Hi i got this error after i have changed from mysql server. Hi, I am a moderator of a Virtual Airline and I am looking for a bit of help. We are currently puzzled on an issue which we can't figure out. We have lots of airport's in our database from all around the world. Unfortunately, some of these airports have the wrong latitude and longitude coordinates therefore placing them on the other side of the world. For example KEWR was being placed somewhere in central Russia when it should have been placed in New York, so when we look at our live flight map on the homepage, it draws a big red line from the departure airport to somewhere in central Russia. At the moment to solve the issue, we have to keep going into the Admin Centre…

Hi. I have a problem with the script. I have uploaded it to my website, and I get an error message. Hello! So i had a VA that was programed by someone. But we decided to go different ways and now i must re-create the VA. I exported my shedules but now i cant upload them; When i click "upload", the page just goes normal and without no information, like i did nothing, and no schedules appeared. I also have other issue with the airport search, where i just try to "get airport information" and nothing happens. Im sure its simple tweeks on program so if anyone can help me, i'd be super thankfull... Thanks in advance

Hi to all, Been scouring through the forum and can't seem to find an answer to the following question: What is the difference between RankID and Rank Level? I know that when I look at the tables for ranks, it assigns a rankID based on what was entered through the phpVMS Admin Panel. However, When I look at the pilots table, it shows both a rankid and a rank level and I am not sure if the level number should be the same as the RANK ID number, or different? For example, I running a local test version. I have a pilot ID that via the db shows the rankID as 12. However, it also shows the rank level at 11. Regards, Nat

Hello Gent's today our site has a hick-up because of some weird registrations. Looks like that a script at registrations forms used to enable some pop-ups. I found only that at my sql pilot's table: looks like that no other files were affected. I disabled registration for the moment until a solution is found. - Any ideas? Sorry for bad english . . . im trying to get the VA off the ground and put some airports/routes in the smartcars , for some reason i cant use the lookup airport feature( it says fetching data and just sits there, ive read the forum on this problem with no resolve) anyways i try to put them in manually with lat and long but when we try to test the flight on the acars tracker it says not at departure airport, ive tried multiple lat and longs from different sources ie. air nav, sky vector, Flight sim Commander, and none seem to work, can someone shed some light on what im doing wrong, this is getting very frustrating Thanks in advance

Gentlemen, I have searched for this error, but have not seen the same issue that I am having. One of my pilots filed a manual PIREP and when he did so the PIREP jumped from #65 to #133. I reset the PIREP numbers in the database, however every-time someone submits a PIREP it jumps again. Where is the PIREP count number saved? I tried running all of the maintenance functions but to no avail. Thank you, v/r -Ken www.flyelite.net

It looks fine on my main server but when I upload to a sub folder or another server the alignment is all to the left of the page. Like this: http://screencast.com/t/KJP2grtBU My code is pointing to <link rel="stylesheet" href="<?php echo SITE_URL?>/lib/skins/ , my skins folder etc... Work fine on the root folder that I have been working on it, aligns on the entire page like it is suppose too. Any ideas?

Hello everybody I hope this topic will find you well, After 1 year of working with version 2.1.936 i've noticed there is another version ofr phpvms.updated.zip Version 2.1.938 well i checked the forum how the process must be done. As well i complied with the instructions but something attract my attention, that the /install/update.php asked me for Force update i did, the job done without any error when i visited the admin, i notified that the current version still 936 not Upgraded ??? Any suggestions ??? Tnx

Hi everybody!! I'm new to phpVMS. I'm owner of a VA and I would like to know how to send private email to a pilot. The only feature that I see in admin panel, is to send a mass email to groups (active pilots, all pilots, etc.) Is there a posibility to send email only to one pilot? thank you for your help.

Hi there, I noticed today that the distance remaining in ACARS table isn't calculated correctly. After starting kACARS at boarding phase, I checked the remaining distance is 376 nm while the actual number is 456 nm. Anyone has the same problem? Cheers Update: Sorry! My bad. I noticed I didn't choose the correct airport in simulator. It's all just fine now.

I am trying to make a flight board from my customized acars map to put on my front page. I just want to remove the map and retain the rest of the info, but I can not get it to work. Which code of the map do I remove to keep the info still working without the map on the basically default acars_map.tpl code? I want it to still refresh automatically and have the pilot link working. basically all the text info right below the map is what I want, and to continue to work. Ok, after finding out my old installtion of PHPvms did not work with php 5.5, i installed a new version using the simpilots group version. I am using my exisiting database for this installation However, in the admin section, there is no option to manage my fleet in the airline operations section as per before?

i have created a passenger flight on my va from texas to austrailia and when i submit pirep and my passenger lodad ticket price is 155 by default and took another flight fom katl to kjfk and it still says 155 by default. what my point is is that 155 doesnt cover the flight and the ones that 155 does cover is too much for a ticket price so my question is why doesnt the system configure ticket price acustom to each flight is this possible if so how ?
