Hellooo, Me and Tom are in the process of opening up a new VA around May / June time. We are a bit stuck with what to offer. We run a VA on another system that has been running over 2 years, and were getting a bit bored of doing it completely our way. The plan is to create a VA by the pilots, for the pilots. Hi, recently i got the idea to start up the swedish airline Virtual Malmö Aviation and i started with it yesterday. Malmö Aviation have 12 aircrafts in there fleet, 2 RJ85 and 10 RJ100. They ordered some Bombardier CS plane and the first one will arrive next year. They are flying domestic in Sweden and also a few charter routes. I can't really complete this project alone and i need at least one person that is glad to help and know a lot about PHP and starting upp VA:s. British Atlantic is a professional virtual airline operating from London Heathrow to a range of world wide destinations. Well, I've been using FSX for a long while, and after a bit of a hiatus due to collegiate obligations I'm considering starting up a VA project. The basic idea I have is a low-cost carrier based in California, preferably an airport in the Los Angeles area. Right now it's between LAX and Ontario Int'l as a base. The airline would start off operating city-hopper services within California, with maybe a few services to areas in Nevada or Arizona. I'm thinking that it might start off with a fleet of Embraer jetliners, most likely EMB-170s but maybe 190s.
