This is my first mod which I am going to release to phpvms. I will be making a flight information centre which will include the live flight map, recant flights, and live flight board and booked flights. I am hoping that this mod, or re-vamp of the live flight board will be finished within the next week or two. Thanks chris

Hi, Have any ever thought of the idea of a Dispatch Center module. Where you pilots would be able to dispatch a flight and your server would email them a fight release with your flight plan, weather report and any NOTAMS? Just a idea

I am looking for a code, a module, etc. that will automatically analyze a submitted PIREP and automatically reject them based on certain perimeters, ie. -1000fpm landing rate. I have found this post; http://forum.phpvms.net/topic/3450-auto-analizing-pirep/. However I cannot decipher what they are talking about. Any help would be greatly appreciated. -Allen FSX Fleet

Hey everybody, is it possible to make a code , which generates a line in th signatur with "offline" or "in flight" like the tuifly virtual ? Can the signature change the background when a pilot is in the air for example ? Greets Tuifly VA signature :

I just though this would be a good idea? A training center where pilots can request training and it will notify us in the admin center to respond to them. Will also have fully functional add awards once the pilot has completed the training.. What do you guys think?

Not sure if i have posted this in the correct thread however i have come up with what i think to be a good idea! Basically i have noticed alot of airlines list an aircraft as a Wet Lease from another, so maybe we could maybe make or come up with a module which alows a Marketplace where people can list aircraft they are willing to lease out for a fixed time. I know this sounds silly as you can add aircraft at no cost which brings me on to my next idea. We as airlines earn Millions on Virtual $$$ and have nothing to really spend it on other than fuel and external costs... So how about make it cost us our virtual dollars to lease or buy new aircraft? Might be sounding a lit…

Hey there, My Friend and I created a java GUI application which reads our schedules database and lets the user search for a flight and gets the right data ready. You then click on 'Start Flight' and after you fly it, click on 'End Flight'. (Note that this is made for FlightGear Free and Open Source Flight Simulator) Then the application reads the flight time, fuel used and the route flown and posts the following variables to a temporary link (www.merlionvirtual.clubos.net/auto/scheduled.php) Now, there's nothing in the php file, so what do I put there so it can submit the PIREP with the posted data? Thanks a LOT for your help.

Hi Guys, With work in progress on my new project (www.milairsim.com) I have plans to devise a few additions to PHP VMS to try and cater for the military side of this hobby. I have just started work on a Training Center Module. The idea of this will be to have a user group of Instructors, who can then create training courses. These courses in turn will have lessons which will have the content and any documents/downloads required. Pilots can book a place on a course, as long as there are free places left, and once accepted by the Instructor they gain access to the training material. The instructor can then mark each lesson as complete for a student, and hopefully if i can…

Hey Everyone, Since my last released module "PilotLogins" was successful (I'm working on the update still, hopefully I have it done this weekend). How many people are interested into having a "Charts_Module"? What it does is that you can add charts for each airports, plus chart types, and you can upload the PDF files to your site folder. And then it will display in the main page with list of charts, but you can search by airport. How many people are interested? Please vote!

I've always wanted pilots to have the option of choosing whether they want to book their flights or be assigned to them. Could this work? So, for example, the pilot would select their preferences (days of week, max. distance etc...), and then the system would automatically generate flights to be flown. Get it?

Hi guys, Forgive me if I have missed it anywhere but I was just wondering if there was an addon or code that could produce a pop up window once a user loads the homepage? I've seen a few virtual airlines on phpvms using such a thing and that's why I ask if there's an openly available tool for this as such? Hi am having a problem with the flight bidding add on, When i Select all it works fine and shows me the routes but if i put EG Departure airport as EGLL it says no flights found ? i try with lots off dirrent airlports and the same happens with no airports found i checked the schedule and there are defo flights from the airport Any help would be great
