Hello everyone, After getting back from a "break" i'm starting my VA again however i'm having tons of problems installing some of them are already solved such as the restricted access error, the local config error, one from the pilotdata and more. I have been told this is caused because the php version on my server is a newer version. Hey, So I've already seen all the threads with the dropdown menus but they weren't helping at all! http://forum.phpvms....rilliance-skin/ That was the closet thing i found to my problem, but i did what they say and it still not a dropdown. I was curious how someone might go about adding a section to the pilot list, that kept pilots who were a big part of a VA, but who have passed away. Kind of like a "gone but not forgotten" reference, so that they would always be listed on the pilot list.

Hi guys, as Johannesburg now officially has changed from FAJS to FAOR, I would like to ammend that for my VA as well. Of course I can edit the schedules, but how about the airport database itself (for example for the airport being shown on the map correctly): Is there a way I can change this as well (tried, but did not succeed), or does somebody has to to that at the main database? Hi Folks, Anyone out there using the MD-11 by PMDG with FSAcars? We had one pilot using it and he quickly ran us bankrupt. The fuel used came in as the following weight... -9.21059e+08 :o As a result, our fuel costs for the month are now over 921 million dollars. Quick question, if I try to edit the finance data table, will this cause me any grief? Secondly, has anyone else seen this behavior before? And if so, have you found a way to correct it? Hi everyone! I was wondering if I could get some help adding my pilots' ID's and Passwords on the emails the system sends out when I accept their applications. I've already edited the message the best I can but don't know the specific code to say: Below is your information and then be able to list that information. All the system currently says is visit our site to login and complete your registration or something along those lines. It doesnt even tell them their ID's. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated! We have phpVMS 5.5.2.72 installed. When the MariaDB update came along recently (it was updated from 10.1 to 10.2), we lost a lot of our admin functions, and since then we have not been able to do any updates to our schedule, etc. Can you explain more about how this MariaDB update affected v5.5.2.72, and what is being done to correct it? MYSQL 5.7 can cause problems with phpvms as it by default enables strict mode, which will break your site as pireps will suddenly stop going through. You will need to contact your host to get them to disable it. If you have a VPS or dedicated server you can do that yourself via either the Terminal or an SSH client such as Putty. It seems more and more VA sites are coming up with this problem of PIREPS not submitting, but they get an email saying a PIREP has been filed.

I'm near to completion on my new VA website, but need willing people to give it a run for it's money, and give honest constructive criticism, before I launch the site properly. If anyone is feeling helpful, it would be great if they could sign up and have a look around the site. It would also be great if anyone could test out the live ACARS and despatch systems.
