I have correctly configured my VA profile in the latest kACARS FRee client. I have also selected that profile (my only profile) but when I click on the Login button I get "Not Logged in" in red. I have used the same username/password combination on the website and I can login without problems but somehow the client fails.

Well, lets start off by saying that your kACARS is the best. It just works right out of the blocks. Thank you very much!! I was wondering about the possibility of the actual departure time being read from the sim and not from the system. Most of the flight we fly are normal daytime flights, but are flown in the evenings, or wee hours of the morning, but we set the departure time to a few minutes before the scheduled time to depart, this way we can monitor if the pilot did fly the flight at the correct times or not. Example of a flight that takes place at 15:00 UTC teh sim time was set for 14:50 UTC but the log shows as follows Again thanks for a brilliant products. …

Hi all, trying to help out my friendly VA manager by troubleshooting a minor issue on kACARS and the phpVMS VM. Flight hours are currently being tracked by computer system time, making it possible to make a cross-country flight in 25 minutes. I understand there is an option to track by FS time, or time factoring in accelerated time. Looking for some guidance on where I might be able to find such a setting and adjust it to reflect in-game time-stretching. Cheers! -JT

Hi We've setup a test site for our airline as we are making the move to a new provider. Our worldAcars doesnt work on the test site. Ive edited the URLs in settings to our new URL. I can login, get my flight bid, start my flight, end it, however i cant file my PIREP. I just get "Try Again" in red where it usually reads "PIREP Filed". I also don't show up on the map or flight board while im flying. We are using a customized version of ACARS (by FS-Products). IEverything was copied from the old cpanel to the new. Is this even supported anymore? Thanks, Robbie

I've noticed that kacars free registers constant pauses if you switch screens while flying, for instance from the flight to your desktop (flight sim is minimized). My sim doesn't pause when I do so and this clutters up the flight data with pauses that aren't really pauses at all. I really do see the need for this, or it is just an error.

My KAcars showed this in the log: "[08:08] - Mid Air Refuel! 29094AGL" Now, there was NO such refuelling. Just wonderring what would possibly trigger that? Also, it showed a negative fuel use as well, for the entire flight?! I assume this is somehow a PMDG incompatibility of some sort!? Anyone else have odd logging issues? That is the FIRST and ONLY one I have seen so far, with KAcars.

Hi Lorathon, let me start out by saying thanks for the script. It is great! Several of us on my very little va site use KACARS error free. Works a treat. I got a guy that just got windows 7 and We solved one problem for him by making KACARS as administrator. Then it let him save the va profile but in the main controls when he attempts to login with his username and password, it simply says Connection Error in red letters. I then told him lets check the .net framework. Sure enough it was current and yet he still has the issue. I have went through hoops trying to get it to work and nothing yet. Any ideas of where I can have him go from here? I promise you I have read ever…

Just had another idea, Would it be possible to use multiple profiles? If a pilot flies for more than just 1 VA so instead of having to retype the log in information each time.

At the almost end of 2015 there seems to be a problem with Kacars. As most people are dutch in our VA i have use google translate to get the message in English. I don't know if it is the right error message kAcars - V -Bird VA has found a break point defined by a user It seems the last security update of the 30th of december is the evil one. Regards, Cor

If you forget to start kACARS when the aircraft starts to move, it gives you the popup letting you know this. It then continues to pop this up over and over and over. Can you set a flag that once it's warned the user it doesn't keep popping up? The only way to close kACARS at this point is to force close it, since it continuously gets stuck in this aircraft movement loop. This is on the paid version of kACARS, don't recall this in free. Thanks.

This is at a friends site that I have full access to. I can log into kACARS_Free but not retrieve the flight data. receive.xml shows flightStatus 2 - which triggers the "No Flight Found!" in kACARS. Hello guys,is there a video of how i can setup kACARS with PHPVMS and my website or whatever? cause like i want to complete the pilots roster page, add and complete the HUBS page, etc. stuff of that sort. and possibly some assitance on the search flight modules and stuff? you'll have to excuse me i am 100% new at this, and this website http://skybahamasva.co.cc/index.php/ is what ive manged to do on my own. I am getting an error with Virgin Atlantic VA's custom kacars the error is: But it isn't, I just updated to the latest FSUIPC for FS9. It worked fine yesterday. And that has me baffled.

When I used Kacars Free, I could see the route on Google Maps, after using the Custom Kacars, I can't. Could anyone help me solve this problem? Hello! after searching on this forum i cannot find where to put the kACARS Free - Module I am on the last phpvms 7. On my folder at the base of the website i get the folder modules but not core/modules (i try to put the kACARS_Free folder insode the modules folder, no succeed) When i trying to use kACARS i get this logs on my webserver : POST /action.php/kACARS_Free HTTP/1.1" 404 4697 "-" "kACARS" Any idea where to put the folder kACARS_Free with the kACARS_Free.php? Hello to all. I know we have tossed around the fuel issue with kACARS many times, but fellas, something is not jiving for me. Look at the numbers in the log first and then look up top where the arrow is pointing. Something is not set right or I am missing something very important. a 1 hour flight loosing almost 1 million dollars in fuel? I know the site is supposed to convert fuel and all that and I read a thread that kACARS reports in pounds and then converts according to the site config. Am I missing something of value? I just can not seem to come to terms with fuel and kACARS. As always though, I do like kACARS better than any device out there. I think it is a grea…

I have an option at my VA to fly on-demand charters. To do this, I understand the airports must be on our list and the aircraft type listed as well. When I select "charter flights" it wants an aircraft registration (among other things). However, I cannot enter a registration in this block. In fact, it almost seems as though kACARS is locked up somehow. Any ideas?

Hello there, I am facing an issue with kACARS which kinda puzzles me. Basically, what has happened is I had to move hosts, due to an unfortunate free hosting suspension. It was a test account anyway for site development, and now we're looking to open the airline soon, so we moved to a new host, I only carried the templates over, but I get this mysterious warning upon connection through kACARS to the new server. I can't really copy it, since I don't know a way out of a window, nevertheless, it talks about code from x10's suspension page. Any ideas why as I'm puzzled? This has probably been asked before, but kACARS reports fuel in pounds to phpvms, then it gets recorded as kilograms. When doing manual pireps, pilots need to convert lbs to kgs. I was just wondering if there is a way to get phpvms to record fuel in lbs instead of kilograms.
