I am trying to start up a New VA Club were you can fly an airplane you like or military flight you like and Airline flight I need to see if I can change some coding around to meet my needs if I can, I am trying to take away the flight scheduled but keep the auto pirep going were they can file any kind of flight they want, without having a set flight scheduled or bids like the other VA have.

Hello people, so I want to make a custom MainController::Run like this example here: <?php MainController::Run('PIREPS' 'RecentFrontPage', 5); ?> so that will go and insert the 5 newest flights, but I want to make a custom one, How could I do that?

When I started up, I added many Qantas routes. I want to get rid of those routes. I already deleted the airlines, but the routes stay. How can I delete MANY routes at once? Thanks!

Absolute beginner here. 1. How do I run installcheck? 2. How to run checkdb? 3. How do i delete PHPvms and start over again? (wipe out everything) 4. Or how can i get back to this screen attached? I am using Military Aircraft, specificly US Coast Guard Aircraft. I have hunted down and found the ICAO codes for each, but I keep getting "Aircraft not Found" when trying to upload my Schedules. Yes the fleet has been entered into the Database. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Hello, In VA that I am and in several other VAs, this map has the different routes, it shows a route made by the site, and shows another route that is what the pilot is following (https://prnt.sc/gsw56l). Is it possible to do that? If so, how?

Hi Nabeel. I wanted to ask you.... I just recently found this website and script as you know and I installed the full install package that is available. I saw the upgrade version and dloaded it as well. Is the upgrade very serious, or should I wait for the next new version? I do have the upgrade package downloaded. I am just worried about destroying all the work I have already done to this install I currently use.

Hi All, I've searched quite a few threads but can't see any that match this exact issue. Basically any email sent from the site (ie. group emails through the admin panel or automated emails like the registration emails) are not being received by anyone. We are, however, receiving notification emails to the nominated site address (i.e when a PIREP has been filed or someone has registered). The email address matches our hosting account email. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi All, Firstly, Yes I have searched the forum back and front and was unable to fix this issue I'm having. Although it may sound familiar, I really need some help fixing it. We recently migrated to a new Windows based Dedicated server and since doing so, Our Mass Mailer hasn't been functioning. Obviously this is a big problem as one of the main lines of communication with our Pilots is through emails. After a long time on google, I have tried most things it said to do so with no luck and was hoping someone here may have the knowledge to help me out? Maybe someone has a dedicated server ? After several attempts I opted for this version as it is more than enough for my project. After a few tests everything seems to work (e.g. pilot rank, add fleet, add airports), but when I add a route in the "flight schedules and routes" section by clicking on "add schedule" and entering all the information, I receive a confirmation message that the route has been added, but instead is not stored in the database. in fact, the adjacent table remains empty. thanks for the support.

Is it possible to have bids on scheduled routes enabled for one airline and disabled for another airline ? I want my main airline to utilize flight bidding, and the other have the routes to be flown unlimited. thanks !

I need to know if someone can be kind to help me figure out how to categorize the Awards like the Downloads do. This will be for the Admin Center when you add a new award to be able to also add a Category that the newly added award will fall into. This will make it easier to display the Awards on the public page that will display like it does on the Downloads page.

Good afternoon all, My site has been plodding along nicely, survived the web hack attack without to much damage, until today, whilst I was inputting a schedule then This error suddenly appeared when I refreshed my site "Fatal error: Cannot re-assign auto-global variable _FILES in /home/nexissai/public_html/core/common/PilotData.class.php on line 436", I've check the PHP version and its still on 5.2, I'm at a loss as to how one moment everything is hunkydory then its broken without me actually changing anything, any idea's would be great. I have tried different skins (3-4), and when I click on Bid Flight, it says No Route Passed. I'm not sure if it's an error with the skin(s) or with phpVMS. Anyone know what's going on? And is there anyway to fix this? Thanks.

I was wondering what it would take to send a specific device (iPhone) to its own unique site. I have the code that recognizes the iPhone, but what files would I have to edit/make for a separate site. I use my iPhone a lot as I am not home often, so it would be convenient for me to have a more iPhone friendly site, both bandwidth and ease of use. I've done this before with a layout website, made by hand, but it seems to be more complicated for phpVMS. Any help appreciated! Thanks.

I have created my sample VA which I hope to bring online. Each of the schedules I have created have a real life flight plan in the right form, i.e. DAV b502 POXON/A050 r773 COT In other words between each waypoint the corresponding airway name and some waypoints I have also given the target altitude. Well, that is what I learned in a nice virtual airline:). So, I decided to experiment with the View Route link that is shown in the list of schedules. As expected it displays a map with the (optional) route. The map only shows a line between departure and arrival and not the line through the waypoints (if given). Also, the shown map is missing the [X] Close button that one …

I made some route maps for different airlines with google maps... That wasnt too bad But stuck trying to change google icons to textual icons like with airport codes i.e KATL Tried installing mapiconmaker but cant get it to work Its using Gmap instead of google maps in javascript code. Think I have V3 api installed but everytime try to load even 1 icon simple example just get a grayed out map.. Or if you know a simplier way to add text to google icons would apprecitate. Hello, I noticed our VA's disk usage increased from 2.15 GB to 2.24 GB in 7 days. We can have anywhere between 300 to 500 pireps in a week. Is it normal to use 92.16 MB in a week? Thanks

Hello, Recently, we have had a few people attempt to XSS our site to prevent usage, and what is happening is they are running scripts on our site with script tags that are being inputted in the Registration page. We've been trying to figure out how we can escape or sanitize these inputs to essentially remove the scripts tag(s), so the code won't run. Any ideas or thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
