Hi all, trying to help out my friendly VA manager by troubleshooting a minor issue on kACARS and the phpVMS VM. Flight hours are currently being tracked by computer system time, making it possible to make a cross-country flight in 25 minutes. I understand there is an option to track by FS time, or time factoring in accelerated time. Looking for some guidance on where I might be able to find such a setting and adjust it to reflect in-game time-stretching. Cheers! -JT

I have a pilot who is having a strange problem with his kACARS - it will not show all of our VAs fleet in the drop-down list. He sees only 4or 5 of the 32 available aircraft. All other pilots are NOT experiencing this, which tells me that something is wrong with his install or its setup. is there anyone that might be able to shed some light as to what might be taking place? thanks

We at AlexandAIR Virtual, using the kACARS_Free program for few months. Very good program. I have one question: one pilot perform a flight, created by me with an A318, but the pilot did it with King Air 350. is it possible to stop this happening again??? in other words, is it possible the program to read the user's aircraft and if it does not match, doesn't let him do the flight??

Getting the following message on the Get Flight Number info block. This problem appeared suddenly last evening for no apparent reason "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt tp continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately. Input string was not in a correct format Details (Included in the .zip attachment JIT Debugging is not active - have no idea how to do that. exception.zip

Hello, i know that i must contact directly Jeff but now i can't do it, So, i've got this error (sorry it's in italian language) **See the attached image** Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click continue, the application will ignore this error and attemp to continue. If you click Quit the application will close immediatelly. Acces to the file C:\Program Files\FS Products\BlueACARS\send.xml is negated. How can i resolve it? Thank you so much !

Hi, I am running the latest version of kACARS but I am having a problem, it can't seem to find some of my routes. I can log in to my website The route is added to bid I can connect to FS But on a alot of the routes when you tell kACARS to "get bid info" it says "No Flight Found" any ideas? Thanks Scott

Hello Yesterday I made the last flight using the K-acars, I have not moved anything of configuration and today simply "does not work", if we add to this the problem of the re-captcha system, something is Going through phpvms? Is the best system I have managed but apparently there is not much to do on my part. I appreciate any help because I am a beginner.

We have deleted a pilot, including the ACARS_data from the database. The flight still shows up on the map with a PID of 0000. How can this be deleted? http://prs.flyafava.com/ thanks

Hi again Just setting this up again and came across this issue last night and I'm banging my head to figure out why it's just not working. First sorry if this is been posted before but I been searching for this issue and haven't come across anything. I've been setting up Flight schedules using two different airlines. With the first schedule of flights setup and complete for airline number 1 can be seen in both the flight schedule on the website and within the Kacars program when going to get flight info and bid. However airline number 2 is 50% finished with over 15 flights posted as on now. The issue is that Scheduled Flights for pilot bidding can be seen on th…

He clicks continue and nothing happens... To All I am trying to use Kacars and I simply cannot get it to work. I am using this web host : 3eeweb.com I am using a free hosting package at the moment until everything works etc. So, i also have a .co.nr domain name. I have tried to use the download for Kacars profile but with no success of it working. Please help Lewis

I have installed kAcars v1.0.1.1 in my W7 but when i click in the .exe, it simple dont work. Nothing occour... I allready unistalled and reinstalled but dont work. I installed the v1.0.1.0 and dont start too. Some one knows what can be this issue? Thanks! Hudson

At the almost end of 2015 there seems to be a problem with Kacars. As most people are dutch in our VA i have use google translate to get the message in English. I don't know if it is the right error message kAcars - V -Bird VA has found a break point defined by a user It seems the last security update of the 30th of december is the evil one. Regards, Cor
