Hi, I have set up PHPVMS and everything if fine... EXCEPT when I go to the routes and click "Add Bid". I get this "No Route Passed" error. I looked on the forums and there were solutions but they made no sence. (Take into account my brain is made of jelly!) Hi all, my name is Antonio Sessa and i'm webmaster of new Virtual Airline : vvair.it This VA is the official va of www.volovirtuale.com , the first italian flightsimulation portal. We've choice to install phpVMS for our site. I've first problem after installation : if i change anything in General Setting Page (format date, google key etc) and click on SAVE SETTINGS i receive "Settings were saved" message but the setting was lost! I've set right permission on folder core and lib Anyone can help me ?

Here I go, again... Some questions concerning the PIREP system: - How does the system recognize the date the flight was done (without using FsAcars)? Ex: If I have made a flight yesterday but I file the PIREP only tomorrow, which date it will take into consideration? Depending the answer, would it be possible to include that in phpVMS in the next release?? - Same question about the departure and arrival time. We have to indicate the flight time but not the departure and arrival time? Would it be possible to include an option (that we can switch ON or OFF for each route as desired) on the next release with a possible penalty (money wise) if the flight is late by a cer…

I am trying to add a button to my jqgrid schedule that will add and remove a bid from that schedule. I'm not exactly sure how to do it yet. The way it's setup is that I have my jqgrid in schedule_results.tpl. There are two javascript functions. One that does an ajax to add a bid and one that does an ajax to remove a bid. I also have some code in Schedules.php that feeds the information to the grid. Currently, all that I can do is press add in the grid and it will add a bid. The inactive pilot system within phpVMS is atrocious. Honestly. I'm sorry to say it but it really is. I have a pilot who can no longer login. He filed 2 PIREPs recently yet the system says he's inactive. I reset him to active and it went back to inactive. My local.config.php states that inactive pilots should be able to login, yet this doesn't work. I'm getting really annoyed about this and something needs done. I have a bunch of pilots who can't fly because they can't login. This needs fixed - and fast.

hello am roy one of the owners of tfl-virtual ( http://www.tflvirtual.com ) i got an problem with the flight map after landing say that taxing tho gate thats if fine but if i close Smartacars It was still about 12 hours and it's really annoying So on the front page shows the whole day there ith twhis on it : Roy genderen taxing the gate and it's really really really annoying! if anyone knows how to solve this problem, I am very grateful

Hello everyone, I create two websites, using phpvms. First one is everything is okey. but i create second websites, didn't work anything. F.e.: I add schedules in admin panel. I add to bid. I don't see in view my bid section. And the other problem is ACARS, I using Kacars, Xacars, i send log, Always says: Data Base errors. I trying 3 times re-install, everything delete after install, but didn't work. I change hosting company but didn't work. Sorry for my bad english. Thank you for answering. Have a nice days Regards.

WOuld like to know is there a way to set phpvms, to hide pilots who have been set to retired? I don't like having a roster full of pilots marked retired, looks bad for the VA. But when they file a pirep or get marked as active they are shown again.

Hi all, I have been using phpvms for about 2 months now and I think I have finally figured out most of it I.E when i need to change something which .TPL file I need to edit. But what I can't seem to get my head around is the schedules, I have bought the simpilot Tour System add on which I have got to work after a fashion. This is only because of my schedules, I have had to add a load of schedules which I had not intended on adding just to get the Tour System to work. So my question is has anyone else got the tour system and if so how did you set up the schedules in order to make it work correctly, also my schedules seem to be quite eratic due to the fact that I do not…

Hi Nabeel im after a bit of help, im stuck with a problem getting my page to load centre of the screen, If I use Firefox or Chrome the page loads centre, however if I use ie8 the page loads left aligned. I have tried messing with the css and no matter what I try I cant seem to change the alignment . This little thing is driving me mad if any one could help me, Thanks…. Recently released my OFPs to pilots and was aware of the issues with the NavData regarding their accuracy. My plan (or only option) is to manually update all the relevant data, i.e all the data that applies to my routes and surrounding waypoints/navaids. My question is which AIRAC was it built upon?

Hi!, i'm working on the VA system for my VA, and when i add aircrafts it gives me the error "There was an error adding the aircraft" (same thing editing the aircraft) but this is my form https://prnt.sc/t7brbt (it appears in blue because the other times was the same problem, so it's easier to me, i added it from de database directly but i can't still fly with the aircrafts, when i book my pirep i can't select the plate of the aircraft, i tried to add the aircrafts on a .csv, but it doesn't work (https://prnt.sc/t7bsck),it returns this text, " The import process is complete, added 0 aircraft, updated 0, for a total of 0! Just a quick question, I did a small VFR flight to test the fsfk images etc and all worked great.. Except, it did not upload a landingprofile or verticalprofile map Could that be because a) the flight was only at 2500 ft and only 8 minutes in length? Just curious ...

I filed a manual pirep to test the financials and I noticed a big problem which will get me fined by the FAA. ;D The aircraft I used was a Dash 8 with a max passenger load of 65. After I reset the PIREP data it showed I had a load count of 193 passengers. I've already written up my pilot for over loading his plane. Any idea why it over doubled the max amount?

Hello all, I've been consistently having problems sending emails with phpVMS, whether the old v4 release or the one by simPilot v5 release. When testing registration, the confirmation email just won't send, and I'm 100% sure any other emails won't send either. I remember when our email was based on the local mail server of our then free (we upgrade on x10hosting) hosting service, emails would send fine, all the time, guaranteed. I believe it was also routed through GMail's or Outlook's servers for some time too. Everything worked back then. We've moved to Zoho, and ever since then, each new phpVMS "project of sorts" we had, emails will just not budge. In local.config…
