Hi Guys, Another quick one, how do I display the latest flights flown on the homepage ?I've tried creating this map a number of times but always results in errors, the type of map I have in mind is the one currently used by Qantas Virtual (pic attached) http://qantasvirtual.com/, As always any help appreciated and thanks in advance

I know, I know. I should use the search function and try and find my answer. I have been sitting here for an hour trying to find it, and I just can't seem to figure out what words I need to put together to make this thing work... Here is what I am trying to do. Currently, I have a "Latest Pilots" list on my homepage that is limited to show the 5 most recent pilots by their ID. Well, we change our pilot's IDs when they join to fit into the hub, and I would rather the "Latest Pilots" list to be sorted by date instead of by ID. The latest revision has apparently undone the change you made earlier where adding schedules were done in a page instead of in a pop up window.The pop up window is still larger than the available screen area rendering it unusable.

Where can I find the newest version 5 to download ?? Unfortunately, in the downloads only version 5.x ?? We have the problem, none of the skins available on the internet are running with the phpvms versions we found. We would be very happy about an answer.

Our leaderboards have stopped updating, and I can't work out why. Around the time, I added SmartCARS files in a new folder of that name in the Core (as per SmartCARS instruction) to run some tests, and reverted the changes (via Github) when I discovered the problem. TopPilot database table is not updating but the Pireps are filing ok, and all other stats are incrementing. Both PHPVMS and our database servers have been rebooted, and I've run checks on all tables, no errors. Anyone else had this issue and solved? Any ideas?

Hi. I grabbed Nabeel files for moving to leaflet and all is well except 1 thing--whenever you click on an aircraft that's on live map you get the bubble popup that shows flight info, nav markers for route, etc. However, when you click X the only thing that disappears is navbubble. Hi guy I have recently added the Leave of absence module now in this module in the pilot center it wont let you enter a start date so after a bit of tinkering i manged to get it to let me choose a start date for my leave of absence as a drop down box now the thing is in the admin center it still shows today date as the start of my leave of absence even tho in the pilot center i choose a different date now how do i get it to display the start date correctly in the admin center il post some screen shots too

Good day, I have for some reason not a phpvms_ledger table. I do not understand why, maybe because I doesnt have the latest update. I did not do the update due to the many modifations. The site function fine, but the finances does not update when selling/repairing aircraft, not showing the expenses, sales income. Any help, or a SQL query that can add the table? Best Regards, Jakes

HiI have installed and now jusing this as a CMS on our site http://www.virtualwideroe.org.But some of the pages and modules are not supporting letters as Æ-Ø-Å and some one do.Can you fix small issue in the future update?

We my mambers go to make a flight to LGIO airport then they can't file their flight because the LGIO airport (Ioannina of Greece) isn't in the list. But when i go to add the airport it tells me Nothing found. Try entering the full 4 letter ICAO! How can i solve this problem? Thank you very much!

Hi Nabeel, question for you. Is there a way to limit admin powers? Give permission to others like a hub manager to approve or reject pilot reports? but not allow them to muck around with settings, etc. And THANK YOU again for phpVMS.

Is it possible to limit searches to a pilot's airline in phpvms 5.5? When searching for a route, the default schedule search when searching under destination and arrival airports shows a HTML select with options for each all airports. As we have 23000+ airports, this causes a huge unnecessary burden on our system. We'd like to limit the search to airports served by our routes only, so could someone help me with the code for this? I've looked through the API, but I don't have a test install environment right now, so can't afford to screw it up!

We have PIREPS set for auto approve/Reject. Staff members can approve manual pireps. The problem is when a staff member's PIREP is 'rejected' how can we stop them from manually accepting it. Case example: Auto Accept rules 'approve filed w/ACARS' 'Reject w -1500fpm landing rate. We had a staff member w/smartCARS have a =2546 landing rate. The system rejected his Pirep. He then wen to admin and accepted his rejected filing. How can this be stopped?
