How would I go about setting up the below cron job, or can anyone direct myself to any tutorials on how. Our VA runs phpVMS Version simpilot 5.5.2 Cron If you have the ability, it's best to setup a cron-job to run the maintenance script. The command to add is: php -f /home/canadaai/public_html/admin/maintenance.php It's recommended to run this sometime between 2-6am (pick an artibrary time when you would least-likely have any flights). Also, remember to change in local.config.php, USE_CRON to true, so phpVMS doesn't try to automatically schedule these tasks to run. Note: If you setup the cron to run, it's recommended to also run it by hand …

Good Evening, I recently followed the ReCaptcha v2 Upgrade and am running into an issue where the registration form page just refreshes (with fields still populated after the refresh) and will not submit. No errors, nothing weird... I saw that someone else was having the same problem in the thread and another user was able to solve the issue, but no solution was posted. Does anybody have any experience with this or an idea of what to try? Thank you!

Hello, I'm making my own Crewcenter for some VAs but I can't remove the Recaptcha as it says that it is outdated. When I remove it from the 'registration.php' in modules it gives me an error. Can someone help me? Thanks

Hi. I use phpvms 5. We started doing cargo flights recently. For our cargo aircraft, the 747-8F, we added the max cargo weight as 300000(as is says in lbs) but when we edit the pireps to change the load, we don’t know if we should be entering it in kg or lbs. Please help us with this. Thanks. Umar

Hi, I'm currenty having an issue when filing a pirep with smartCARS, when sending the report, I'm getting the following messaage "PIREP FILING ERROR, the virtual airline's web server didn't confirm the PIREP filing properly with smartCARS. This doesn't mean always mean that the PIREP wasn't filed. Please verify that PIREP was filed on the airline's website. I've done all the checks according to TFDI and smartCARS seems to be correctly installed, so the issue should be something else on my config. Hi, When I accept/reject a pirep it takes literally ages to accept. I watch the database it changes straight away but the website is just so slow. This all started after we had to restore the database back a day after one of my staff accidentally deleted it while working on it (Don't ask). I've tried so many things to fix it Database defrag etc... The Server is really powerful 4 Xeon E5 v4 Cores and 8GB RAM. Running on Windows Server 2019 IIS and MySQL from XAMPP. Not sure where to go next, Have surfed this forum for hours and i cant see anyone thats had a similar issue.

Dear Members, We have recently introduced some Airlines which is having huge number of schedules/routes, now the problem is when pilots trying to search any schedule page is taking so much time to load in some cases page timeout error comes in how can we optimise the schedules result page what can be best solution. I have givin up on version 5,5 don't have the knowledge in coding. So I put an older version back in have two older versions still working, Anyway it installed all went well ran the db check all is good. when i click on the live map I get this Fatal error message. has nothing to do with the skin..tried it on the default Crystal skin. Im not sure im in the right place for this question so forgive me. Hello. So I recently uploaded a CSV of aircraft to my VA's website. They all "import" but then when I go to view them in the admin panel there are none and I get the "No aircraft have been added" error. I've tried to import directly in PHPMyAdmin and get a similar error in PHPMyAdmin. Any ideas how to fix this?

So, i just broke my whole install. I installed a duplicate copy in a "Crew" subdir so I can use the main dir as my home page website. Was going well with this HTML template but somehow, i broke the phpvms install. I probably didn't break it, but now i'm getting all kinds of errors where I wasn't before. I have an issue that it doesnt log me in. https://prnt.sc/rgtuqv I never had this issue when I installed it the first time and I had to re-intall and it gave me this issues. Does anyone have this error, I understand that it is in HTTP but It still doesnt allow it in HTTPs and SSL is fully enabled. It is very strange. Thanks.

Hello Folks, Issue: I can't add schedules by admin's page. Says "The Schedule "VEX1002" has been added", but doesn't appear on the active schedules. Info 01: The schedule already inserted on the pic, I added from phpmyadmin; Info 02: I'm running on localhost; Info 03: I tried importing by csv. @web541 I recently downloaded RandomFlights from your github which was updated for phpvms 5.5.x. I've tried using this but every time I search for something, regardless of the selections entered, it returns No Routes Found! Any ideas on why it's doing this? Thanks in advance for a response. -Zac

Hello, Im trying to add "File a Manual PIREP" to the sidebar of stilsa skin and ive added this to the app_top.php.... a class="nav-link" href="<?php echo url('/pireps/filepirep'); ?>"> <i class="fas fa-map-marked-alt"></i> <span>File A Manual PIREP</span> </a> But the text is in a weird purple color and its not aligned with the other text on the sidebar, anyone know what to do?

Hello. I'm setting up FS Passengers for my VA. I have a few questions, please. 1. When I'm running a FS Passengers flight do I also have to run kACARS? 2. Hello! Been out of the php_VMS game for a long time. Recently got back into it. The Live Map on our home page (www.flyhighva.net) is just showing a the white screen, and the Live Flights page itself doesn't load anything (http://flyhighva.net/index.php/ACARS) (did not work on crystal skin, either). Will not load after refresh. I've went through this forum 3 or 4 times over, and went through the thread below, and followed all suggestions. Even checked the console (https://prnt.sc/utrt7v) Running phpVMS version 5.5x (simpilot). Hi all, I wish I had seen the comments about Crazy Creatives not being active anymore before I purchased his Airline Route map. I have tried to contact him but I am not getting a reply. I am appealing to you all for some help. My map is blank and I do not know how to fix it. Can anyone advise what I need to do.
