Is there a way to integrate transfer hours over to the real hours of the pilot becuase all my pilots were reset to the first rank from the update but before the pilots were on various ranks.

Hello, I'm new on Phpvms, and I'm stuck on the install. I'm following the dummies guide, after setting up the database, I dont know how to run the install. I'm stuck on this (copy from manual) 3.02 In this next illustration I have outlined the "Install.php". Please understand this is not an executable file. What you need to do is right click on this file and scroll down to properties "Click" open and copy the URL path to the "Install.php" Can somebody explain me how to do that? I'm using Filezilla as FTP and when I'm right clicking on install.php the only options I have are: copy url to clipboard, file permissions, rename, delete, etc. So I guess I have to choose …

Gents, never seen this error before. While accepting pireps in the admin panel getting error messages, pireps are going through, just don't understand the message. Don't know if it is a server or site issue. I was wondering what it would take to send a specific device (iPhone) to its own unique site. I have the code that recognizes the iPhone, but what files would I have to edit/make for a separate site. I use my iPhone a lot as I am not home often, so it would be convenient for me to have a more iPhone friendly site, both bandwidth and ease of use. I've done this before with a layout website, made by hand, but it seems to be more complicated for phpVMS. Any help appreciated! Thanks.

I keep getting this issue: Fatal error: Class 'DB' not found in/home/tfroot16/public_html/orbit/install/dbtest.php on line 5 I use GoDaddy hosting, so shouldn't be a problem. I enter my info and numerous other occurances occur. NOTE: It creates the database tables and whatever else, just when I go to the domain, it's all fatal error spam

Hello, I was wondering if there was a way I could change all the default emails to have a custom theme/template. I tried just copying and pasting the following code into the email that sends when a pilot joins but it removed all the css. Hello, I noticed our VA's disk usage increased from 2.15 GB to 2.24 GB in 7 days. We can have anywhere between 300 to 500 pireps in a week. Is it normal to use 92.16 MB in a week? Thanks

Have a pilot at our website just reached ~800 pireps filed and his "View a map of my pireps" just stopped working. He loves using that map to see where he hasn't been. The link is working for all the other pilots. So wondering if anyone knows how to reconfigure it or increase the memory size or something so he can see his map again. Thanks, Mike

Hi All, Firstly, Yes I have searched the forum back and front and was unable to fix this issue I'm having. Although it may sound familiar, I really need some help fixing it. We recently migrated to a new Windows based Dedicated server and since doing so, Our Mass Mailer hasn't been functioning. Obviously this is a big problem as one of the main lines of communication with our Pilots is through emails. So, i just broke my whole install. I installed a duplicate copy in a "Crew" subdir so I can use the main dir as my home page website. Was going well with this HTML template but somehow, i broke the phpvms install. I probably didn't break it, but now i'm getting all kinds of errors where I wasn't before. I have an idea for a new feature ;-) If we log all the costs of flying with phpvms, what is with the maintance of the birds? My little suggestion: Maintance for smaller AC: all 50hours The bigger ones and heavy: all 100hours You can open maintance points (airports)as the hubs in the control center. When time is coming for a check >45/90hours, as admin you have a possibility to see in a AC list the flown hours of the aircrafts, for createing routes to airports with maintance options. Hey, at our web host's data center, there was a power failure and a lot of sql servers have been corrupted. Our sql database was also lost and we never made a complete back up of the sql. The rest of our website (phpVMS itself) is still there but it won't work without the database. How do I re-install the database? When I run install.php, it gives me that there's an error while redeclaring ezdb on line 31. When I ran checkinstall.php, I got an error that navdata.sql is missing. I re-downloaded phpVMS and uploaded the frest navdata.sql but now it says that there's a checksum failure. The navdata.sql file doesn't match or is old. Please help.

How can you set a pilots location. If i move a pilot to a new hub they can only fly aircraft from their old hub. I want it if you are moved hubs you can fly from the new hub. Any Ideas Regards JCA003 DISREGARD I FIXED IT

Hi , I have added a schedule , but for some reason it doesn't show it , I have browsed the forum about it and changed the schedule result tpl file so that it reads "7" and "0" for Sunday but still no luck , it shows 20 schedules but not the ones I added today for Some reason , it might be a bug for Sunday ?? Even tho there are schedules can be flown on a Sunday and they show ? So confusing lol

Updated to Rev v2.1.934-98-g2a0cc32 and everything works from my database, but going to my Admin Center and clicking 'show all reports' it says there aren't any!! Checked my database and the PIREPs table is still intact. Confused on how to re-sync my website with my PIREP table.

Hi, I put in my virtual company XACARS and I wanted some clarification if possible. For the client I understand how it works, but not for the server. What should I do? I am really not sure what a hub or extra airline add to the va. I tried to be a member of several hubs and airlines in my va, but I see all schedules every where. Maybe I have done something wrong in the settings. But what is the advantage? RobB
