Hello, Does anyone know how to fill in the missing pilot ID's? For example, our system starts at LEV249, next is LEV250. Then... we have a major gap between LEV250 and LEV276 due to inactive members removal. We are now up past LEV310 and have a few other holes in there. Is there a way to get these holes filled without messing with any of the pilots already in the system? I know you can set them in the admin center but wont that mess up the current members? Thanks!

I'm currently revamping my schedules and creating some more routes/schedules etc. I have run into a problem thats slightly baffled me. Hello. I'm having a problem adding hubs. I'm clicking the "Add a new airport" button, then I type in all the information about that airport and then when i click "Add Airport" it says "Airport has been added" and then it doesn't show up on the list. Please help!

Can't see flight schedules

Guys, We have about 460 schedules but only about 20 can be seen in the Schedules Search page. Every one of those schedules were visible just yesterday and suddenly, pilots started complaining about this. Please help.

Hello, I was wondering how to convert downloaded skins from internet to phpvms skins. They come with a style.css but not with things such as layout.tpl . So do you have to write up the entire layout.tpl from ground up? Or is there a simpler way? Thanks in advance! Gents, I have been aware you can add an airline to phpvms. But beside just adding a new airline code, how do you assign a separate rank structure and awards structure. What does adding an airline mean and what can I do with it, basically is my question. I see no separate identity accept pilot ID? We run a Air Force VA wish to add Navy. Different structure. How do I separate the two. There is no instruction in the document vault.

I did a couple searches for this, and didn't find anything - I apologize in advance if this has already been answered and thank you in advance for pointing me to the solution - I would like to manual rank my VA. I have set the auto ranking to false in my app_config file. However I am still not able to see how to change the ranking of a pilot. For example, I have three rankings established but my pilot profile is fixed on the default new-hire. How I can I switch the ranking of a pilot? Thanks for your time and help. R, Bill

Hey everyone, I just logged in to my admin panel to add a new hub, filled in the icao (eggp) and clicked lookup, but nothing is happening. It just says "Fetching airport data.." - Is the lookup service down (wherever that is)? Our website is hosted by fivedev, so it's not a local server issue either..

I want to sort my airlines aircraft in ascending order when the pilot comes to choose his aircraft for submission of a pirep. I have tried two ways so far. in local config i did this. /* Sort the aircraft by order*/ Config::Set('AIRCRAFT_ORDER_BY', 'name ASC'); That doesn't appear to work. I also went into my mysql db and went into operations changing the alter table order from "id" to "name", but that doesnt seems to work either. Hi, i add in my Admin CP a cron job for ceck the status of pilot, but this is from the last flight, so when the pilot register yesterday and the ceck is tomorrow the pilot result inactive because the last flight result on the 1969, so, can i change the code and ceck for the new pilot the date when it joined and for the pilot that have a flight the last flight date?, if is possible in this mode, wich is the file?, i accept also another mode! Recently we discovered our unused forum was being used by spammers and causing us to exceed our bandwidth limit. The forum had been added when the new site at phpVMS was created, but we decided to use our old forum instead. The new forum sat idle until I approved a few new memberships from new hires in Afghanistan. I decided soon after that the applicants were bogus and deleted them from the roster, rejecting all future applicants too. (I think that Afghanistan doesn't reflect any Al Qeida connection. Well, a email was sent to a pilot under "Pilot retired" due to last flight was 90 days ago, the detail is the last flight of this pilot was four days ago i checked the localconfig and all is going well. Several times the sistem send emails to pilots under "Pilot retired" instead they are active. Any suggestion. Thanks and regards

Go cav VA theres a link to the page. now how do i add a forums deal on there so when they click it, itll automatically take them to my forums. ive tried adding a page but they have to click that page then click the link to get to it. i dont really like that.. anyone have any ideas?

Good eve to all! Short question: would it be possible to reset pilots_list.tpl to default PHP-VMS one? We´ve now RealScheduleLite installed, but unfortunately it´s unable to restrict pilots usage of aircraft (limited by ranks) and double bids.
