Dear members, I just joined phpVMS with an airline called Aveiro Express. Its a VFR based VA, so that requires a better position Log by the Acars. We use kAcars but it has the handicap of not having a position, flaps or lights log (mainly position) wich limits the actions and realism of the VA. I also tried FSAcars but i keep having troubles with the connection to the Operations Website. With that been said, I request, if possible, some one with the programming skills to help me go foward with my VA thet grew in the last days and I felt the need to improve my services. I wont take too much time, just need the position log and maybe some image config for the kAcars or s…

I have 2 problems, when a pilot goes offline it stays on the map until the next day... And when a pilot finish it flight and send it, the plane move to a location under Ghana. How to fix it?

One of my pilots is stating that when they click Start Flight, it says Aircraft Is Not On Ground. He has the parking brakes on and FSUIPC is installed. Is there any way to fix this? He needs it fixed by tomorrow for our event we are having.

Hi Everyone Any ideas how to solve the attached problem, i have entered my VA's details and my Pilot Id and Password, but when i go to begin recording a flight i get the error messaage as shown in the image attached below. Dear All ! I having a trouble which my Kacars is working fine (able to login, detect flight information and etc...), But my phpvms did not preview the flight status and the live map unable to saw any flight .... Anyone can answer the kind of problem to help me resolve this problem? Many thanks!!

Hi, I am running the latest version of kACARS but I am having a problem, it can't seem to find some of my routes. I can log in to my website The route is added to bid I can connect to FS But on a alot of the routes when you tell kACARS to "get bid info" it says "No Flight Found" any ideas? Thanks Scott

Hello guys,is there a video of how i can setup kACARS with PHPVMS and my website or whatever? cause like i want to complete the pilots roster page, add and complete the HUBS page, etc. stuff of that sort. and possibly some assitance on the search flight modules and stuff? you'll have to excuse me i am 100% new at this, and this website http://skybahamasva.co.cc/index.php/ is what ive manged to do on my own. If you forget to start kACARS when the aircraft starts to move, it gives you the popup letting you know this. It then continues to pop this up over and over and over. Can you set a flag that once it's warned the user it doesn't keep popping up? The only way to close kACARS at this point is to force close it, since it continuously gets stuck in this aircraft movement loop. This is on the paid version of kACARS, don't recall this in free. Thanks.

when I hit the login button in Kacars, I get a message referring to the path to the send file is denied. Using WinExpl, I checked the path and found that the send.xml file is missing from the fs-products directory. I have tried reinstalling from scratch, reinstalling version xxxxx.06, but still get the same message. I am a member of Trans-Québec virtuel and used the frnch2 language in xxxx.08. Gents , I been using Kacars for some time and have been working great untill last two days last on the 20th OCT, shut computer down and took on no updates at all by the history log. Next morning open it up I can get into the ID menu entry with User and Password Okay then when I get into the main page, no warning bell sounds and the cursor can not click on any thing on that screen. I have to click the top right "X" and close the program then little menu pops up and says akcars-Customizable Not working. I have checked Drivers no updates were take they are up to date, and unit worked before and no changes were done then to not working. …

I have a pilot that is getting this error message : kACARS unhandled exception has occured in your application.If you continue the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue, if you click quit, the application will close immediately .. He clicks continue and nothing happens... My problem is that i get this error when i launch kACARS of a desktop shortcut. I deleted the kACARS folder in core/modules and re installed the module from the kacars website. Then I got Notify System Admin of the switch error Data not recived Switch = verify Please help. Chris

Hi everyone! I'm having problems logging into my PHPVMS through kACARS, it just simply won't login. Here's what I tried: 1. Replacing modules. Some came up with compatibility issue. 2. Setting the permissions of the PHPVMS site. 3. Tried various existing pilot IDs: instead of TST0002 wrote 2 and then 0002 and none worked. 4. Tried editing the schedule's flight number. I've been searching for 2 days and none helped The website is http://178.137.246.251/ I will provide the login details through PM. BTW I'm using PHPVMS v2 since it works best.

hello im some what new to the forums and haven't been able to find anything on this topic. so i have installed the latest version of kacars as well as installed the module and have entered my pilot id and password i get a connection error i have noticed that this was in the forums a while back (http://forum.phpvms.net/topic/7359-kacars-setup-with-phpvms-erorr-000webhost-solved/)and it looks like im having the same problem as he did it says solved but no explanation to how he solved it any ideas on how this could be solved.
