Hey guys, I get this in ADMIN panel.. and I can't resolve it. Equally, with codeshare module (Strider) I don't get the file in the sidebar, and it's a pain to do codeshares.. Any assistance greatly received! Running simpilot 5.5.2 as phpVMS and PHP 5.5 (I think..) Thanks guys!

Hi guys, I was trying to add Fltbook V2 to my Phpvms 5.5.2.72 and import fltbook.sql file to database. However, I realized that after I install it, I cannot add aircraft via admin panel anymore. To be more specific, it is caused by /core/comman/PIREPData.class.php. Looks like this mod changed this file and add one line: FltbookData::updateAircraftLocation($pirep_details->aircraftid, $pirep_details->arricao); If I removed it, everything is OK then. Can anyone please help me out? Thanks a lot.

When the CRON job runs the following error happens: A non well formed numeric value encountered in ..........VMS/core/common/StatsData.class.php on line 171 It continues running and does the following" Reset PIREP Counts Updating Total Hours Count (question is always shows "found 1 flight hours for number" regardless of number of hours a pilot has - is this correct?) Now counting from PIREPS - Found 125774:08:00 total hours, updated Any fixes for the error?

Hello, I know I have found it in here before but I've spent about an hour searching various things to see if I could find the thread again with no luck. How do I set my settings to accept multiple flights with the same number? Basically when I upload the .csv for schedules and have 2-4 flights with the same number, how do I ensure they all get added instead of the second one overwriting the first and leaving only one in the system. For example: Flight #45 flies BOS-JFK and then returns JFK-BOS as #45 as well. After uploading the .csv file and by searching #45, I can only get JFK-BOS as that has updated over the BOS-JFK route. Hey everyone So, since it seems that crazy creatives is not answering, I thought maybe someone here will have an idea. I got the flight tracker thingy from crazy creatives and installed it, however the map insn't showing up and a "snail trail" on a live map also isn't showing up. I was wondering do I need to convert google maps to OSM or did I just not install something correctly? Thank you.

Hi, I am trying to setup XACARS for my virtual airline https://www.scootvirtual.net We use smartCARS for flight logging, but I need to setup XACARS as I have a mac/X-plane user who cant use the smartCARS program as it's not compatible. There may have been a coonectivity problem when I uploaded the new files. I ran the updater and didn't not see anything surprising, until I looked at the site. Hey everyone, On our domain (afva.servegame.org) we have two different VMSs, one is our main one (afva.servegame.org/index.php and the other our new pacific counterpart (afva.servegame.org/pacific/index.php . If one pilot is logged in on one site and goes on the other they are logged in on that site they just went on as a different person! More simple way: Logged in: afva.servegame.org as AF0001 as 'Example Guy' Goes on : afva.servegame.org/pacific as PF0001 (auto login because already logged on the other site) as 'Example Girl Smith' This will cause massive problems on our vms, can anyone help us??? Hi, I have tried to upload a schedule from a CSV file using the "Import Schedules" button (see attached file) and have created 1 B737-800 using phpvms and the spelling is all the same as in the CSV file and when I import it it comes up with the message " the aircraft B737-800. does not exist" Please help as my VA is now live. Hello, if anyone would be able to help me create separate Pilot Lists for each airline it would be much appreciated! I am not very experienced with PHP but thanks to the help of Parkho in a previous thread I setup a pilot list that lists all pilots by hours here: http://www.msflights.net/pilots/phpvms/index.php/pilotlist We have two airlines, one Commercial and one for General Aviation aircraft, I would like to create separate lists that show pilots by hours for each airline on separate pages. Hi all, Sorry if it is here already, i did search for it, but found nothing. I had PHPVMS installed before and loved it. However my hosting crashed and I lost everything. So after a while i tried reinstalling it. After upoading and filling in the two pages (one for MySQL and a second for login and airline name) it then brings me to a final page, the url is something like http://blabla.com/intall/install.php?complete (Or something like that) the page displayed no info though, i remember in the past that it showed something. Hi, Does anyone know (either in the admin panel or by modifying code) how to "Copy and Paste" aircraft in your fleet. I am creating a simple VA operating 4 different types of aircraft: -Boeing 747-400 -Boeing 737-800 -Bombardier CRJ-700 -Beechcraft King Air. What I aim to do is run a fleet of about 10 of each. Would this be possible without the very boring task of creating 40 aircraft in the admin panel. I have already created one of each of the above but any assistance you could give would be most appreciated!

For some reason, when I look at the flight schedules, it doesn't show all of the ones it should. For instance, if I select a departure airport on mine, only one flight comes up. But in the Admin menu and in the database there are several for that airport. They are enabled and everything looks fine for the database, but for some reason, they are not listing properly?!? Also, I just noticed when I search by "arrival airport", it brings up flights that don't match the airport requested. Bruce

Hey, I'm new to this forum so please excuse me if this is in the wrong place. I am getting my VA I started earlier this month ready for people to sign up. I'm trying to use CCFTracker. I've installed the Module to my core/modules as per the installation. I then installed the pilot client and I entered all the appropriate details. I've seen previous threads about this issue and I can confirm that: There are no silly errors with like spelling or putting the module in the wrong folder directory. I am running CCFTracker in administrator. I have checked and double checked my pilot ID and password against what I've got on the airline's website. …

Hey Guys, I'm working on a new site, and one annoyance I'm having is that the session doesn't stay alive i.e. i don't stay logged on. On my main site all works fine and I never have to log in, but here I think after half an hour or so it kicks me out again. Specially annoying if I do some admin-work and when I submit it doesn't actually submit Anyone can shed some light on this?

I have several pilots coming over from a VA that is closing down. I am wanting their ranks to count towards their transferred hours. It is now working. Any ideas? Hi, i know there is a few topics about departure boards and such. But well there mostly about where to find one to use or to get one they have paid for working. This does not relate directly to phpvms so if the moderator wants to decline or remove that's cool. Anyway here is problem. I have made a little dep and arr board it works great but the problem is i can only make it read flights that have only 1 day set. So the script look at todays date witch would be 6 then compares that to the database and then shows any flight that has the same day. Then sorts ect.
