I'm using 1&1.com as my host it is a paid hosting site. I have uploaded phpvms to the server. when i go to the install URL this is what i get: Fatal error: Class 'DB' not found in /homepages/9/d541768962/htdocs/phpvms/core/common/SettingsData.class.php on line 28 How do i fix this?

Hello guys, i added the Ranks and Awards files into the modules file, and i have added the ranks and hours and images etc but when i click ranks on the website it still says that the Module "RANK" does not exist. can anyone help?

what will be the php code to hide something if a pilot doesnt have enough hours say you dont want something seen by any member or pilot unless they have a minimum of 30 hours ? I have seen this before somewhere but dont remember

I am running 744. Some of my charters are still not showing up. I have tried deactivating and reactivating, didn't work. And I checked the day of the week also. This is really messing up my operation as many of my charters are tied together. Would some of you other VA's have a look and see if your schedules are doing this?

Well, it is not so very important, but i would like to solve these: 1. i changed the currency from usdollars to euros, modified the local.config and app.config to do this. but only the VA finances appear with euros, the pilot's salary is appeared in usdollars (in profile) 2. ok, a pilot can fly any aircraft as there is not cross-check from the database. but in the pilot's statistics the planned aircraft appears, not the actually flown. any little help on these? thanks!

Please Help... is the a code or a way to separate pilots and staff member ranks. Ex. Pilots ranks would calculate automatically based on hours and Staff ranks would be manually assigned.

Has anyone modified the way Airports are selected. Instead of having to scroll down thru a long list, entry by using the IACO code. Similar to what FlightAware has. For example only entering KLAX or EDDFF. There are over 2500 Airports worldwide that have commercial traffic. It is a real pain having to scroll down thru a list.

Hello, i have problems with awards... I see in pilot_public_profile.tpl the award and everyting right but when i put the mouse cursor over the award, the image doesnt say the description of the award just like it suposse to do in <img src="<?php echo $award->image?>" alt="<?php echo $award->descrip?>" /> in admin panel i have written a despcripcion of the award and everything is right i think does anyone has the same problem? thanks all

Hi guys Seeing that my acars system is now working (http://forum.phpvms.net/topic/7552-xacars-setupinstall/) I have some other issues with it. That is to say: I only really had time to fly with xacars so far, so if some of the below features do work with another acars please enlighten me. 1. Submission of my pilot report works fine. However, if I completed a bidded flight, then that bid doesn't get removed. Is there a way to do this automatically? 2. On an other airline I flew with (austrian airlines, I think its not phpvms), I had to enter a route and flightlevel before my bid would be actived, . This was then populated in acars. Gents, I am after modifying this code to be able to use it via an external php page and run as a cron to auto retire a pilot who has not flown an initial flight within 7 days of joining. I am also looking at when removing them from active to changing their email as i have had complaints about every time the maintenance cron is run all inactive pilots keep getting the retired email. This is what i thought, move their existing email to the admin notes field and leaving their mail as blank, that will stop emails then when they want to rejoin all an adminn has to do is update their email from that notes box and move to active. I don't mind paying someone if required. …

Hy guys, i have added a new column to my airports table called "elevation" and as the name says it contains the airport elevation for all airports. Now i am trying to have the elevation displayed on my flight briefing document for the departure and the arrival airport. For some reason it won`t show up and I`m trying different codes for hours now....I`m not too good in database stuff. It would be great if one of you could show me how to call that elevation field value inside the flight briefing. thank you in advance

Hi Guys, At the moment I have a development site and a live site using two separate databases in case something goes wrong. I had upgraded this winter from PHPVMS 2.9 to 5.5. Today I had been notified about by a pilot with a low rank, that he could see also very new schedules meant for higher ranks. He even did send me a screenshot. I had checked everything and it seemed that all I had created was correct. After a check of the database, I saw at the fleet table, that there is a rank column and a minimum rank column. And the content is different in them. Except for changing stuf in the database I do not know where to change that on the website. Anybody a tip? Thanks ahead, RobB
