hello guys, we are updating our site and i was going through our links and on the contact form it has my personal email address in the area for person to contact, my question is how can i change that to our airline email account. p.s how can i add multiple persons of contact in a drop down menu thanks

Good Day to all, I have this sporadically issue with the cache files for about a year. I checked folder permission and are set to 777. I think the problem is the owner of the files, all cache files are set to 99 99 instead of 504 502. If i delete all file via ftp and i reload, the problem disappears. The problem returns if the cache is cleared by the administrator panel. Okay here is my problem,.. i am using the exam center but it has a problem with my website. The problem is, that my website is a custom one and phpvms is included in an iframe which automatically resizes itself every 400milliseconds. Everything works except the exam script... the script resizes itself to 0 so you cant see any content then anymore. Then i had the idea that it is because of the resize script so i made it "target="_blank"" and it opens in a new window.. this works (i have a new page coming up without my VA design which is no problem) but it contains the navigation which i dont want to load in this time, so is it possible to do the following (i explain it wit…

so i was trying to figure out why fuel prices were so low (like around $1.21) and when i submit the pirep, it comes back as being almost $15,000 in the hole! Found that the PIREP wants fuel to be inputted as KG. I checked the config and it is set to show in lbs but it still doesnt. Kind of annoying having to convert lbs to kg and may be confusing to some pilots in the airline. Is there a way to change it to lbs rather than kg?

Hey I am simply trying to create a list of all flights in a range of numbers. For example all flights with a flight number beginning with 33. I have tried everything and have gone in so many circles now that I am just ULTRA confused. I was basing it on a wildcard search of '33%' I can't figure out how to setup my class, modules, and templates...or even know any more if I need to or if I can just put code directly into the page itself ?? This stuff is very confusing. I would like my finished product to be a scheduled list of all flights with number starting with 33 Any help would be greatly appreciated. I had upgraded this winter from PHPVMS 2.9 to 5.5. Today I had been notified about by a pilot with a low rank, that he could see also very new schedules meant for higher ranks. He even did send me a screenshot. I had checked everything and it seemed that all I had created was correct. After a check of the database, I saw at the fleet table, that there is a rank column and a minimum rank column. And the content is different in them. Except for changing stuf in the database I do not know where to change that on the website. Anybody a tip? Thanks ahead, RobB

Hi, how can I make book flights as well as on FSAirlines? Example: The pilot fly from UMKK to UNOO, but from UNOO so that you can only book a return flight and not all that exist, please help I can pay you! do we need very much, except pilots will not book flights back and all that exist Aeroflot Airlines

Hello, I have ran into this error a while back, however I do not remember how to fix it. When I go to add a new airport to my airport database, I enter the ICAO and click "Look Up" and it says "retrieving airport information", and doesn't do anything afterwards... I have over 4000 airports to add, I am not going to add 4000 airports manually, could someone help me refresh my mind and tell me how to fix this bug ? Thanks.

I don't know if this question has been answered or not, as I could not find a solid answer, but I am running my PHPvms 5.5x on a subdomain, e.g. fly.domain.com, and I want to display a flight map, or just a simple number of pilots, flights, and miles flown, on the non sub-domain (Main Site). Hi y'all!!! I want to show on my Pilots list table a field called Location, but the current one, that means, if a Pilot flew from, for example, KMIA - KFLL, the current location changes to KFLL and the schedule system only will shows the schedules from KFLL. Hello, I followed a lot of the forum's guides on install and error resolution for the Pirep Auto Approve/Reject. I cannot find the log to get the status of what the module is doing. I have it enabled as well as a 400 or -400 fpm approval rating (we would like -399 or greater fpm to reject.) Also, I do not know what the Admin Code is to get the rejections to go forward. phpvms_pireps.zip

Quick question... Not exactly phpVMS related in itself, but.... Someone has copied my site. They have taken the source from each and every page, changed the wording (in some cases, word) and my images are shown, as well as the website being identical apart from having different member names, pireps etc. It actually looks, to me, like they have downloaded the whole directory from /home upwards and uploaded it onto their server. Now, correct me if i'm wrong, but this is an absolute disgrace, i've spent hours, probably hundreds of hours making, designing, editing, coding, you name it, with it, and i refuse to let some thieving scum take advantage of it. ...which leaves m…

I have a issue in my pilot list in the admin section. I can't seem to find where to edit the country flags. I found the template pilot list.tpl in the admin, no img to edit the size. I uploaded a larger country flag, so I can have bigger flag in the profiles. Any idea where to look?

I've got a VPS, not just shared hosting, and I'm having troubles solving my mail issues. I can't get the system to use either SMTP or internal mail functions. I'm using Zoho for the mail hosting, I thought I had everything setup, making sure that SSL was enabled in the config and all the other information was correct but I still can't get it to email. Any thoughts or PHP modules that I might be missing?

Hey i have a quick question after watching that video tutorial...within the template folder what other files do i need to have, i see he has like , login_form, pilots_list, profile_main and so on, is it just whatever you edit you need in your template folder or are there specific files...If so what exact files do we need to put in there cause right now i have everything running from where they are, and my template is just calling them in...couple more questions...
