I filed a manual pirep to test the financials and I noticed a big problem which will get me fined by the FAA. ;D The aircraft I used was a Dash 8 with a max passenger load of 65. After I reset the PIREP data it showed I had a load count of 193 passengers. I've already written up my pilot for over loading his plane. Any idea why it over doubled the max amount?

I am looking to establish another airline from a subdomain with a different design, but using the same backend, without setting up a second installation of phpVMS. Is this possible? If yes, how can I achieve this?

Upon reading the "README" in the download file it says upload to your server and then install from the install/install.php. Is this a folder or where do I find this? I have a lib core and admin and don't know where to find install?

Hello everyone, I create two websites, using phpvms. First one is everything is okey. but i create second websites, didn't work anything. F.e.: I add schedules in admin panel. I add to bid. I don't see in view my bid section. And the other problem is ACARS, I using Kacars, Xacars, i send log, Always says: Data Base errors. I trying 3 times re-install, everything delete after install, but didn't work. I change hosting company but didn't work. Sorry for my bad english. Thank you for answering. Have a nice days Regards.

Hello; I have tried all the ReCatcha changes and updates as stated before. Nothing works, nor do I understand it. Has anyone made any files that are updated and all you have to do is enter the keys? If not, how do you clearly take reCatcha out. Thanks

Hello, Is there a way to change the maps from Google to Bing Maps? I've been searching in the 'acarsmap.tpl'. I've created a HR group and I have someone I trust enough to manage and delete pilots but I don't want him to manage any other parts of my site. I've given that group ACCESS_ADMIN and EDIT_PILOTS but I've noticed that they can not do everything I'd like them to. They can not "change Pilot Groups", "Reset Passwords", or "Delete Pilots". My question to you PHP gurus is do you know of any way to adjust the code for this group so I can add those rights to it? The delete feature is really what I want but if all three can be done that would be great! Thanks, Keith

okay so i got 25k airports imported and i tried to import schedules from flightware but i don't know where i can get my userid and my api key even tought i signedup for 500 free queries if is there any other way to get schedules maybe anyone has a schedules file for sharing? and if anyone knows a site that sells schedules for phpvms 5.5.x for less than 5 dollars? spended enough money on smart cars and all that crap allredy but i forgot the most important the routes... i'm creating a british Airways and Widerøe Flight company on my website any routes from there witch you can offer as payware or freeware would be really greatfaul

How do I go about deleting aircraft from my fleet? It seems that I can only edit, but they still show up in the aircraft selection menu on the schedule search, even if I disable them. I would rather delete them period. Thank you,

The inactive pilot system within phpVMS is atrocious. Honestly. I'm sorry to say it but it really is. I have a pilot who can no longer login. He filed 2 PIREPs recently yet the system says he's inactive. I reset him to active and it went back to inactive. My local.config.php states that inactive pilots should be able to login, yet this doesn't work. I'm getting really annoyed about this and something needs done. I have a bunch of pilots who can't fly because they can't login. This needs fixed - and fast.

Hi all, I have been using phpvms for about 2 months now and I think I have finally figured out most of it I.E when i need to change something which .TPL file I need to edit. But what I can't seem to get my head around is the schedules, I have bought the simpilot Tour System add on which I have got to work after a fashion. This is only because of my schedules, I have had to add a load of schedules which I had not intended on adding just to get the Tour System to work. So my question is has anyone else got the tour system and if so how did you set up the schedules in order to make it work correctly, also my schedules seem to be quite eratic due to the fact that I do not…

Hello all, I've been consistently having problems sending emails with phpVMS, whether the old v4 release or the one by simPilot v5 release. When testing registration, the confirmation email just won't send, and I'm 100% sure any other emails won't send either. I remember when our email was based on the local mail server of our then free (we upgrade on x10hosting) hosting service, emails would send fine, all the time, guaranteed. I believe it was also routed through GMail's or Outlook's servers for some time too. Everything worked back then. We've moved to Zoho, and ever since then, each new phpVMS "project of sorts" we had, emails will just not budge. In local.config…

WOuld like to know is there a way to set phpvms, to hide pilots who have been set to retired? I don't like having a roster full of pilots marked retired, looks bad for the VA. But when they file a pirep or get marked as active they are shown again.

I have just moved our VA over to a new web server and everything is working fine except that when a PIREP is submitted either manually or via acars it fails to put this in the database thus losing all the information. I have checked that there is sufficient permissions to write to the database and there is - bids work fine, new pilots can join, etc. Just PIREPs wont submit. Any help greatly appreciated.
