I've looked here before and I always thought of phpVMS as a CMS, but I am beginning to realize that I needed something that has the ability to scale with the airline as it expands. I also hope to help out around her a bit more, since I am paid to work with MVC on PHP on a daily basis Simulated Continental is moving to phpVMS soon so this should be fun.

Someone wanna make icons to represent VOR/NDB's? I like simroutes, but don't wanna rip them (not sure if I'm allowed to... I will look into it), but if someone wants to take a swing at it, go for it. I guess I've given away what's coming 8)

Hi, i just thought of a good idea maybe to bring in to phpvms at some time.. there are a few pilots out there who fly with fspassanger and they can end up with emergency and stuff like that.. i think that if this happens there should be somethink in the sytem that allows you to land at a closer airport as long as you declare a mayday . and still be able to file the flight as it will say in the pireps that you declared a mayday?? and thought on this i think it would be great and it saves pilots having to land and start the flight again ??

what about automatic route scheduling. Something like all you have to do is enter all of the airports you serve and then the program does the rest. I'm not sure how difficult it would be to progrma something like this. Just an idea though!

hello gents i am having a wierd error on my site if a pilot wants to register i first let him pas the rules page i made http://www.tnt-virtual.be/index.php/TNTContent/rules then ad the end is a button that will go to the registrationpage. but this button won't work in IE8,yet it is working in all other common brouwsers(firefox,opera,chrome). can any shoot a fix at me

I just bought this app called Textastic for my iPad and heck! I gotta say it's freaking awesome app to code on the iPad on the go! Now I don't have to sit at my computer and code! I can code on my iPad anywhere now! It's well for the price! Only $9.99! Hello guys! I am now trying to paint the ifly for fsx but i just noticed that i will have to make the alpha channels on my own. Unfortunately, as a new repaints, i do not know to to make them... Does anyone have any ready aplha channels for the ifly 737 and 738? Today, i finished my first repaint for the ifly 737-800WL for FS2004 and i think that it is pretty good . Thanks in advance...

Hello community, I been thinking of build an IFS or in flight entertainment system for pilots, which can be used to view videos listen to music and chat. I wanted to see what would be the demand for it if any. So am starting this topic to see how many of you would actually use something like that or how many would like to have it. Who always gets ticked off when you have a bunch of inactive members or people with age less than 13 years old joining the VA and faking birthdays in their application? Or an inactive pilot wants to rejoin but won't still fly? This is my question to the inactive pilots, why did you join the VA and all the suddenly you don't want to fly? Waste of my time sending them the auto termination warning emails and terminating them. Kids joining the VA, oh boy... That's a hellish thing to deal with. At SCX VA, we usually get few applications with age under 13, and we have to reject/delete their application and ban their IP address in our ACP. Right now, we have about 10 banned IP…

Hi Guys, I have built a flightplan parser that does all sorts of things including reading airways and breaking them up into their constituent waypoints. To do this it directly references the X-Plane waypoint databases. Must easier than sending tons of queries to MySQL. Now I have it all working in parser.php but want to include it into a template file so that it neatly fits into my VA site. The database file's don't seem to be found even when i reference them with i.e. 'http://www.vasite.com/files/waypoints.idx' Basically how do I integrate the stuff I have into the Codon interface? Hi all, I thought it would be a good idea to introduce myself around here, so off we go! My name is Stefan, and currently I'm doing an IT Management study, and next to that I'm doing my PPL course. I was looking for software that would allow me to manage a virtual airline convienently, but also be able to costumize it to my preferences. Well, I have to say that PhpVMS looks rather daunting at first, but fortunatly I've got the rest of this week still off so I've got plenty of time on my hands to bite into it. Is anyone else using IPBoard, like the one here. I am having trouble with the latest post on my main site. Their SSI is really bad. The other option is to use their IP Content module. I don't want to spend another $50, for IP COntent. Doeas someone have a script to show the latest post from my board to display on my main page?

When i got IP Board and i been looking around the Admin CP for a while to stop this thing doing it to me If you know how to disable this annoying thing in the image. Like i want to submit a post then it does that like the pic and goes back to the page. I don't want that annoying thing to show up. Just submit a post and go back to the board., please let me know. Can someone help me with the IPS flight board, and it's not the phpVMS version but the stand alone I guess it is called. I am trying to code the LiveBoard.txt file and have no idea how to begin. I am trying to get it to work with phpVMS, and I know it's IPS and that's why I posted in the Off-Topic area. And help would be appreciated!

ok.... there are miltiple airlines all using phpvms. is it possible to pull information from all the airlines databases onto a single website. there would be no entries made to databases, simply a list of information. I was just wondering, before I pull my hair out trying to figure it out if it is even possible ?

hello some time ago I tried to sign up with IVAO but the listbox where you're supposed to put your country didnt work.. somebody cocked up a javascript. Doesn't work on IE nor on chrome. I thought maybe they working on it, so I left it. Now I come back and see the same error is still there. Anyone else also experiences this?

Hey, i'm working on the one website for a friend. I installed some forum software called Xenforo on the X10hosting server. Hello. I have spent a while searching for a JavaScript code to remember what a user has clicked on in their last visit on the internet for what I am looking for what I need but I cant find it. So I was wondering if anyone here has ever came across such a code online before? To make things a little clearer, what I am looking for is a JavaScript code that will save information on a cookie about what link a user has clicked on in their last visit and keep redirecting them to that link everytime they visit the page. If you know how to fix this, please let me know.... With Windows 7 and my server is local like this "myserver.local". When i am running windows 7 ulmiate and when i was adding the domain to it with locally and it said.......... An Active Directory Domain Controller (AD DC) for the domain "KYLE75675.local" could not be contacted. Ensure that the domain is typed correctly. What is wrong. My server is connected and on and running to the router and my computer is running to the router too. How can i fix this? Thanks

Hello again all! Hope everyone is having a great night/flight. I have been using FSFK since phpVMS was letting us use it. I cant help but notice that you MUST put in passengers load or cargo load.... or so I think. I did one flight and did not enter passengers OR cargo. When I submitted the flight, it said the flight was a loss due to all fuel cost and no income at all. Hmmmmmm So then I loaded up a flight and then entered the max allowable passengers for that flight and tah dah! it worked. Now on to the issue at hand. When filing a pirep manually, phpVMS will auto fill cargo or passengers depending on the flight type. that is not so with FSFK. I just did a flight and…
