I'm currently revamping my schedules and creating some more routes/schedules etc. I have run into a problem thats slightly baffled me. Hello, I deleted the New Hire rank but when new pilots sign in my site they're assigned to "New Hire" anyway. I have created the initial rank as Primer Oficial de Fuselaje Angosto (Narrow-body First Officer) but it isn't working. Thank you!

I decided to make the switch-over to PHPVMS-5 so I decided to set it up separate to the old version then, on switchover day just import all the data from the old DB to the new DB. So I did that then went through the various maintenance options in the admin panel, it found the pilot pay from the PIREPs. So far so good. Everything seems to work EXCEPT that it thinks that there are NO PIREPs to be found. When I then tried to submit a PIREP it appeared on the main page news feed but otherwise disappeared?!?!?!?!

G'day Guys, I have run into a bit of trouble with my databases, when trying to integrate a new forum. I made a backup in .sql format of the websites data, and old forums data, so i could slowly put it all back the way it was, with the new forum too. What has happened is that i removed the data from all the tables, as i couldn't install the new forum, thinking this would all be ok as i made backups of the tables, but when i went to upload it all back onto phpmyadmin, the website wont identify any of the tables information, and apparently i have lost everything. i tried the backups i have made, but none of these work either, can someone please help me resolve this issue A…

Hello, I recently imported some flight routes, as a test, and now want to delete them. I checked the forum and found that it isnt possible without going into the database. I have set a member as inactive, but the pilot is still able to log in. Used drop-down (Active/Inactive) in Admin Center Checked phpMyAdmin to see, and yes, it is showing as 1 Is there something I missed?

Nabeel, every time my cron runs the maintenance.php it send out an email to all the inactive pilots, is there any way to restrict this so that inactive pilots dont keep getting the mail as i run this script about 3 times a week.

Hi Nabeel Running 2.1.934 I'm clicking on my inactive schedules page in the admin panel and instead of getting my 3 or 4 inactives I'm getting the whole list of schedules. Also within the active schedules page I have listed my few inactive ones.

I have this in my local config # After how long to mark a pilot inactive, in days Config::Set('PILOT_AUTO_RETIRE', true); Config::Set('PILOT_INACTIVE_TIME', 30); But when i check the pilots list out it doesn't add up! One pilot who last flew in 2009 is active and another who flew 7days ago is inactive, so something needs resetting? Cheers, Dave.

I have an issue with my ACARS map. I an on SimPilots 5.5.2 with php5.6 The map shows fine. The inair icon disappears within 10 seconds. Switched to Crytal and it works fine. Works fine on an older skin too. Obviously its an issue with my current skin. What is the issue though? I uploaded the acarsmap.php from the skin that the map worked, same thing. inair icon disappears. Any idea whats causing this? Current skin is using Bootstrap 4. Originally had this issue with php7. Reverted to the lowest php version that I can get.

Hey, does anyone know how to add external Classes to phpvms? I tried to add the folder to the core/common/ folder so it looks like this: Now I want to use this Classes and files in - for example "edit_profile". I added the required files with "require" like this: require __DIR__.'/../../../core/common/elephant.io/Client.php'; require __DIR__.'/../../../core/common/elephant.io/Engine/SocketIO/Version2X.php'; Now, if I refresh the page I got an 500 error (HTTP ERROR 500). How do I include and use the files correctly? Thank you

I constantly have the problem of pilots not knowing their pilot ID when they sign in the first time. What variable do I use to put the pilot id in the accepted email? I've tried a bunch but I can't figure it out.

In the schedules we can create income for each flight by creating a price per seat. My question is what can we do with this besides add a little realism to the flight? Compete against other VA's?

Hi guys, I have searched the forums but could find what I was looking for maybe someone could point me in the direction of or advise me how to solve the issue. I have noticed along with a few of our pilots now, the pilot pay is not right. if a pilot flies for 1 hours he gets his pay, but then if he flies for 4 hours he gets the same pay as he did for 1 hour. i.e. 1hr = $75 4hrs = $75 (but should be 4*75 = 300) is there any reason for this? Have I missed something? Thanks Deano

Hello, For some airports, when people spawn and try to start the flight on SmartCARS it gives them this error. INCORRECT SIMULATOR SCENARIO You must be at the departure airport to start your flight I suppose it has something to do with the coordinates I have added, I am actually getting the airport data from Phpvms fetching. I've been experiencing a problem over the last week with the time. A pilot recently signed up and did about 3 flights which totaled to 12.2 hours but it was showing his total time at 24 hours. Then I realized all my other pilots were experiencing the same problem. The system is showing my va's total flight time at 33 hours(doubt that is correct) but still the hours I have as a pilot is 71.11 and one of my other pilots has 67.13. Please help.

Gday gents, I'm trying to increase the "name" and "code" values in the below php database entries. The target airline code is "SVAG" for "Singapore Virtual Airlines Group" (32 characters). "name" will successfully amend to more than 30 char, but changing "code" to 4 results in this error: Avia has pointed out that real-world airline codes are 3 letters and I'm aware of this but because we operate as a group of airlines, our pilots are given group callsigns instead of the ICAO callsigns. Can someone advise please? Thank you.
