I have the charter plugin from simpilotgroup most of my flights are charters and i bid on flight in charter listings they bid ok but when i go to flight schedules to bid on a flight i get no route passed any suggestions ?

Hey guys! Is there a way to change the aircraft and maintain the same flight number? In phpVMS if you can't have the same flight number on different aircraft, but Kacars was able to go around that problem by alowing you to change the aircraft. Is it possible to do the same in cAcars? Hoping for your answer. André

This is a previous problem that has returned. We have the message "You have 167 PIREPS waiting for export to vaCentral. Hello friends, I would like to create a restriction on my website, users who are not registered, by clicking on the site would go directly to the page of access to pilots or registration of new entries. Example on the link below, http://crew.flyvawe.com/index.php/ Anyone have any ideas? My interest is to restrict all pages of the site to menros not register the same site above, only release after login.

I finally got PHPVMS operational on my hosting server. However, I am plauged with Strict Standards warnings that I cannot keep from displaying. Server php version is V5.4 and cannot be lowered to 5.3 Aparently this newer version of php is why these errors are showing up. I have been given instructions on editing the "core/app.config.php" file to add this line of code: E_ALL &~E_NOTICE &~E_STRICT on line 33. This has not prevented the warnings from displaying. Any help VERY MUCH appreciated.

Hello, We have set up our airline that you require a rank for an aircraft. Now we must make a delivery flight of a plane. Is it possible to give a pilot a one time rating so he can fly the delivery flight. So that we do not have to give him a rank to fly the flight? Rick

We are going to be making some changes to our web site this weekend that is going to change the Unique ID of our fight logs. Our unique ID is currently at 105574. After our maintenance, the unique ID will be somewhere around 87600. Is the fact our unique ID is changing in anyway effect our scoring on VA central? Regards,

Hi to all, Been scouring through the forum and can't seem to find an answer to the following question: What is the difference between RankID and Rank Level? I know that when I look at the tables for ranks, it assigns a rankID based on what was entered through the phpVMS Admin Panel. However, When I look at the pilots table, it shows both a rankid and a rank level and I am not sure if the level number should be the same as the RANK ID number, or different? For example, I running a local test version. I have a pilot ID that via the db shows the rankID as 12. However, it also shows the rank level at 11. Regards, Nat

Hello guys! I've been having some troubles with the Import.php. I cant Import schedules. Basically when i click import, it redirects me to the page http://aveiroexpress.comli.com/admin/index.php/import/processimport and nothing happens. Hi all, On the front page of our PHPVMS install (www.goairuk.co.uk/Airline ) we are using a live map which we get by putting this on the front page: ?php MainController::Run('acars', 'index'); ?> However, the flights are staying on there for 12+ hours after completion. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks

Hi, I am a moderator of a Virtual Airline and I am looking for a bit of help. We are currently puzzled on an issue which we can't figure out. We have lots of airport's in our database from all around the world. Unfortunately, some of these airports have the wrong latitude and longitude coordinates therefore placing them on the other side of the world. For example KEWR was being placed somewhere in central Russia when it should have been placed in New York, so when we look at our live flight map on the homepage, it draws a big red line from the departure airport to somewhere in central Russia. At the moment to solve the issue, we have to keep going into the Admin Centre…

Hello! So i had a VA that was programed by someone. But we decided to go different ways and now i must re-create the VA. I exported my shedules but now i cant upload them; When i click "upload", the page just goes normal and without no information, like i did nothing, and no schedules appeared. I also have other issue with the airport search, where i just try to "get airport information" and nothing happens. Im sure its simple tweeks on program so if anyone can help me, i'd be super thankfull... Thanks in advance

Hello Gent's today our site has a hick-up because of some weird registrations. Looks like that a script at registrations forms used to enable some pop-ups. I found only that at my sql pilot's table: looks like that no other files were affected. I disabled registration for the moment until a solution is found. - Any ideas? Sorry for bad english . . . im trying to get the VA off the ground and put some airports/routes in the smartcars , for some reason i cant use the lookup airport feature( it says fetching data and just sits there, ive read the forum on this problem with no resolve) anyways i try to put them in manually with lat and long but when we try to test the flight on the acars tracker it says not at departure airport, ive tried multiple lat and longs from different sources ie. air nav, sky vector, Flight sim Commander, and none seem to work, can someone shed some light on what im doing wrong, this is getting very frustrating Thanks in advance

Gentlemen, I have searched for this error, but have not seen the same issue that I am having. One of my pilots filed a manual PIREP and when he did so the PIREP jumped from #65 to #133. I reset the PIREP numbers in the database, however every-time someone submits a PIREP it jumps again. Where is the PIREP count number saved? I tried running all of the maintenance functions but to no avail. Thank you, v/r -Ken www.flyelite.net

Hi everybody!! I'm new to phpVMS. I'm owner of a VA and I would like to know how to send private email to a pilot. The only feature that I see in admin panel, is to send a mass email to groups (active pilots, all pilots, etc.) Is there a posibility to send email only to one pilot? thank you for your help.
