Hi guys, I don't understand what happened but all of a sudden I cannot see any of my 45 pilots from the link "All my Pilots" in Admin. Totally empty!!! Everything else works, the Pilots table in the DB is ok, they're not retired and all associated to a Hub. Only when I go, for example, to "Change Pilot ID" I can see all of them listed on the drop down menu or in the Pilot table on the main website. Pending Pilots also works but when I approve a new entry it also disappears with the others. In the website everything is ok, all the Stats are updating as they should and the Pireps system works. Can't understand why they don't show. Anybody know what I did wrong ?? Thanks…

Hello, I want to add custom fields of pilots profile but they are not show. Hello, I have 2 genral quesrions regarding this 1. How do I edit the IDs of individual pilots So I can give the first IDs for my staff // Found it in the Admin Panel [EDIT] 2. i will shortly explain what i developed and what is my problem. first of all, its the dispatch system (check addons board). this dispatch system works like a real one and includes some more tables to the database. this table includes the routes (but only depicao, arricao, id and distance). Once the dispatcher adds a route to a pilot, it will be created in the phpvms_schedules (so normally, there are all flights stored in but we dont store it there, we just keep it there as long as the flight is not yet flown) my "index" is in this case the bidid so lets for example say, we have 2 pilots, both fly the same route (just different equipment, date or what so ever) there will b…

Hi all, As our new updated site sits now, the webmaster (President) is the only one who receives new pilot join auto-emails. Can that be expanded so that multiple staff personnel get the auto-emails also? Not sure if there is a module for this out there...I havent seen any. I've searched the forums here, but haven't found an answer yet. My issue is, a pilot uses kACARS, does the scheduled route, submits the PIREP, and it then populates the pilots DB table with the last PIREP date. If you reject or delete that PIREP, the pilots table does not get changed for the last PIREP date. What I want is that once a PIREP is submitted for approval/reject, it does not populate the pilots db table with last date until the PIREP is approved. I also use Simpilots PilotManager module. Can anyone point me to a forum thread with a solution or lead me to a place to resolve this? Thanks!

i have created a passenger flight on my va from texas to austrailia and when i submit pirep and my passenger lodad ticket price is 155 by default and took another flight fom katl to kjfk and it still says 155 by default. what my point is is that 155 doesnt cover the flight and the ones that 155 does cover is too much for a ticket price so my question is why doesnt the system configure ticket price acustom to each flight is this possible if so how ?

there is the possibility of placing restrictions also for aerodromes? The system we use actually compares the ranking of the pilot to the ranking of the aircraft when generating the schedule. This allow us to limit pilots with lower rankings to fly only one type of aircraft and a few aircrafts have a higher ranking to be used only on international flights. But we are trying now to edit the system, so it can compare the pilot ranking + aircraft ranking + airport ranking. This will allow us to have much more options when defining the rankings, limiting airports with dangerous operations such as SBRJ only to pilots with higher rankings. Hi I have just setup a free PHPVMS system for myself and my friends. It is running I installed everything including the module of the kCARS free program to work. I can login and start the flight, after I land, taxi to a gate, parking brake on and engine shutdown, I then click stop record, and submit flight. I get a comformation that it has been submitted, but when I look on the website it is not there, and my flight which I just submited is still under my bids. Hello again, With a lot of help from Alaska Flyer, my new phpVMS site is coming together nicely. Now I need to get the google map working. As I understand I need an API key, so I went to Google and got an API key, so the question now don't I have to paste the key in one of the phpvms pages? Again thank for all the help, Kenny.
