Hello! After I have placed all my airports, I found out that the map places them on the other side of the world to where they have to be placed on the map. For example an airport in the Caribbean was placed on the map somewhere in India. Is there a fix for this? P.S. I have double checked the coordinates and they are correct.

Hello guys, i added the Ranks and Awards files into the modules file, and i have added the ranks and hours and images etc but when i click ranks on the website it still says that the Module "RANK" does not exist. can anyone help?

Hi All, I was wondering if anyone could help me. I've brought a virtual Airline, before I brought it I was told that they would help me to get it back up and going. Which I thought was great as I don't know anything about php phpvms and SQL. The transfer took place a few weeks ago and I'm still waiting for that support. I've found this website tonight and I was wondering if anyone would willing help me out. please message me if you are able to help. Or maybe advise me who could help me out. Thanks

Firstly I apologise if this not the correct forum area for this post. And admin please feel free to move it to the correct place. I am really new at doing this and what I want to know is this, is there a way to create a flight schedule for lets say EGKK to EGPH, but when adding a bid I can select the aircraft I want to use for it. What I dont want to do is create multiple schedules for the same route, but for each aircraft I might use it for. Any help and assistance would be very welcome Thank you Rob

Flights are not being displayed on the actual route. They are always shown approx 1/4" off of the actual route (see attached photos). The info from ACARS is correct as I can monitor the flight using 3rd party software on my iPAD it is correct. Any suggestions, appears to be some offset.

Hello someone help ge get rid of this error it constantly displays an error Warning: date(): It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected the timezone 'UTC' for now, but please set date.timezone to select your timezone. please help.

Hi guys, I'm having trouble with fixing an issue on phpVMS. When my new members are registering via the form, they get the confirmation e-mail, but none of them is appearing in the "Pending Pilots" section in the admin center. If someone could help me this would be very nice !

Importing flight schedules from a CSV file and although in the CSV file the daysofweek is 0123456, when imported schedule shows flights with no SATURDAY scheduled? Any ideas anyone?

Hello, once I upload all of the files onto my site using my FTP client, I am unable to proceed with the installation of phpvms. I am currently running windows 7. The message I get is "You need PHP 5 (your version: 7.1.11)." Any idea on what is happening and where I cant download PHP 5?

When I try to install a skin, one of the directions is to “upload the lib folder to my phpvms installation directory.” Does anyone know how I did that? It’s the only thing I can’t seem to crack.

Good Day everyone! Recently, I have designed a website and I want to connect crew center to it via a link. My problem is that I have been trying to figure out for 2 days on how to install crew center onto my subdomain without getting tons of errors. Can anyone take the time to properly write a step-by-step explanation on how to install the crew center skin onto my phpvms website. I have read Mark's installation instructions but I cant seem to comprehend those thanks!

When I go to admin page http://mysite/phpvms/admin it tells me to login first and the problem is that I can't find a place to login. Is there any way to set a benchmark landing rate for an individual flight in PHPVMS 2.5.x? I would like to be able to compare the landing rates of pilots with a pre-entered "optimal" figure, so they can receive rewards for lower rates and penalties for higher rates.

Hey all, so I'm working on lots of schedules for my VA, and there are a few airlines, Polar Air Cargo for example, that fly both their own routes and routes for DHL. I'd ideally want to inform the pilots through smartCARS that that flight is operated by Polar for DHL by adding in "opb Polar Air Cargo for DHL", but if I drop that into the notes column, it only shows up on the website, which most of our pilots don't use. I could add it into the Route column, but that's only gonna get deleted if someone drops a route in. Is there a way to push the Notes column into the comments field, or at least have it notify the pilot in smartCARS?

I have 2 problems with the acars map, when using XACARS(since theres no good 737-300 in p3d, theres no other choice): 1. It would only appear after refreshing like 100 times. 2. After flight ends, and when you submit the pirep, turn off the PC(etc), the acars map says, that youre somewhere in africa still doing the flight that was in baltic/europe(for 12hrs) Also Im using the my own skin (made with bootstrap), and tried default, reinstalling still no luck, and yes, i am using payed host, i put the Google Maps API Key. Help would be very appreciated, all the pilots are killing me with their problems, thanks very much in advance!

So I have had this code on my site for a long time. Uploaded and downloaded and adjusted schedules via the spreadsheet with no problem. After the last upload they do not show up in this area? Only happened after the last upload. I had touched the code on this page before or after the upload! It's just now they stopped showing up! And what's even stranger is if I click on the Find Flights button they all show on on the next page. I never had to do this before. Anyone else get a email from Google saying they are going to charge for the api access to their maps? I can verify this is true and genuine, they will allow a certain limit of access up to a value of $200, after this they will start to charge you, this new process requires you have a valid credit card or the like linked to your maps api account. Just letting you know what i found out.
