I don't know which file(s) they are in. A tech helping me thought it might be the ezdb_mysql.class.php file, but editing that did not help. Can someone point this very nervous novice in the right direction...please... Many thanks, -Russ

Hello, in the contact form that comes with phpvms, I want it to send the form to our admin e-mail, but I want it to show as sender the user it self and not the admin e-mail. Could someone give me a hand?

Hi I have implemented the built in contact form and it works very well. However I was wondering if it possible to have a drop down box so that the user can select the recipient and then when they send the contact form it emails to the selected department. So if the user selected the Human Resources department it would send the email to hr@mydomain.com for example rather than the default email address selected in the admin centre of phpvms. Is this possible, if so how can I do it. Cheers

I'm trying to figure out how to change the contact form to when an email is sent and I hit "Reply" in my email client it will automatically populate the field with the senders email address. Right now, when I hit reply the address is my website address that I have setup in PHPVMS. While this isn't that big of a deal if I'm on my laptop to copy and paste the senders address into the "to" area. However, I mostly answer emails from my phone and that is a little more of a pain. Does anyone have any ideas on how to do this? Thanks, Keith

So, two questions. FIrst, can I change the email where contact messages are sent? And second, since I'm a novice with coding, coudl someone write something up where there's a dropdown menu in the contact us form where you can select who the message is sent to? FOr example, if you select Denver Hub Manager it goes to the DEN hub manager, and if you select CEO it goes to the CEO.

Hello everyone! I wanted to know if someone can give me a php code for the contact us. In fact I would like my pilots to choose a recipient and the mail will be send at this recipient. For example, the differents recipients are "thomas" : thomas@phpvms.com ;"peter" : peter@phpvms.com ;"mike" mike@phpvms.com . If the the pilot choose "mike" the message would be send at mike@phpvms.com. Thank you for your help!

Gday All Im an rather lost at the moment, what im trying to do is have the information from the contact us page sent to my human resources manager, instead of just to me, and if its possible, to the both of us. how can i got about doing this, i have no idea, ive looked in the tpl files related to the contact us page, and the contact php file related to it under modules, also in the local.config.php, nothing related to changing emails around. any help would be great

I noticed there is a contact form template, but how can I use it? I have been editing the main template, and can't seem to include it (Although I guess I could just copy it all into a PHP File and include('contact_form.php') but it seems like there would be an easier way if you included it. Or I guess I could code my own, I know enough php for that. And the template posts the data to index.php, is this correct? Does index handle the form data or is that just being a placeholder for me to put my own page to handle it.

Can someone help me, I analyzed my site and realized that the person filling out the contact form .... the data is not sent to the registered email address when installing phpvms. I noticed that too when sending e-mail to all pilots in the admin center, shows that it was sent but no one receives ... Does anyone have any idea?
