Hello, I have ran into this error a while back, however I do not remember how to fix it. When I go to add a new airport to my airport database, I enter the ICAO and click "Look Up" and it says "retrieving airport information", and doesn't do anything afterwards... I have over 4000 airports to add, I am not going to add 4000 airports manually, could someone help me refresh my mind and tell me how to fix this bug ? Thanks.

Hi Guys, I have an invoice due to be paid and over the past few days i have been trying to login to pay the invoice however i am just getting a blank white page when i attempt to go to the portal. Is it down? Is anyone having any other issues? Also noticed some files in my FTP have been modified as of March 1st which was not done me or anyone in my Team. It has made all Pilots unable to submit PIREPS which as we know in the VA world causes quite a stir! Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Everyone, I have currently set up phpvms on a subdomain which seems to work, problem is no live acars and pireps don't file. Connection is made with kacars and looks fine with that being able to login. Connect to fs and notify when a pirep is submitted. Just nothing showing in database either for pirepdata. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance. Gary

Hi there, I am working on building my VA's website, and currently I have a problem which is how can I remove the reCAPTCHA from the registration page and use some other captcha image instead? Good evening. I had a lot of unused BIDS for a few years. Good evening guys! When I click on Book Flight, it says Flight Booked. Also the bids data gets added to sql database. But when I click on 'My BIds' I cannot see any bid over there. I have added an airport during the initial setup of the va. I want to edit the airport from KJFK to CZBF using the Airports Add/editor facility i input the new ICAO for CZBF ( Bathurst) and press the lookup button and the editor begins the data search. Nothing takes place. even if I manually edit the data and save the airport, no change takes place. Aparently a delete airport option was not programmed for some reason. how can I either edit or delete this airport - rither remedy works for me. thnx

Before we built a few scheduled routes, I could file a PIREP just by filling in a PIREP form accessible from Pilot Operations section. All i had to do was input departure and arrival airports along with other data required. Now that we have built a few scheduled routes, it seems like that cannot be done anymore because the dep and arr airport fields will only allow selection of icao codes from our scheduled routes. surely, there must be a way to file a manual report of a flight between two airports. In addition to that, how do I stop the default kennedy airport from showing up on the list of airports? We have not included it into any of our schedules. This…

Hi When we set up our PHPVMS site we were feeling lazy, and so imported a list of all the airports in the world. Big mistake. Our list of airports, when searching for flights is incredibly slow (it takes 5 minutes to fully load). To start combating this, we started querying and deleting airports that weren't gonna be used (ones from Syria n stuff) Aside from finding more batches to delete, is there any way to optimize this? https://gyazo.com/1d991bdba7d4d564798552c38811e029 (Sort of an example, but it takes so long to show the names I cant fit it into a gif) Michael

When I go to my admin dashboard I see this message: You have 13 PIREPS waiting for export to vaCentral. Click here to send them When I click to send them, I only get an error message. My partner tried on his computer, same issue. Any ideas?

Hello All, I do not know if you have ever came up with issue but I have issues with phpVMS (2 & 5) on my home-brew installation. Everything has been installed and working great in the user page. When it comes to the admin part, the Dashboard (admin/index.php) works but the rest of the pages redirect to the user part. Have you evert came uo with this issue before? I have tries php 5.3 and php 5.6 but has the same issues. Thanks!

Anyone know why I'm still getting these messages? I have 100+ pireps ready to submit that will not. I keep getting this message for each of them: FAILED exporting PIREP #18364 No response from API server This has been going on for a couple of weeks now.

Hello everybody, I have a small problem with the admin site. Every time I try to go to the [MY SITE URL]/admin site I get an error message. Error message: "Whoops, looks like something went wrong." Hi, Id like to have the newest pilots list section show the flag of the pilots country. I assume that Im supposed to edit a file in the core/templates, but Im not quite sure. Id also like to add a youtube video in the font page, but am not sure where to begin. Im very young, and not very experienced with this kind of stuff so any help would be appreciated, thanks! Hello, I would like to install phpvms on a Debian 9 server with PHP7 and I am a little lost with the versions of PHPVMS Which version would you recommend installing? PHPVMS 2 or PHPVMS 4? If I install PHPVMS 2, will it be possible to migrate without loss of data to version 4? Thank you.

Logged on to my site as admin and go to the news > Add news link Receive this message and I cannot enter text in the editor. The link seems to be http://www.fsnb.ca/Airline/admin/index.php/sitecms/addnews but I do not have a sitecms directory and the only thing under addnews is an image file which is in the lib. Any help appreciated Can’t reach this page Make sure the web address //ieframe.dll/dnserrordiagoff.htm# is correct Search for this site on Bing Refresh the page must have been a cache problem on my PC . Hello, I am wondering how you can add another email to pilot manager. I have added the template of the email I want to add into the proper templates folder. I have also added the correct code for the pilot manager .php. That way it will get the template from the templates folder. The only thing I cant figure out is how to let it show up in the dropdown box on the admin page. I cannot find where it is. Any help with that will be awesome!! Thank you in advanced, Trey

Good day! I have a problem with the acars data. They're not being removed from the database. I edited the file local.config.php on intranet/core to modify this line: Config::Set('ACARS_LIVE_TIME', 15); But it still does nothing. Does anybody know how to get rid of that annoying bug ? Thanks
