Make Press Releases Not …

scandiFLY VA At first I have to say thank you for all the developers, especially Nabeel, who brings this project forward, it’s an amazing peace of code. For “beginners†not always easy to understand, but I’m a little proud to say, with no experience in php, mysql, css…. It’s done – we are now online. (I know the Forum in and out… ;-) scandiFLY at first is a project, who comes form FSEconomy, where we made since 2009 our first steps. But this wonderful place offers only possibilities to fly as GA- Pilot with smaller aircrafts . Bigger planes as Airbusses, Boeings aren’t in their portfolio. I have to say, that I have a look since over 2 years for phpv…

Hi, I'd like to make a complaint against this airline: http://airline.net63.net this website is stating to be powered by phpVMS and has stolen a significant amount of my group's graphics such as the hand made logo and other hand made graphics exclusive to us. This highly frustrates me. I have emailed the airline regarding my concerns. Can anybody else assist as it is powered by yourselves. In Denmark, our Virtual Airlines has just received letters from Thomas Cook Scandinavian / MyTravel Airways, that we should discontinue our website. We in the association www.flight-simulator.dk has decided to confront the great and expects a lawsuit over the summer of 2011. We have contacted the Danish media to get attention. According to our attorney, we do not violate Danish law. Let me hear from you if you have similar stories or help. What they want us to remove the fleet (add planes), screenshots, call sign "VKG" and not otherwise mention their name on the website.

The other day I was browsing some of the new and not so new VA's and noticed that at a lot of new "startup" VA's the CEO is doing a lot of flying. So far, nothing out of the ordinary - you'd expect the founder of a CEO to put time in. It is a common phenomena, that if you want to get a VA (or any club, society etc) off the ground, you need a "hard core"... a kind of "critical mass" to get the snowball rolling. Some VA's have the benefit of having a few people that sign up right from the start, or are a result of a merger. Others are not. Now, to get to my idea: why not form a pool of "Flying CEO's": VA-owners who fly for other startup VA's instead of their own? So, i…
